Excellent location to explore Madrid. Staff were attentive at all times. Room was clean and comfortable.

We were warned by our taxi driver to be careful around the hotel area. By the first day, I could already see why he had warned us so we simply avoided wandering around late at night. Our room had windows facing onto two different streets so it was a little noisy especially during the night and we were occasionally awoken by passers by and 3 out of the 5 nights by police lights and sirens. However, I imagine that this is to be expected given its central location.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always willing to help and provide recommendations, especially since it was our first time in Madrid. They even gave us great advice on navigating the city and must-see attractions. The rooms felt modern, clean, and well-equipped. The bathroom and shower were excellent, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had a restful sleep every night. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and we really appreciated the attention to detail. The hotel’s location is very convenient for visiting key attractions

A bit noisy thats all

The rooms and hotel overall were pretty modern. The location is pretty convenient if you want to visit Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Prado museum and Reina Sofia or Atocha station, close to metro and bus stations. For park Retiro and Gran Via its a bit further, but not over 30 minutes of walking. The room was cleaned every day diligently. Price was pretty reasonable for the location and number of people staying in the room. Spacious room with nice and clean bathroom. The staff was really friendly, especially Antonio, who when we checked in helped us navigate Madrid and what to see, since this was our first time there.

The only bad thing that stops me from giving a 10/10 review is the fact that rooms hosting 3 or 4 people are only based in ground floor, whereas single or double rooms are based on higher floors. At night there was a bit of outside noise, but still it didn't prohibited you from sleeping easily.

I stayed in this cosy hotel for two weeks, everything was perfect. What I love the most about this hotel the front desk staff, who makes you feel like you are home Antonio, lara, Ahmad & Juan, they all super friendly and welcoming, always there to help. They deserve big thanks for exceptional service specially Antonio 👏

Cleanliness was great, room was really nice, not far from the metro, TV has Netflix etc accessible. I like not having a key.

Nothing that I didn't like but just a couple of suggestions. 1. I don't know about other rooms but mine was the corner one (004) and when you enter, the only light switch is at the furthest point to the door, (at least I couldn't see one), on the far side of the double bed. 2. Like I said I like not having a key/keycard, but I suggest you write the code on a different card than the one that has the address and room number (with the code) in case lost outside. Someone then has exact location, exact room number, and exact door code.

The hotel is very central - it's easy to get basically everywhere by foot, and also there's a metro station 3 minutes walk from the hotel and another metro station about 7 minutes walk from the hotel. The street is quiet and the sound proofing for outside noise was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and also the pillows. The room was very clean and was cleaned daily including changing the towels. The room was spacious, decorated with taste and the furniture and bathroom utilities were all brand new. The lighting in the room was good. Hotel rooms tend to be dark and here this was not the case. The curtains blocked light from outside pretty well. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, the receptionist even gave us little treats for the way when we waited for our taxi to the airport at 5am. Excellent value for money and highly recommended!

Two things: 1. The sound proofing for the corridor was pretty much non existant... We could hear everything. 2. Twice I found hairs in my towel. It was obvious that the towel was laundered and cleaned, but I would suggest taking a closer look before putting towels in the rooms :)

I stayed in Madrid for a 5-day solo vacation, and the location of the hotel couldn’t have been more ideal. It’s centrally located and incredibly convenient for getting around. Being so close to the Sunday flea market was a huge bonus, as I could easily return to the hotel midway through my shopping to drop off bags. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The cleanliness was top-notch—despite me leaving the room around 1 or 2 PM, the housekeeping team always managed to clean thoroughly. Each time I returned, the room was perfectly tidy, and I couldn’t find a single thing to fault. Though I had read some comments about noise and soundproofing issues, I personally didn’t experience any disturbances. The cleaning staff either started later in the day or were very quiet, as I didn’t hear a thing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were spotless. I’m usually picky about pillows, especially in hotels where they tend to be too soft, but the pillows here were firm and the perfect height. I had excellent sleep every night. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend this hotel!

Nothing really

The location is good - close to metro station and if you prefer to walk, not that far from most of the attractions in Madrid. In fact, very close to the famous Plaza Mayor. Love the location. I found this gem by accident when the booked hotel cancelled my reservation at the last minute and I had to find a new place to stay when I reached Madrid. Found this hotel via Booking.com and it really exceed my expectation - not bad for a last minute and panic booking!

The room slightly small but I guess it normal in big city like Madrid - still comfortable for two. Noise from the window late at night but when the windows are closed, it all okay.

Excellent location. The hotel was located just above the Tirso de Molina metro station. But this station access is ONLY by stairs. It is 12-15mins from Sol station. Amenities (Cafe, restaurants and supermarket) all within 200m.distance. The bed is very comfortable. The staff were very helpful, offering advices. I had a question about my connecting flight. I was also late for a day tour. Claudia was very helpful to take note of my question and left a message with her colleague, answering my question.

The room was very small. I have only seen such small rooms in cities such as Tokyo. There wasn't enough space for a table to put a tea cup.

Comfy bed and pillows, nicely decorated room with a spacious bathroom. There was a TV with Netflix and Prime. Additionally, there was a mini fridge and a kettle plus tea and coffee. Something that I haven't seen before in any hotel was a steam iron in the room, which was very useful to freshen up the clothes. Also, there were a lot of nice cafeterias and restaurants around and a Lidl and 24h Carrefour.

The smell that is being put in the rooms (I guess some air freshener?) was very strong and irritating. We had a room on the ground floor which was with a bathroom for people with disabilities which is not a great but there was only a shower curtain and the water went all over the bathroom.
