-Great facilities. Has vending machines for drinks or essentials if needed, has storage lockers outside your room (with a refundable one euro lock system), and has kitchen with working induction and cutlery and big enough fridge. Very unique single-cubicle showers, sinks, and toilets on my floor which were always clean and functionable. Bins outside every room. Laundry service is cheap (3.50 euros for wash and 2 euros for tumble dry), and you have the option to hang up your clothes. Free water system with hot or cold options near kitchen, very useful during heatwaves. -My bed and room were comfortable and clean and had curtains, great for privacy. My room had a table and chair, and a pull up/down blind on the window for extra privacy. -Easy check-in and check-out, 24 hour staff, easy access during night hours. -Lovely staff, very approachable and friendly. Two had looked after my rings when I accidentally left them in the kitchen. There are also notices and cards offering discounts or attractions in the city centre. -Small but decent free breakfast option between 7:30-10:30am. -Near shops/cafes/restaurants and bus/metro, with a big supermarket just one metro stop/a few bus stops away from the hostel. Getting to Madrid city centre took 30-40 minutes by bus, and about 20-30 minutes by metro, with both transport systems reliable. It took 50 minutes by metro to get to the hostel from the airport, which is decent enough. -For 6 nights stay, it was cheap and very much worth the money for what you get in return. Would absolutely return again! -I don't know for the other rooms, but for room 9, I absolutely loved the fact that the plugs near the beds had USB ports and was an international all-in-one kind of plug, meaning that for someone with UK plugs like me I didn't need to use my adapter to charge!

-A minor issue, but the space between beds were small which can make things hard when you need to pull up your drawer. I also should have mentioned this during my stay, but there was a bed lock drawer that had no locking system in place (in room 9, assigned for bed 5). -I should have reported this on the day, but there was one morning where the hot water didn't work, and it came out as brown when you had the water on the hot setting. I'm assuming this was a one off and due to the heatwave, as the hot water worked fine with no brown water for most of my stay. As I did see a door handle being fixed during my stay, I will also assume this issue was sorted upon being notified.

Clean and organized amenities. Easy check in, helpful staff. Breakfast is decent, location might not very central but there is a metro station few blocks away.

The bathroom layout is a bit awkward. A little shelf for each bed is missing. The door in the room was too noisy, it needs to be replaced asap. Also the noise isolation is poor, you better get ear plugs if you want to sleep. There was an long term expat tenant comunity or something like that wich is not a problem however no real hostel vibes were found there.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Facilities were more than enough, a small kitchen to cook and store your food etc. Room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable.

Location is not perfect but so easy to go to the city center by bus you might take 50 meters away from the hostel. Sinks are outside of the bathroom located in the corridor of the rooms, there might be noise at night. Breakfast was not enough, only sweet cakes but nothing else.

The rooms are organized very comfortably so even if it's for 12 people there's enough space for everybody. Also, there are 4 bathrooms so I didn't have to wait for my turn. And one of the best things is breakfast which is included in the price: you can choose from many options, and the food here is fresh and tasty.

One of the showers didn't work properly but I informed the staff and they solved this issue in a couple of minutes.

Staff are lovely and helpful. Great common spaces

Facilities are lacking, kitchen is so small and don’t have enough plates and cutlery. You can hear everything and there is no cooling in the room which made it hard for my dad to sleep. The location isn’t great as it’s far from city and airport, also confusing to get to it

Staff were very good, breakfast good too. Universal plug socket in the room was very good and lockers under the bed too.

Location was a bit far out of the city to stay out too late but that wasn't so bad especially given how nice the local area was.

Good people and very welcoming, speaks lots of languages and the hostel is kept clean.

Maybe it’s missing a place for people to gather and meet each others, besides the breakfast room.

Friendly place with friendly staff. Facilities were as expected. Location was closer to downtown Madrid than I had assumed – a short Metro ride, and the Metro was only a few hundred metres from the hostel.
