Excellent location,stunning views, comfortable beds, so quiet. Easy access to the whole of Madrid and tucked away from the hustle and bustle . So many excellent restaurants and bars close by including Taberna mas al Sur, Gato Gato, Bodega de Los secretos. The communication from the Aspasios team was excellent from start to finish and reply’s were super prompt. The views from the terrace were fab and just being able to sit and relax up there was perfect. Air conditioning was very efficient and the showers too. The covered terrace at the front was so relaxing to sit on too. All in all a fabulous apartment run by a fabulous company.

The only issue could be the stairs as they are quite steep up to the roof terrace and care has to be taken to get down. Maybe a lounger on there too to go with the settee and chairs .

Communication with staff during booking process and whilst at apartment was good and small issues regarding number of bath towels and request for extra dishwasher soap were dealt with immediately. Apartment was clean and comfy and the balcony was great for early evening drinks. The apartment is well located for supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, bars and restaurants and is within walking distance of major attractions.

Perhaps provide a few basics like salt and pepper, olive oil in the apartment (small sachets would work) but other than that there was nothing we didn't like..

Wonderful little flat. Everything needed was provided. Location was central, yet quiet and felt very safe. Check in system was very easy to use. We arrived earlier in the day and the property manager was very receptive and kind to allow an early check in, which was greatly appreciated after a long flight with young children. Thank you for a great stay in Madrid!

Flat is tight once you have the pullout couch extended. We stayed for 3 nights and didn’t fold it away since we were out most of the day. Bathroom is also quite small, but worked fine for our family.

The apartment was comfortable and in a great location. Easy to access, cool in the summer, and great storage for actually unpacking your suitcase. Lots of cafes and restaurants around, as well as grocers.

While the kitchen was decently stocked in terms of cooking equipment, there was no olive oil or salt, which would have been nice. There was very little soundproofing. Luckily our neighbors seemed to be relatively quiet and didn't keep hours that were too late or early, but we heard just about everything (people walking up the stairs, doors slamming, talking). We live in the city ourselves, so are used to noise and it was still noticeable. Also, a few extra bed pillows would have been nice.

This property was in a great location near many restaurants & excursions! It’s a newly renovated apartment & very clean. There’s a self check out process that seemed confusing at first but the staff was always available and reachable by phone. They made the whole process very easy. We were able to check in early which was great! Highly recommend staying here!

There was an issue with the shower attached to the room with the single bed. When the water pressure is strong the shower did not drain properly and ended up pooling water. It was very slippery & not very safe.

Clean and modern, with good facilities and in a good location. Required some walking to the main areas of the city, but not too far to be inconvenient.

Unfortunately the shop across the road was lit up overnight and the curtains did not fully cover the windows. I thought it was morning at midnight! The chairs in the apartment are modern and look great, but not very comfortable to sit on. We struggled with the key card machine on arrival - apparently we had arrived at a different time to the one we had put on the check-in, and the machine just would not accept the code we were given. Several attempts to get assistance before a man’s voice came through the machine to assist.

The apartment was fully equipped, with a washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, oven, and espresso machine. They provide you with garbage bags, a few washing machine pods, as well as dishwasher pods, which we were appreciative of. In the bathroom, there is wall-mounted shower gel and shampoo/conditioner. Both the beds and the couch were very comfortable. The location was excellent, well within walking distance of the metro (Anton Martin station), as well as the three biggest art museums of the city. The apartment also offers lockers to store your bags after checking out, which was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again, purely based on the location, but the comfort provided by the apartment is a very welcome plus.

The shower didn't have much water pressure, and it was difficult to control the temperature. The knob to control which shower head was used only worked for the small shower head, and not the one from the ceiling. The small bedroom had no nightstand, and nowhere put away clothes. In the living room, there were no blinds, and the curtains were very thin, so it was very easy to see into the apartments across the street and (we assume) for them to see into ours. But these were very minimal things compared to the excellent advantages the apartment provided.

Location was great with easy access to metro and walking distance to many of the attractions and restaurants. extremely easy to check in with secure location. the host and maintenance team were extremely helpful to respond to our queries extremely quickly.

although the team responded to our query regarding shower hot water, believe that 1) this could be better explained in the videos as the shower taps are not that intuitive and 2) it might be worthwhile checking how much hot water is available for both showers as we think the hot water ran out quite quickly.

Lovely clean, spacious apartment. Nice touch providing mini cleaning pack. Good communication and helpful 'how to use' videos for cooker, safe etc. Air conditioning very welcome coming in from nearly 40 degrees outside! Location very good between three Metro stations and walking distance from locations such as Prado Museum. Madrid is a lovely city with so many amazing buildings to see - well worth a visit.

Madrid is lovely but you need to keep a close eye on your money.

The beautiful terrace, with a stunning view on the tower of the Real Monasterio de Santa Isabel, is the main asset. Just outside the apartment, you have the excellent restaurant GatoGato — the value for money is incredible. There is an Alcampo supermarket nearby (300 meters). The bedrooms are large, with comfortable beds.

Minor details: the lack of some kitchen equipment. There were only four (standard) coffee mugs (our group counted five people). There was no corkscrew. The dishcloth that was provided wasn't very practical to dry dishes. One of the two bathrooms is pretty small (but manageable).
