The location was excellent. So close to old city centre. We were able to easily walk to two subway stations. The metro from airport arrived at sol station. We were able to walk to the city attractions from the hotel. The apartment was very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchette was perfect for a few nights - a fridge, microwave and hot plate. There are so many choices of places to eat nearby - but we also found the bar under the hotel very good. The hotel concierge, JJ, was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 9 nights and the apartment has everything you need to live. The beds are super comfy, the bathroom and shower are great as well as the kitchen facilities. The location couldn't be better. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful - both receptionist and housekeepers.

It doesn't have the best storage for long stays. The wardrobe could be better and no place to leave the suitcases without taking a big space in the room.

Amazing suite located in the heart of Madrid!!! We walked the whole centre of Madrid and rested very well here. There is everything you need here to stay even for a week, we stayed 3 days and it was lovely. The people at the reception are kind and nice.

There is a bar next door, so if you stay here during a weekend you can expect noise from the street since people smoke and talk outside. However, the noise was not that bad and we managed to sleep very well.

Reception open from 9.30am-7.30pm, arrangements are made if arriving outside of these times. The reception team are professional, friendly & very helpful. We were advised about local landmarks, shops & places to eat when we collected the keycards. The location of the apartments is superb - 2 mins walk from the Plaza Mayor but away from the main hubbub of activity & noise. Well serviced & spotless, with under counter fridge, microwave, two ring hob, kettle & filter coffee machine. There is a starter tray with tea bags, instant cofeee & sugar sachets. Sufficient crockery & glassware for two to enjoy food/drink. There are coat hooks to the right & space for shoes if you wished to leave them there. The shower room is beautfiully presented with shallow sink, mixer tap, shelf to the right for toothbrush, etc & shelf/rail beneath for towels. The shower is a large, walk in style with rainforest head & hand held adapter too. The shower is superb! Lots of pressure and fabulously hot water - it's rare I need to turn the heat down, but this was one such case! The main room contains two hanging areas with cupboard beneath & two additional cupboards (no drawers). There was space next to the hander for a cabin bag to be stored & space beneath for shoes, smaller bags. There are sockets either side of the bed & a small shelf with ample space for glass, phone and book (though magazines would fall off). The double bed was very comfortable with two large pillows. There is also a small table with two chairs for meals/work/sitting & a wicker tub style chair. The air con cools & heats & is easy to work. All in all, a great base for exploring Madrid. Our apartment was at the front of the building & there was a little noise on the Saturday evening with people shouting & emergency vehicle sirens, but it wasn't continuous. Additional hooks for clothing towels in the bathroom No drawers - if you prefer them A few more coat hangers. I am being really picky, none of this detracted from our stay all and we would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Great location near plaza mayor. We walked to most places from here. You could easily use the metro- Tirso de molina is close, but there are others. Comfortable, quiet rooms. Small balcony, lovely to look over street. Felt secure and street felt safe. Heard some noise from bar revellers and street cleaning but it wasn’t every night and overall it was quiet considering location. Our room had a small kitchenette which was great to prepare simple meals. Cleaning of room is done every 3 days which at this price should be done daily imo. They do a good job and you can ask for anything you run out of in the interim. Giangiacomo at check in was very welcoming and helpful. Supermarkets within walking distance, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. This is a great area to stay in, the people of Madrid and Spain overall were so warm and I would love to come back.

The location is central so you can walk just about anywhere. Plaza Mayor, Sol, the Palace, the art museums and El Retiro Park are all easy walks. The apartment is small in size but it has everything you need including a well-equipped kitchen and a surprisingly large bathroom. The shower had amazing water pressure and plenty of hot water. Our room had a cute enclosed balcony and we enjoyed coffee out there every morning. Also, the staff was very friendly and responsive.

There was a strange noise coming from the air conditioner that kept us up the first night but they had that repaired immediately.

The location was brilliant. A two minute walk at most to the beautiful Plaza Mayor and centrally located for a lot of the main sites you would want to see, which are within walking distance. The suites/apartments are on a quiet street and there is a great cafe a short distance away for breakfast/brunch and plenty of restaurants close by for evening meals. But there are also mini supermarkets nearby if you are on a tighter budget and want to use the kitchen facilities in your room. The three members of staff we met at Reception were super friendly, very helpful and happy to share their knowledge of the city. If we visit Madrid again this is the first place we would definitely choose to stay.

The place had all the amenities needed to have simple breakfasts in the room. The bed was very comfortable and the balconies, though small, were a nice touch. Lots of natural light and an unbeatable location.

The shower temperature and pressure were AMAZING but it should really have a door to prevent the bathroom floor from getting wet. Also there is no ventilation in the bathroom unless you want to open a window, which wasn't always practical in the winter cold!

Comfortable, clean apartment with a good double bed, plenty wardrobe space, clean bathroom and good shower. Nice kitchenette. Good heater/air-conditioning. Good location near Tirso Molina and Sol metro stations. Close to Plaza Mayor, supermarkets and many local restaurants. Quite quiet in the evening despite its central location. Nice supportive day receptionist. There is also a night receptionist providing 24 hour support which gives a safe feeling. I feel safe walking alone in the evening in this area.

It's a pity that such a nice apartment is furnished with an old fashioned filter coffee machine which drops the rating. A Nespresso coffee machine would increase the rating.

The apartments are in excellent condition- the room has great natural light in the morning and access via two seperate doors to two small “juliet” balconies wide enough to stand outside. You could leave those doors open for fresh air. Facilities provided were all we needed for preparation of meals. The apartment location is amazing - a leisurely stroll ( max 15 minutes) to all the major attractions ( Prado/ Palace / main train station / dozens of plazas including Plaza Mayor and Sol/ Botanical Garden etc. You can walk faster then driving to nearly all these places so we never used Uber/ taxis.
