Location near metro station. Walkable to most sightseeing areas. Free washing machine (need bring your own liquid detergent).

The shower floor is TOO slippery (even without using soap). Some customers WILL fall and get injured. We were told to taxi to the checking in desk, but have to pull heavy luggage to another location for the actual apt. We find the apt building, we searched the floor up and down, and looked at each closed door. The actual room #114 is no where to be found. The check-in staff should explain clearly. The checking in desk staff is not friendly, nor patient. Need bring your own tea bags, coffee powder/sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, kitchen towel, cooking spatula, they give you nothing in the kitchen.

The location was absolutely great. Just 5 mins from the city center with lots of options nearby. The staff was also very helpful. All the times I communicated with them through booking they were quick to reply and accommodating.

Honestly 160 euro a night in May for this property is too much. Apart from the location everything else was pretty basic and some bits needed some work. For example the water tap was moving left and right when we turned the water on and we really were very mindful not to break it. The bathroom is literally in the room. When you shower the other person can see you, no blinds or privacy. The bed was different from what was advertised in the photos, nevertheless it was comfortable. I also did not enjoy the fact that we had to take our trash out.

We had two big sized bedrooms and a perfect size living -dining room. Kitchen had all the amenities necessary. Big refrigerator Brand new, beautiful closets. Can’t beat location. Has a supermarket right in the corner, and walking distance to mayor squares and attractions. The host was able to take care of our luggage while the apartament was getting ready as we arrived early.

Although the bathroom was nice/ new, The door in the shower was in relative poor condition held by a wire, so it was not that easy to close. The only sheets we had in one of the bedrooms had a big hole. Beware that where you look for the keys it’s not the same place as where the apartment is. You have to walk like 4 minutes with your luggage and it’s steep to get to your building so that is annoying BUT when you leave, you leave the keys in your apartment door that has a key box so very convenient. Guest in the apartments next to us were loud in the morning and we could easily hear them. It’s a very old building with an amazing main big door but that’s part of the Madrid experience.

The room was spacious and had all necessary amenities, like an electric kettle, fridge, hairdryer, microwave and iron. The place was clean and comfortable. It is located in the very centre of the city, making sightseeing a breeze. The building has a small lift, so getting to the third floor after a day of wandering around the city presented no challenge. The shower had great water pressure!

Its a great location, near to the main street Gran via, Plaza mayor.. Very comfortable, with the all necessary facilities. The host is very kind and always on service!

The front door of the building get lock sometimes without a reason and you have to call the host to resolve the problem, but they are very fast with it, we have waited only 5 minutes. And also this is a recommandation: to put some locking system for the whole floor where are the apartmants of the Six rooms, because guests will feel more safe with it!

A very big room and bathroom plus a well equipped kitchenette. It was very clean and well kept. The best of all things was that it was very close to center so it's the best spot to see the city in 2-3 days. The staff is very friendly, the room is about 2-3 min away from the reception.

Windows are towards a small inner courtyard so not much air circulation and natural light. Also one of the windows got stuck in a weird position and took some effort to get it back in place.

Location is great, just a few minutes walk to the centre. Reception were lovely, very helpful Apartment was clean and comfortable, noticed a small problem with ants but other than that such a great find and would book again!

Some noise at nighttime but that's to be expected, did not affect our stay, we would book again

Really lovely apartment in a great location. The man working at the reception was brilliant, so friendly and welcoming. Would certainly come back, great value for money

It's not clear that the apartment isn't in the hotel, it's actually a 5 min walk away which can be a challenge if you had kids or lots of luggage. For us, this wasn't an issue.

Everything!!! The location was perfect, exactly where you want to be! The man at reception who greeted us was extremely friendly and helpful, could not ask for better service! The apartment was gorgeous, so spacious and very modern and comfortable and was unbelievable value for money! We loved our stay so so much and would definitely return!!
