The location is not so far from the center. 15 min to center and 20 min to airport with a car. The room cleaness and the comfortable is excellent. Everyday they clean the room peefectly. The receptioist is so so helpful.

The bar and snack bar is not good. They are so slow. You are waiting nearly 20 min in a row in pool bar. İnside bar is so hard rule i want a coctail mojito with lime and fresh lemon also they have it. But they said to me we will make only mojito with our cold mix they dont have a chance to buy. With extra charge i didnt take lime and fresh mint :))

The breakfast is great. Loads of options, but sometimes you can see some line for the pancake or/and fried eggs or omelette. The time for lunch is too short on my view (1-2:30pm), but you still have snack options until 6pm near the pool. On the all inclusive option, the beer is great, but the drinks quality are horrible. Wines are decent option as well. For the time of the year (October), the pool was a little too cold for my taste, but very clean.

Room was nice, clean & comfortable! Loved that I had a balcony overlooking the beautiful pool! The live nightly shows were entertaining! Staff was helping & pleasant. Pool bar was nice! Location was 15 mins from airport, taxis were reasonably priced. I enjoyed the poolside bar, drinks were priced good & they tasted good!

As a solo traveler, I had one twin sized bed which I had no issues with. The issues was how extremely small the shower was, didn’t have any room to even turn around! Buffet was decent. I think it was a bit pricey, only because most of the food I didn’t find appetizing. I noticed people getting up at 7-8am just to hold pool chairs when the pool doesn’t even open until 1000. Makes it difficult to be able to relax by the pool once it is open.

Lovely hotel and such an amazing Summer destination. The pool is amazing, the space is lovely, there is a store downstairs. Good entertainment. Amazing view to the pool beautiful during day and at night.

The fridge was not cold enough We had 2 beds next to each other instead of a king size bed. Check in at night was very slow. Very crowded.

Lovely new hotel with very friendly and helpful staff and nice pool area. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it if you are not looking to move around much.

Only downside was the location which is a bit distant from the town and if you have kids with strollers walking up and and down the hill isn’t pleasant although you can catch a bus

The hotel was nice, clean and well-organised. There is a bit of territory, including a pool and a place to rest under trees. Breakfast was good; they also had a launch buffet for 20 euros and the sweets table there was really good and tasty. It is 15 minutes to the beach (google says 20, but there is a short way). However, the return to the hotel from the beach is upstairs, so please consider it. The bed was very comfortable.

The only minus was people shutting doors in the morning in the corridor, I heard it quite well.

Good variety to pick from at breakfast and dinner. I really enjoyed the local and seasonal specialities. There were always options for kids (some comfort food). Really liked the salads and fresh fruit too. Half board does not include drinks, but evereything is reasonalbly priced. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool is really nice and is fairly big, so you can enjoy swimming. The main one is about 1.8 meters deep, but there is another shallow one. Lifeguard was on site all the time. Rooms were always clean. We got a huge balcony, with really nice view to the pool. There is a nice little shop in the hotel, with a cleverly selected inventory. Restaurants, food shops are in walkable distance. We did not try but it is nice that activities can be booked in the hotel. Palma central is about 30 minutes by public transport. There is on-site massage (you pay separately), which we tried and I can recommend. There is a really nice bus service to Cala Nova and Marineland, which is included in your room price. Cala Major beach is a short walk away. There is an ATM by the hotel (I have not used it though).

Nothing. But good to know before you arrive: - coffee is not the best and there is no kettle in the room, but you can buy one in the shop of the hotel - to use the safety deposit box in your room, there is a small daily booking fee that you pay on top of your room price. The safe is digital (quite standard, what you would expect in any hotel), but it is activated by a key, which you get at reception. You'll need a small cash deposit for the key.

We traveled for the second time for the second time this year in Belvedere this time we stayed in Augustus, with the difference which we absolutely enjoyed was that they also had entertainment now in high season. As a couple with young daughter (4) the fact that from 10:30 in the morning for the smallest ones with mini-club, and until late in the evening also for the older kids and adults there is a day filling program is great as for the parents to have a few moments for ourselves. Also it was great could always keep overview of the kids there’s sunbeds close to the miniclub which has opens windows, and the young area is smoothly separated from the main pool and the bar. We had all-in rooms for two weeks and I would say the drinks variety we enjoyed, small things like Prosecco and ice cream being included is a bonus, additionally the quality of the food would suffice for most what you can expect from all-in concept. Our daughter was absolutely head of heels about the mini disco and we would have to eat early because she would see animation team dancing on stage and want to joy immediately (shoutout to Ari our daughter loved time together!)

The only minus side I could think of is in the morning I would like to run but unfortunately there was only one running machine, but oh well besides that we had a great time.

Great location - close to public transport and shops. The rooms were spacious and the entire hotel was always clean! Good facilities - shop on site, an outdoors bar that is open quite late with very affordable cocktails. The breakfast and dinner was great 😍😍 The staff were very friendly and accommodating.They left champagne for us in the room to celebrate a friend’s birthday. 30 minute from the centre by bus which costs 2 euros for a single trip.

The entire property only has 3 irons. You have to wait for someone to return it to reception to be able to use it. For a hotel accommodating 100s of people, I would expect more than 3 irons. We also weren’t allowed to take cups/food from breakfast up to our rooms. I’ve always been allowed in previous hotels but this isn’t a deal breaker at all.

Beautiful surroundings.. Good size bedroom, super clean, lovely staff who maintain the rooms and quality bed. Easy access to the beach - 10 mins walk, Cala Major, white beach and blue sea. 10 minutes by transit-bus Palmanova .. Good variety of selection of food - breakfast. The staff’s are friendly and polite. Good knowledge of their surroundings - thank you to Franzie and Sol who has patiently gave us tips to where we should be visiting as we are on a short visit and Pedro the transit guy. 25-30 minutes to Palma centre, and the bus is just 5 minutes walk.. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Kettle in the bedroom is essential and few amenities would be helpful rather than dragging your feet to go downstairs to ask for hot water.
