I worried that the coffee would be bad because those machines looked meh, but it was actually quite good.

Breakfast value was terrible for the price. At 19€ a head, I expected more choice and some special items. What was there was uninspired and bland. While we went to get food, another couple was getting seated at our table. We were told to leaves "personal items" on the table to keep it. Uh, no?

We didn’t sample any of the hotel food I'm afraid as there were so many options available within the old town which we were keen to explore. The location was perfect for us as it was only a 5 minute walk from the station which made access too and from the airport exceedingly quick and easy.I couldn't fault the hotel room designs nor the roof top pool and bar,everything was brand new and well thought out.

Great hotel in a great location, close to the buzz and restaurants in the old town and walking distance to the beaches. Great rooftop bar/lunge with a small pool, great in the hot summer. Fantastic breakfast and the Deluxe room was really great, with 2 balconies in different directions with great panoramic view.

The cleaning could have been a little better. Did not change bed linen even though we put them on the floor since they were stained from the day we came. Glasses was not removed during the week so we had quite a stack on the desk when leaving, but overall good.

The location was perfect. A short walk into main shopping and eating area. About 20 mins walk along the front to the beach. Breakfast was good. Room was beautiful. Rooftop area has beautiful views and a good vibe.

Mixed attentiveness from the staff.

My girlfriend and I went for our anniversary and the hotel went above and beyond providing us with a lovely room and even bringing us a bottle of wine to celebrate.

We asked for a large double, however instead it was two singles pushed together. This was fine but would have preferred what we booked for.

H10 seems like a new hotel as everything looks brand new. Rooms are spacious with great space for 2 to move smoothly which is not the case in most European rooms. They were very attentive to our needs. When we felt that the AC was not working well the electrician was around within a few minutes and fixed the issue. The location is perfect as most of the attractions are within a walking distance. They have an underground parking for a fee. We did not try their breakfast. Staff were very professional and friendly.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic with an excellent choice of food. The rooftop bar has amazing views across the city and so relaxing we didn't want to leave it. The plunge pool is shallow but a good size to accommodate guests. The bedrooms were comfortable and spotless with lovely balconies. There were super coffee machines in the bedroom and additional coffee was readily available at the reception. This is a new hotel which stands out with its attractive tiled balconies. It is in a great location at the edge of the old town and very close to the railway station.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was impossible to obtain a sunbed. Guests reserved them before the rooftop was supposed to open, and kept them all day Our room was not ready when it was meant to be. We saw a lot of guests sitting around waiting for rooms and asking at reception ‘ soon now, soon now’ was the regular reply. I think they don’t have enough housekeeping staff. Our room was cleaned very late every day

The location of the hotel is excellent! H10 Croma is quite new, so it it clean and modern. Room was very nice. We had a room with the cathedral view and was worth the money, although the railing on the balcony could have been class all the way down. Staff was very polite and friendly everywhere in the hotel area. Maids were good and room was always tidy. We can recommend H10 Croma for Malaga visits!

There were a few thing that could be imporved. At the roof top teracce and pool are there are on 10 sunbeds, which just is not enough. Also the pool is not heated, so the water was freezing cold! Once we arrived, we were not offered sparkling wine nor water, but we noticed everyone else was. We paid for ”better room”, so would have expected that for us too. We kindly asked the maids to bring us new coffee cups, but instead they washed the cups in our toiled by their hands/fingers.. not cool, disgusting.

Very clean and spacious room. Breakfast was delicious, i loved the spanish omelette and hash brown ❤️ The staff were friendly and the kids loved the morning cookies and cupcakes offered at the lobby bar. Reception and housekeeping are excellent and prompt which made our stay extra comfortable. Lunch at the rooftop was delicious, the burger was extraordinary! And the view from the restaurant was mesmerizing. Thank you H10 for making our vacation memorable.
