The room - Toilet space a bit too small but okay 👍🏻 Outside of the hotel - Streets are not so clean - Hotel fences are in really bad condition

Main Acces door blocked during our visit, limited bar service, limited pool hours due to extreme hot notwhistanding gubernamental mandate to extend until 12:00 am the use of pools

Pleasant friendly staff ,who were always very accommodating,whether on reception,in the dining room,at the bar or the staff cleaning the rooms . Nothing was ever too much . And everything done with a smile on their face . Good breakfast,wide selection of food available. Nice pool area.

The location of the hotel . The hotel is in an area mainly of private apartments. There are 3 or 4 small bars/restaurants within a five minute walk down a hill. The main centre for food and drink etc is a 10-15 minute walk away , with a pleasant beach area too . The bar in the hotel closes at 18.00, nowhere to have a drink at the hotel after that .

Everything was perfect. If I return to Mallorca, I would love to stay here again. The location was great, right next to a main bus stop so it was easy to go towards the beach or the city centre. The hotel itself was clean, neat, beautiful and fancy. The breakfast was great and very generous and the facilities were in great condition. The balcony view was also lovely. The front desk staff and cleaning staff were exceptional, informative and amazing. I would highly recommend it, it was worth every euro.

Nothing, it was perfect. The hotel has nothing to improve on. I hope it keeps on being fantastic to all its' guests.

Very clean, spacious, comfortable and relaxing. Really good location. Close to the beach and lots of good restaurants and bars. Lots of transportation options including buses and taxis. Breakfast was very good with plenty of time to eat and relax. Staff were always pleasant, helpful, polite and friendly. Very good housekeeping every day. Some additional nice touches with chilled and healthy lemon or cucumber infused water every day in the reception area, along with fresh fruit and sweets.

The swimming pool could have been open earlier.

It is in great location. Bus stop is nearby to property.

One of friend lost her pyjama. When we went to report it, staff was not agreeing by mistake cleaning staff took it. It was little rude.

I do not have words to explain how beautiful this hotel is. We did have a beautiful view to the sea every day in the mornings which we did not expect. Also, they cleaned everyday and the staff was very nice and helpful. If you do not want go go to the sea you can definetely use the swimmingpool, which unfortunately we did not have time to go since we were there for only 5 days. I will definitely try to book this same hotel next time we come.

The swimmingpool was opened until 19h and the lobby bar till 18 which is a bummer. Also the drinks were a little bit too expensive for what we got. We had gotten better cocktails in the bar by the road and with much better quality. Otherwise the girl at the bar was very kind and helpful.

The staff were great very helpful. The bed in the room would easily rate a 9 we had great sleep the whole of our stay and the location was good. 5min walk to beach Many thanks Will be recommending

We couldnt smoke around the pool area or 100 euro fine. I do respect this for the children just a little in-convenient when ur drunk and have to walk LOL was still a great stay though and would still recommend

King room with semi-ocean view (it faced the pool and ocean was to the other side). Comfortable, modern, spacious and accommodating room - perfect for a short or long stay. Very close to the beach and restaurants - less than 10 min walk. Bus station right there so you can easily go to center town, or anywhere. Breakfast buffet was amazing with so many options and was very convenient. Staff were very helpful always. Pool was solid. If you rent a car you can easily find parking on the street (although can be tight). You should definitely rent a car to experience all of mallorca.
