The location is walkable to most of the main tourist spots. Even though the room is exactly in front the main door of this hostel but we didn’t disturb by the noise at all. Other travelers opened and closed the door gently.

A well located hostel in Sol – now my favourite part of Madrid. Easy to find – upon arriving look up and the sign says it all. There is an elevator, so no need to carry much. The staff was helpful and the room itself is of course small, but it's cozy and I have slept in much smaller places so no worries, there's even a small balcony. Now for the best part – Yatai Market, a food court filled with asian restaurants, is located on the parallel street, 2 minutes max. Salmon Guru, the world's #16 cocktail bar is a rather short walk away – recommended! Cheers!

The staying was very welcoming! We had a couple of welcome mini bottles of wine and chocolate (free) and a gift for when we left. The staff was very nice and present 24/7. The position was optimal, very close to Puerta del sol and perfect to reach by foot every important location. Even tho we were very central the room was quiet and we had a perfect stay.

The only little downsides were the room size which is very little, but perfect for what we were using it (only to sleep) and the bed which is smaller than a regular Italian matrimonial bed.

Easy check in even at 10.30pm nice to have a fridge in the room even better it had complimentary Cava & water. room was clean with a nice bathroom , as it was an interior room it was quiet. The location was perfect close to 2 Metro stations but easy walking distance to most attractions , there is a Lidl just down the road which was handy for picking up supplies .

Nothing really not to like about this place . Signage could be a bit better as we went into the wrong place 2 doors up

I stayed here last year - they upgraded the rooms, the elevator is working now - so even better! Location is excellent! Staff was warm, considerate. Shout out to Judy. Close to a supermarket, laundromats: can walk to all the art museums, Atocha train station.

Just the noise of guests - rowdy football fans, a family with children needing discipline, etc. Stairways were dark - didn’t have movement sensor lights- I had to find the switches - I tripped last year & this year!

Old world charm in the public areas including wooden staircase winding round the lift. Room modern with good shower and toilet in the small bathroom and wash basin in the room. Tv and aircon both worked. Shutter at the window to shut out noise and light if required. Quiet time after 9.30. Convenient for Tirso de Molinas tube/subway and 24 hour supermarket just down the road. Near Plaza Mayor and other tourist attractions. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

The room had all the ammenities necessary and all were of good quality. The bed and pillows were comfortable, something which is not very common in accommodations. The shower had good hot water and good water pressure and the room was comfortable enough. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel before check in as we got there a little early and we also left them there after check out as we had a late flight. Place is very close to the metro station.

Double bed was a little small for our liking but otherwise nothing to complain about.

The location of the hostal is excellent. You are close to the metro station, Plaza Mayor, and a supermarket is open 24h at 1 min from the hostal. We had a room with a small balcony, which was nice as a view in the mornings. It was clean but not perfectly clean, in my opinion. You can ask for the room to be cleaned daily if you like, but we didn't use this. I slept really well, and the bed was comfortable for me. But my boyfriend said that it was noisy and he didn't feel the pillow comfortable, so it is a matter of personal preference. The staff was really great, and we could leave the luggage after the checkout there until 9 pm. Also, I was afraid before coming if the room would be heated or not and I want to say that the temperature of the room was perfect.

The sink is situated in the room, and the light for the bathroom is the same for the sink area, which can be a problem if you use frequently the toilet at night.

Staff was wonderfully helpful and warm. We had a very early flight and they held our luggage and allowed us to check in a bit earlier. They also arranged for taxi to airport. Bed was small but comfortable and pillow too. Shower was excellent. Everything was perfectly clean. Good location for walking old neighborhoods, lots of great coffee shops and little restaurants.

The staff were accommodating. The room is very clean. The location is superb. Very accessible in all tourist spots. They even let us leave our luggages after we checked out and also the staff assisted us to book a taxi going to the airport.

The only thing that I don't like is that every 9pm we can smell someone who smokes Marijuana we don't know where it came from but the smell is so strong.
