The hotel met our request to have a double bed with sea view. It had a mini fridge/chiller which was a bonus! We didn't hire a car but the location worked for us, 10 minutes from Palma city centre and around half an hour to the airport - A few restaurants in the area and only a short walk to the beach. The hotel provided a shuttle service to the centre and beach too! The cleaners, reception staff and cooks were amazing. We both felt extremely welcome. We had breakfast near the end of our stay, which is a shame as if we knew it was so good we would have booked it for a full stay, also great value for money!

Although it was okay for us I wouldn't recommend this hotel for people with access/walking issues as the hill to the hotel is steep and many would struggle if they didn't get a taxis. We were sweating pulling our cases up but we managed haha!

The hotel staff were all lovely and friendly. I felt very welcomed from the moment I arrived. The beds were comfy and I slept well, with a great view of the pool. The hotel breakfast was great, it was buffet style and you could go back up for more, the chef making the omelettes was exceptionally happy, especially for a morning! I loved it. And the pool area itself was calm and relaxed, even when there were children around. It’s a 5 minute walk away from a little beach and along the way is the strip with plenty of places to eat and drink. If you walk the opposite way for 10 mins, you will find a large shopping mall which came in handy when I forgot my bikini! It also has the usual McDonald’s and other fast food places, plus a good health food store. From Palma old town, it is around 20 minutes on the bus and the buses are easy to navigate and just €2 one way. I loved every minute of my 4 day stay!

The location is excellent. The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from Cala Major. It has very convenient bus connections to Palma city and Palma Nova. There are also many great restaurants and shopping centers nearby. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the hotel staff, especially Mira and Estelle. They were very friendly and attentive, helping us throughout our holiday. Thanks to their recommendations, we had wonderful days in Palma and joined some of the best excursions on the island.

Really good and friendly staff. Located well near Cala Major with access by EMT bus 4 and 46. I had my birthday during my stay and I was pleasantly surprised to find macarons and fresh fruits in my room with a sweet note wishing me a happy birthday. I was hesitant to book breakfast and avoided the breakfast buffet to bad experiences in previous bookings at other locations however the last two days of my stay I tried the breakfast and regretted not doing so for the entire duration of the stay.

The property is old, and the elevator is really small, however I wouldn’t really consider this as something that is to not like.

All staffs (front, maid, waiter, and etc.) are excellent and generous. Great transportation, around 4 minutes walking downhill to the bus station, and 12 minutes walking to the beach (Cala Major). Restaurant and bar offers great foods and snack especially lunch and dinner option. The room is comfortable and clean. The hotel locates in the quiet neighborhood. Swimming pool is also great, clean and pretty big.

Parking slot is pretty limited. The hotel locates on a small hill, therefore you need to walk uphill when back to the hotel. Water pressure in the bathroom is ok, but quite poor when using rain shower. The showering area needs to sealed better to prevent water leak to dry zone.

The staff were amazing, they catered to our every need. The location was good, it was close enough to the different attractions that we wanted to see. The breakfast was decent, it had the essentials. The food in the hotel was good and made for a good lunch. The staff gave us use of any adhoc essentials such as a towel, iron or even a fire stick, they were very helpful.

The one and only thing I didnt like were the pillows. They were tough to work with. Overall I dont score the price we paid as high on the value for money side of things, not that the service or facilities werent good, it just cost a lot of money. That may be an inherent detail of the area we were in.

Hotel Joan Miro Museum is a great alternative fo the people who would like to stay close to Palma, however would like to experience the beaches around the city. There are 3 beaches close to the hotel, Cala Major, Illertes and Palmanova which can be reached on foot or by public transport. The hotel has its own paid car part for 10 EUR per day. My biggest compliments go to the hotel staff, the people at the reception are smiling, very attentive and informal, their behavior is not fake kindness but a more informal friendly version, especially kudos to Mira. They gave us umbrella and some toys for the beach, they arranged a picnic box for our early flight for a very moderate price. The lady at the restaurant did not charge breakfast for our 4 year old son (which she did not have to but it was a nice gesture). There is a small supermarket nearby and few very good restaurants. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is great, the staff in the restaurant is helpful (Samuel) Definite recommendation.

If you do not go to hotel's car park, free parking in the area can be a challenge as the roads are narrow, and there are not enough places, (sometimes none) however in the summer it is very predictable and there is a much bigger free car park, 10 mins walk to the hotel close to the gas station.

Property was lovely and easy to find your way around. We went April 3rd-10th and expected the pool to be closed but it was nice and warm so was open every day. Bed was really comfy and hotel room was a really good size for the two of us. It was a close walk to the beach and not too far away from the shopping centre. The food and drink at the hotel was so good, there were a few restaurants and bars nearby but nothing too fancy. Going towards the beach there was a lot more restaurants and shops and bars which was about a 15min walk away.

I would say that walking up and down the hill to the hotel was quite tiring but obviously that can’t be changed. Also the pool was very cold even at 27 degrees celsius.

It’s on a quiet street up a hill, but close to a bus stop to get to the main sights. Big swimming pool and we got a lovely view of it. There was nice food available for breakfast and lunch. Room was comfortable and staff were helpful and friendly.

Room was not cleaned on one day as the hotel seemed very busy. They had also chosen to book in large groups of teenagers who took over the pool and were really loud for a few days.

The breakfast was great. Samo, the cook made great omelettes. Mira at the reception desk was very helpful and nice to us. She welcomed us with a big smile, recommended restaurants, how to get to the beach or the most attractive trips. Belena, the chief of the restaurants was warm and guesting. She created a great atmosphere for guests. The pool is big and regular, perfect for swimmers. The location is attractive, close to the beach and hundreds of bars and restaurants.

There was some disturbing noise at night from construction areas or the port, but it was not so important, after all. The room could be bigger.
