Lovely, clean, comfortable apartment, metres from the metro where you can access all the sights and beauty that the city of Madrid has to offer. It's about 10 minutes by metro from the centre. Lift in building so no climbing stairs. Ideal for a short stay.

We really had no issues with the apartment, the location itself doesn't offer a lot but we were delighted to find this apartment only the day before going to Madrid as an apartment we had initially booked cancelled last minute..I think it worked out better in the end! We just headed for metro every day and went sightseeing!

When I read the reviews on here I was slightly sceptical, in reality i really really enjoyed it there, I don’t get some of the indifferent reviews about this place, as a nice place to stay for a short time I couldn’t of picked a better place.

There’s nothing I didn’t like, apart from maybe some more homeware things could’ve been good, but that’s at a push if I’m really getting picky and harsh

Great location, spacious apartment with good facilities.

The heating was turned up to full in every room with what seemed like no way to turn it down, so we had to sleep with all the windows open which made it hard to sleep as there was construction work happening in the street from early in the morning. It’s not easy to communicate with them either, as you’re connected to a bot and can’t directly speak to someone.

Excellent location. The hosts were extremely helpful. Value for money. Spacious lounge. Well equipped kitchen. Cramped bedroom and bathroom but more than adequate and manageable. Can fully recommend this property and exceptional host.

As mentioned above the bathroom and bedroom were a little cramped but nothing you can do about that. It was comfortable and clean.

Stunning apartment in fabulous location. Loved the decor. Lovely light and views from the living room and bedroom. Loved the little balconettes off both rooms. Great light and super comfortable bed. Truly good value for money. And The lift is out of a movie!! Loved it all!!

A bit of a smell in the bathroom. Small bathroom but it’s Madrid! Everything else was fabulous.

The place was spacious and looked modern, very comfy, the Tv could be easily moved, the view was great, the kitchen contained enough equipment to cook something for dinner, we got some cosmetics and the towels were also in satisfying number, also the communication with the host was really nice and the most important - the localization was just perfect.

The lock in the bathroom was a little broken, there were only two paper towels :(( and I hoped there would be some sugar as well

The property owners insisted I provide far too much detailed data on both of us before they would give me the door codes and also insisted on a security deposit which I’ve not experienced before when booking with booking.com

Everything was perfect. The location is highly beneficial who wants to take metro or bus.

The bed which tranforms from the sofa was a bit uncomfortable. There is a noise which we think coming from the metro is annoying

the location is incredibly good, plus the air conditioning was a saver during the hot days in Madrid. it was also quite comfortable.

It can get a bit noisy during the night whether because of the metro or people partying. It also smells a bit like sewage but I don’t think it is a big problem all things considered.

Excellent location, close to all major attractions. Kitchen was well equipped with all necessary equipment.

The air-conditioner in the living room wasn't cooling. It was attended to by the engineer but it still didn't work properly.
