Very friendly staff, very clean hotel, wifi is super fast, never had this fast wifi in another hotel. Everything was just renewed. Food was good. Breakfast excellent! HALAL food was very good, you don’t see this often. Excellent en big pool. Good for kids. No alcohol so this means you don’t see loud and rude people at the hotel that are drunk.

The parkingfee is too high, you got to lower it for hotel residents. You can go easily to the pool if you are no resident of the hotel, they need to keep an eye on that. Little bit too loud if you have a room on the streetside you can hear the loud cars passing by.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect and on the Golden mile so Puerto Banus was 8mins away and 10mins away from Old Town (by car). The beach was also a short walk across the road! We rented a car for our stay and the hotel had extremely convenient parking within the premise. The grounds of the hotel is stunning as is the inside. Our room was SPOTLESS (we are very fussy with cleanliness of rooms) and the bathroom had a bidet too! The staff were kind, friendly and full of advice for any of our queries. Any requests for extra towels etc was dealt with promptly. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and all halal options! We would strongly recommend this hotel to any of our friends and family.

Nothing at all!

Location is quite condiment. Just 10 minutes of easy walking to the shore. The buildings are well maintained although the grained could benefit from some additional TLC. The area is in close proximity to a number of excellent albeit pricy restaurants.

If you are interested in alcohol thuds hotel is not for you as it is halal and non-alcohol. However, the food is very good despite a limited choice of items on the restaurant menus. Another somewhat irritating issue is charging for the parking.

Had amazing stay at Alanda Hotel. Staff exceptional. Particularly at reception!

Delicious breakfast. I especially liked the avocado and homemade omelets at breakfast. Nespresso coffee machine. Liked the open terrace as well for breakfast. Nice room decorated with toiletries from a very good brand. Superb swimming pool and nice garden area. All is modern and witg good style refurbished. Great location close to puente romano

Pillows and matress a little hard for my taste. We prefered a room with better view but this for the standard room. If we would go with pool view we need it to pay extra.

It was very clean

As soon as you arrive the staff is not very eager to take your bags , every 5 star hotel they take care of you as soon as you arrive but this hotel they are very weak in this part. However, the reception staff for check in was very good. They just need to handle the arrival visitors more professionally in regards to carrying the bags and welcoming the guests

The staff is very friendly and quick to solve issues. The rooms are big enough and the bed is very confortable. Breakfast is delicious.

Access to the pool isn’t included with all types of rooms. Being a 5 star hotel, I would imagine you didn’t have to pay extra juat to go for a swim.

Everything was perfect. The breakfast was exceptional. Rooms were large. Pool view was awesome. The balcony was nice. Everything is halal.

There is no electronic system to put “do not disturb”. It’s only a paper that keeps flying off and housekeeping enter suddenly without permission everyday. The shattaf should be on the right hand side.

pool was cold and not heated, room was a bit noisy from the Main Street. Breakfast was average. luckily we were able to use the Manuka Restaurant.
