The location is perfect and convenient. Check in was quick and easy, and they also allowed us to check in early! The unit was very nice and clean - looks modern and renovated. It also had a nice kitchen set up with everything we needed for a quick meals. There are also two grocery stores on the first floor.

Sound insulation is a bit weak, you can hear upstairs units talking often and also people talking in the streets at night (on lower level units) but that’s just a con of having a central location. Only real con is the shower glass doors were loose though and leaked. The kitchen faucet also was loose and we’d have to be careful it doesnt fall out

Everything was perfect. The location could not be better. In the same building, you have a 24-hour working supermarket and a Lidl. All the spots in Madrid that we love are extremely close. Metro is in front of the building. The bus stop also. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathrooms are cozy and spacious also. The kitchen is well-equipped. The beds are super comfortable. The girl at the reception was super friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage for the whole day after the check out and behind locked doors. Automated check-in was a breeze.

Nothing to dislike! Everything about this booking was absolutely perfect for me and my friends.

The place was spotless - even had the "clean" smell. The bed was so comfortable. The location was excellent! Five to ten minutes away from all of the Madrid must-see spots. I highly recommend MH Apartments.

The main thing I didn't like was no bath mat in the bathroom with the tub. It was very slippery - I had to use the floor mat, which then made me have to use the hand towel for a floor mat. Not a huge deal, but I have mobility issues so I was a little afraid of slipping in the tub. The floor rug secured me in the tub, but it would have been better just to have a mat. The other thing was the air conditioner didn't really get cold. A portable fan would have been nice. But I'd still stay there again; I'd just bring my own mat and fan.

The apartments are very clean and comfortable (have stayed in different ones on different occasions). The reception desk staff are very efficient. The location is excellent and you can walk to most museums, parks etc. If you don't like walking there is a metro station in the square where MH Apartments is located. There is a 24/7 Carrefour supermarket located at street level so very convenient if you need anything, any time of day and night. There are lots of cafes and restaurants around and in Lavapies and La Latina.

Was woken up in the early hours of the morning on a couple of nights by noisy guests returning. Could do with extra shower products and loo paper.

Very central, could walk to most places. Spacious apartment, large bathroom and comfy beds. very clean. Our air con didn’t work and they fixed it immediately.

Sofa bed not so comfy for an adult. For 3+ nights more toiletries needed as well as kitchen cleaning products. Would be useful to have some bathroom cleaning products available. Road works outside our window made the nights very noisy, but once it’s fixed it will be perfect.

Great location. Within walking distance to all of the tourist attractions. It was slightly off the beaten track, which made it a lot less noisy. We walked everywhere. Restaurants and shopping close by. Super market around the corner including several coffee shops. The apt was new, very clean, quiet, great air conditioning and a washing machine. The staff were very responsive when we needed more towels, etc. The receptionist gave us great recommendations for dinners. We would definitely stay here again.

I liked the space, both the amount, the lighting and configuration. I appreciated the quality of the kitchen utensils and appliances. The bathrooms are very nice. I liked the fact that everything was new and functioning well. The beds were high quality and very comfortable. I liked the location - very central and walking distance to many sights. The apartment was very quiet from outside noise although in a busy area especially bedrooms which faced an interior courtyard. lots of places to buy groceries and breakfast places very close by (e.g. there was a Carrefour supermarket in the same building

There was too much noise transfer between floors. I could here people moving and shuffling about and toilets flushing etc. I would have preferred having 24 hour on-site staff. Although the place was very nice, it comes at a cost, it is not cheap. Bathtubs and showers require non-slip mats to prevent accidents. This does not seem to be a requirement in Spain. Bathtubs especially are a safety hazard without non-slip sufaces or mats.

We loved the apartment very much. It was clean and light. There were several balconies in the apartment. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. The location is perfect, in the center of the city. It was a little noisy at night, so we had to close the windows at night and use the air conditioner which was guiet, although we like to keep our windows open all the time.

Everything was great. The only thing surprised us was that coffee pods for the coffeemaker were only provided for the first day. We have never seen it before, anywhere we traveled. The concierge explained that the coffeed pods are complimentary and are only given to the guests once. The two-bedrom almost luxury apartment can't provide two little pods for the entire stay so that guests won't have to run around buying those pods? Really surprising.

Very pleasant and clean apartment in a very central location. Well equipped for a short stay

Almost didn't get in....payment was asked for on the morning we arrived and we were already in flight and had no means of paying. We were delayed and might not have arrived until after 6 pm, so phoned the flat and was told we could not have access code unless we paid first. Receptionist was totally inflexible even though I offered my credit card while on the airport bus. As it happened we arrived in time but only after a very stressful journey. We do not have the high tech knowledge or smart phone apps to deal with this. A poor start.

The geo location is good. The hotel is clean and nice. I stayed in a 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms apt. Nice. Right next door to.a 24 hrs Carrefour. Tirso De Molina metro station right in front.

The large number of homeless people that harass everyone, drunk, high, and asking for $, and offering or selling drugs, and the Madrid police prefer to look the other way The hotel staff complained to the police without a positive outcome. It's not the hotel issue.
