everything was great, the woman at the front desk was amazing and so so sweet.

we did get stuck in the elevator, but we exceeded the weight limit so it was completely our fault. the lady was so helpful and tried to keep us calm. she immediately got us water when we got out 30 minutes later.

Wonderful staff, great location, clean, comfortable

This might be OK with most people, but to people sensitive to noise and light (like me) the AC sound in the room was a bit too noisy and the smoke detector which was placed right in the middle of the ceiling has a red light blinking the entire night. I found this to be true for another Eurostar Astora hotel I stayed at as well. Just be aware.

The hotel is very well located walking distance from the old town and a few more steps to the beach. It is also a quiet area but near everything. The breakfast was lovely, also just what one would need to start the day. I had an issue with the wardrobe door after check-in as it got stuck. When I let reception know it was sorted for me later that evening so this was satisfactory.

I didn't think on arrival the receptionist was very friendly however other staff I met afterwards made up for it. The scrambled egg was cold everymorning. The room was very comfortable lovely bathroom but on the small side. Its a bit tight for two I think.

I really enjoyed staying here. The price was reflected in the quality offered. The cleaning was very good. The food was good with no complaints for the 5 nights that I stayed here. Is buffet, I added some pictures with what I eat. :) Water was amazing and shower is very good. The internet is very good. AC very good. The location was at 5 minutes walk to city center, port, Malaga parc and beach. The metro is just crossing the street, and is the last station to center or first going up to Costa del sol beaches or airport. Train station is at 10 minutes walk from this hotel. Buses station close and everywhere.

I didn't understood the toilet position, in the bathroom, is kind of hard to stay like that. The minifridge was not cooling enough and I am still not understanding the wardrobe from the double room I sat. Was a little uncomfortable. Had 3 doors, hard to open from both sides and if the middle one was not closed properly you actually couldn't open none of the 3 doors.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of the city centre, the train station across the road was so convenient for getting from and to airport, hotel very clean and very comfortable, breakfast lovely with a good selection.

No tea facilities in the room but as soon as we asked about this we were given a kettle, mugs and a very good selection of different tea bags! No iron in the room but I'm sure there was one available at reception if we had asked. Room was small but compact, wardrobe doors were hard to open/close, kept sticking but I'm sure easily fixed

Everything is new, sleek design and comfortable beds. Fantastic shower and very good hair dryer. The C1 station (Alameda) entrance is 80m away and will go through underground tunnel to the station.

Toilet is placed very very close to the sink cabinet and therefore difficult to sit down without banging your knees and sitting down your back on the seat. The sliding doors of the wardrobe were very hard to open, and cabinet door to where the fridge is was also hard to open.

Excellent location very close to the historic center and the main train station on either sides, also to the port and marina. There is also a metro station a couple hundred meters away. I had a spacious room with a balcony which faced the river and it was soaked in sunlight from noon until the evening, but sunblocking curtains and the air conditioning worked perfect to cool the room. Beds and pillows were comfortable. No noise coming from the corridor or adjacent rooms. There were two large wardrobes for clothes. The room was cleaned spotless everyday and at very convenient hours. Bathroom had a bidet and the shower was quite big. Breakfast buffet had a good deal of varieties with fresh fruit every morning. Staff at the reception were always helpful.

Keeping in mind that outside noise level is never as high as the accommodations near or in the historic center, even though my room was at the 6th floor and I kept the balcony door closed all night (because I turned off A/C right before I went to sleep), there were heavy traffic noises especially coming from the garbage trucks.

The location is great. Not first time, so I am personally quite happy with the price/value. Staff has been really helpful and friendly each time I stay in this particular Eurostar. Very accommodating.

Unfortunately there was a bad smell in the foyer. Though this was explained by staff and it was not related to the hotel, but the semi dry river in front and the high temperatures. Not a big problem for me, but I know it was very unpleasant for some of the other people staying in the hotel. With aircondition on, no smell in the room. But shortly as being off the smell would reach the room too.

Long time ago I did’t find such a perfect, wonderful hotel. It was in the city center, it was the cheapest in this area, the room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. I could find all the tourist attractions in 10 minutes by foot. The airport in 30 minutes by bus. It was very easy to find. The bed was very very comfortable. There was window what I could open, with a view to the cannel, but the air conditioner worked also very good. I was afraid of the smells, because in a comment I read about it something negative. But it was very good smell everywhere in the hotel. The breakfast was impeccable super. I could check out until 12:00 and I could leave my suitcase for safekeeping after it. The staff were fantastically kind and helpful. This hotel is the best choice in Málaga.

The hotel has a great location - 10 min walk to Malaga center, near the river, at very nice neighbourhood. We found free parking place on the streets around the hotel. We got a very small room but I see that other rooms on pictures are much bigger. The room and bathroom are nice and renovated. The bed was comfortable, but small for two (only 140cm). Everything was clean. There is a minibar in the room. The door was opened with a card and had no handle. Breakfast was good - great fresh bread (baguette), great coffee, eggs, vegetables, fruit, butter, honey and much more. The hotel is modern and tastefully furnished.

Our room was facing the inner courtyard, but it was noisy due to loud people on the balcony of neighbour buildings (but this is not the hotel's fault). The air conditioner was quite loud, so it was not possible to close the window and sleep with the air-c on. A kettle and coffee could be provided in the room.
