I liked the room was very spacious, clean, and had a lot of appliances. The location is very good as well, very close to the center but not in a loud place.

I had only two issues: I was traveling with my little sister and we did not feel comfortable/safe being on the bottom floor with our window being at street level, when I requested to change to another floor it was not possible. My concern grew when the door did not have a manual lock from the inside for extra safety. The second issue was that we got woken up at 3 am by a religious procession with tons of people standing by our window (we were at street level) it was very startling and scary since it was very confusing at first. It would have been nice for the property staff to have been up to date with the neighborhood activities and for us to receive a heads up in advance that this event was taking place and not get scared with 100 people at my window at 3 am.

Localisation, comfort, design, amenities, very close to the centre, old town, metro, main bus and rail station, all 10-15 min on foot, very clean and modern apartment. Access to the laundry for free! Good communication with the customer service via whatsup chat or the phone - quick replies.

There are several rooms and if you do not ask previously and do not know, you can get a room without any view at all like with the opposite wall of the building or ground floor room with the gratings on the windows, unfortunately. You can not choose your room on the booking.com website. It is a random choose by the admin. I advise to send a query before making a reservation.

Very stylish, super clean and roomy flat in a location less than 10 minutes walk from the bus and train stations. Little extras like the coffee machine, the iron and ironing board, the full length mirror and the illuminated bathroom mirror made the stay more comfortable, more like a home from home. The bed was great with nice quality linens too.

The code entry system was confusing and frustrating plus I had a constant fear of forgetting to take my phone out, thus leaving myself stranded outside. The instructions shown by the front door are incorrect and need amending too. Although the location is very convenient for transport links, the area around isn't well lit and if alone, you might feel a bit nervous returning at night.

The suite is big, spacious and well thought out with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are comfy, the pillows need to be changed though because they are not your standard-sized pillows and aren’t very comfortable. Everything is provided in the kitchen and they restocked on our tea and coffee midway or stay which was a nice touch. The location is perfect and quite, 2 min walk from a subway and bus station so moving around is real easy. The airport can be reached with line C1 in 20 minutes. City center and the beach are reached 10-15 minutes walking. There’s a supermarket just and the corner and some awesome restaurants. We loved our choice of accommodation altogether.

Location: for my first solo trip ever the location was my n°1 concern. surprisingly the location was ideal: one minute walk and you reach a street with several affordable restaurants and cafeterias, supermarkets, ice-cream shops and bars. 7 minutes away you have a mall and the Lidl with once again a multitude of food places. the historical center and the main shopping street is, depending on your pace, around 15min walk away. accommodation: I felt at home from the moment I passed the door, the little gift on the bed was really thoughtful. THE KITCHEN is fully equipped, including cloths, soap, sponge, soap for the wash machine, Microwave, toaster, boiler and fridge. the cutlery and the dish are pretty much everything you need. I did non cook tho because I was alone but there was everything you need to do so in case. THE space was comfortable and I enjoyed relaxing in the living with the window open on the street. THE ROOM is highly comfortable, I liked the closet that gave enough storage space for all my clothes. TIP: under the bed you have more storage space! the bathroom is modern and spacious, water temperature is easily contrôlable. I had one and only issu with the water drain that did not drained fast enough and I ended up overflowing the whole bathroom. the janitor ( I believe) was ready to help when I mentioned it the day after. the purified-style of the place brings a relaxing feeling. the staff was welcoming helpful and genuinely nice. I enjoyed having an access code both to the building and my apartment as this reinforced the feeling of safety. during my entire stay I hardly heard the other renters.

Location is perfect. Contactless check-in with codes is very good. Furniture was like new, very good kitchen. Gift from the host. Smart tv.

We checked-out on 1st of January. Our flight was in the evening, so we wanted a late check-out which was refused by the host. A locker system was offered but unfortunately all the locker services were closed on the 1st of January. I know that checkout is until 11 am but in this case, travelling together with kids I would have appreciated a bit more flexibility by the host.

We loved the location on this quiet street only a short walk to the centre of the historic area. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and bright for a week stay. The windows blocked out the street sound very well when closed - the best we've encountered. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. The pullout sofa bed was also very good. The kitchen was well-equipped and a supermarket was just a few minutes' walk. We also enjoyed José Cafe just around the corner for lunch and drinks.

it was an apartment in a well kept building, walking distance from the underground. we walked into the city from the apartment, everything could be reached with about 20 minutes, maybe a bit further to the beach? The apartment was a good size & clean, with modern furniture,& a small balcony. Everything we needed for a 2 night stay.

we had a few issues with the code to open the outside door, partly our own fault, because we didn’t follow the instructions properly. but on the 2nd night the code number had been changed, without our knowledge. it was very fortunate that we met one of the residents who lived in the building, he gave us the new number.he did say it had happened unexpectedly. we didn’t receive an email giving us the new number until the next morning!!

Excellent location-metro station, airport line, on 2 min walk. New object, very clean. Laundry service available (we didn't use it, but good to know). Will stay there again.

Problems with entry code at arrival, but solved quickly with their customer service (phone call, there are no personnel at the object). Intensive smell from the drains in bathroom, the plummers didn't do their job well. If you're get out of the bed late, noise from the street could interfere your sleep-the street is generally quiet, but the doors from driveway in the building across the street slam loudly (and very often in morning hours).

The building and the room were very clean. The apartment was large and bright with an internal patio for a bit of fresh air. It was modern with good aircon and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space. The building was quiet and with windows closed, it kept the outside noise out. The apartment was in a good location, close to the centre and just off the train from the airport. There's a very good restaurant just across the street but it was closed when we were there. Getting into the building and room with the codes they sent worked well. Hint - you must check in before you arrive through their own site. There isn't much info or details on their site after that but they will send the codes via email and text on the day, so don't panic. When I queried how it was going to work, someone emailed me back fairly quickly. Great value for money place to stay.

We were in a disabled access room but the shower was just a curtain around the corner of the bathroom so the floor flooded when you showered. A dressing table in the bedroom would be helpful.
