I an excellent beach front position 4 min walk to bus or restaurants,staff very friendly and helpful.Beds changed daily with 1.5 liters of free water.evening entertainment in lounge pool gym& sauna.

Buffet dinner was bland soggy and unappetising,breakfast was OK good choice and good coffee.I would not recommend half board,I dined out in the evening,I asked for a food refund at reception, also by letter..ignored..

Location was perfect, hotel was amazing, staff were very helpful generally, beach was beautiful, buses were regular and easy to catch so a good holiday had.

Booked breakfast before arriving but staff were unfriendly to the point of being rude. Booked evening meal and staff were grumpy and rude. Ended up having breakfast out as didn't want to start our day in a negative way.

Amazing hotel. Great location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Few steps away from the beach. Great staff team. Friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidied every day. Fresh towels daily. We had room with sea view, which was great! Food was fresh every day. A lot of fruits. Spa facilities - not a lot to choose from, but at this time of the year we were on our own there. We could have it for us as private. We did try room service. Great food and quick delivery. From airport to hotel tooked just 15 mins. Which is big saving on transfer. The hotel is adult only. Which was great option. No kids running around. Would highly recommend for couple who is looking for relaxing time off.

If you want a quiet and relaxed get away, Casa major is the place. But if you’re looking for more to see, shop and explore I would stay in Palma. But this Hotel is set on a small beach which is beautiful. Also within walking distance to restaurants and the local buses into other towns, just €2 euros into Palma which is about 10 minutes. Only 15/20 minutes from the airport also. Breakfast was good with lots of choice! We really enjoyed our stay!

Can’t think of a bad thing to say. Just a heads up tho like most hotels, make sure you get down to the pool early to get yourself a sun lounger

Everything was amazing! From the selection of the breakfast buffet, to an accessible location 2 mins away from the beach. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind and answered all our questions well, both in English and Spanish. My favourite aspects of the hotel were the gorgeous hotel spa and the luggage room which we used before check in and after check out.

Perhaps there could have been more lighting in the room, as the lamps were more for ambient vibes. Also, it's a bit of a stretch but if facilities stayed open later, it would be nice, but of course staff need to relax and go home too!

Location - fantastic. Beautiful beach on doorstep and local shops an restaurants next door, lots of choice. Room - spotless and modern and spacious. Room service great, affordable and tasty. Hotel - clean, very friendly staff, spot on. Have a great courtesy room for late check out free of charge and luggage room, made our last day enjoyable and relaxing with no worries.

The shower in the room is extremely bi-polar! Honestly check it before getting in, it can cause some serious burns!! Goes scalding hot to freezing cold, please be careful. Found it very odd the bathroom is open plan into the bedroom with zero privacy. The shower an toilet is see through glass with a HUGE reflecting mirror so if you think you would like to go toilet in peace then think again! Spa - was closed the entire time we was staying and no massages, wasn’t happy as that is why i chosen this hotel.

Amazing location was delightful. Booked half-board stay.Wide selection of Fresf fruit, baked pasteries and cooked food. Staff were accomodating and hospitable.Friendly on interactions. Utilised Spa Treatments available and facilities-Therapist was very professional throughout. I will definitely stay again based on location and staff experience.

Hotel next door was having some renovations undertaken,which impacted on the noise levels from morning until evening, throughout my stay. Advance notice,would have been helpful to prepare for the stay. In my opinión hotel 3* not 4*..Requires updating fir example flooring in room. Noted one of the pillars in main dining área was severally damaged; this wasnt condoned off. No international electric adapters available. Iron available on request; however had to return this as informed not many available to allow to keep through-out the stay. Found out through other guests that kettles were available on request. Would have been useful to have this included on the Welcome Leaflet .

The place was in a really good spot and right on the beach . They fed you adequately, but you know it is like hotel buffet food . That being said, there was really a great effort to provide a huge variety and you won’t go hungry for sure ! The staff was also really really great. The dining room staff were so on top of it and friendly and really worked hard . I read reviews about the cleaning staff not being on top of it but that must have been amended because these ladies were definitely on top of it .

I felt like the property itself could use some upkeep , like the actual rooms.. laminate coming up, stuff like that but honestly my room was nice and very clean and when you step out on the balcony you forget some little detail, or I do.. . I also feel like some people may be accustomed to having a more curtailed streaming service on the tv… Netflix or whatever . This is basic cable , but I’m here to relax and go to the beach and walk around and see the sights. If I wanted to watch tv I’d stay home.

Great breakfast. Lovely pool area overlooking the beach also serving good food at lunch.. The room was clean and spacious. We had a late flight home and were able to book a room in the hotel in the pm with showers towels etc to clean up and change before our departure.

We had trouble with the room key card everytime we went back to the room even though reception said it was active. Became somewhat annoying. Also the balcony was tiny!.there was a small table and 2 chairs but very cramped if 2 people tried to sit there.

Check in was easy. I received a slight upgrade to a bigger room with bigger bed. Staff was very accommodating and were very helpful when asked questions. the restaurant offered breakfast and dinner buffets, which were extra unless purchased ahead of time. The price compared to other area restaurants but may be a better deal considering it is all you can eat. Although the pool area was being worked on, it was open, and I saw people swimming. The bar area was good looking and had all chairs facing the piano and looking out of the glass wall at the ocean. Location is within walking distance of bars, various restaurants (including vegan and vegetarian. and casinos. I found the area just as appealing as the area around Plaza Espana city center. There is a bus stop right at the hotel that takes to downtown If you like to walk it is possible to walk in 45 minutes. Lots of thing to see along the way If you go out at night, there is no bus service to the hotel area. after a certain time. . But you can take a bus to PortoPi mall area and catch a cab from there if you are on a budget.

One staff told me there was no charge for phone calls, but there was a charge when I checked out.
