We just spent our best vacation ever at Sol Palmanova! Nice and super clean hotel with amazing staff! Hotel is located a 2mins walk from the best beach of the city and numerous restaurants and bars. Perfect location for families with small kids. Spacious rooms. We had a “terrace room” on the first floor, and it’s big enough for a family with two kids. Various entertainment for all ages. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, we could barely notice them, but they made our room spotless every day! And the Animators are just simply the best! Multiple different activities for different ages every day! Kids love the disco with dance competition. 💪

-> Pools were colder than the sea :/ -> Variety of food could be improved (kids would eat fries and pancake anyway 🤦‍♂️) -> many people kept smoking at obviously nonsmoking areas -> ordering a taxi at the reception was kind of a hassle

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel had a lovely pool, and the location was fabulous, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The animation team did a fantastic job, always keeping both kids and adults entertained. The evening shows were enjoyable as well. The only feedback I have is regarding the kids' disco – some of the games seemed a bit strange and not entirely suitable for the younger children.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the beds, which were single beds joined together. Our child fell off a few times, and even my husband and I experienced some slipping as they would move around on the floor.

The accommodations are very good, as is the food. Lots of food, different dishes every day, salads and vegetables. Entertainment every day for adults and children. They are amazing at this! The big problem I noticed in the hotel is that there is no smoking control even if it is prohibited. No one at the hotel warns, nothing is done to ask smoking guests not to smoke anywhere, as there are places to do so, but it is not respected. Another problem is regarding the use of swimming pools, children in adult pools playing ball, using giant floaties and nothing is done against it, even though it is prohibited. I believe that hotel managers need to rethink the plans and rules for using common areas next summer.

Lots of activities, brilliant entertainment, great fun/friendly atmosphere to meet people, good food and dining room very efficient, quick bar service and self service soft/hot drinks, lovely/helpful staff, comfortable room with good aircon, got lucky with a corner balcony pool facing room, a few English tv channels, great value- £700 for double room for 4 nights all-inclusive peak season, very close to beach, buses to airport/town/waterpark just outside, check out was quite late at noon and offered a proper courtesy room to shower/change later.

no deal breakers. It is a very busy hotel and the two pools are usually fairly packed. Only had a couple of mojitos per day as other cocktails, cava, Baileys substitute were not great. Have to put a sunbed out by 8.30am if you want a good spot around the pool. Dining room gets loud and canteen-like at peak times. Front desk can get busy. Daughter complained that she could not connect to wifi and used hotspot, but mine was ok. The hotel app is not great as meal times/info incorrect- ask for the printed info sheet instead. They should have aqua aerobics everyday and make it a proper workout. Ask for floor 1 or 2 if u have mobility issues or small kids/pram as it has its own lift, otherwise you will wait a bit or need to use the stairs.

Amazing! Daytime entertainment. The staff were really friendly, but if you didn't want to get involved they did not hassle you. It was brilliant to have so many different clubs for the different kids age group, a baby group, a younger children group, an older children group and a teenage group meant that all of my children had something to do throughout the whole holiday. Entertainment in the evening in apartment block 1 was great. Good singers and karaoke which was fun just to listen to. Foodwise - Nuggets, chips, burgers and ice cream for those who wanted it but a great selection for everybody else. Meat and fish cooked on the grill every lunch and dinner time. Breakfast pastries, fruitsalad bar, and 5 sausages (?!?) For breakfast. Salad and fruitsalad bar for lunch in the former restaurant, and snack bar with tortilla chips, burgers, hot dogs, chips, and chilly plus drinks on top all day. There were some keys for the bar more so in the evening, but they were always lots of staff so you didn't feel that you could for very long and actually ended up just chatting to people in the cure making friends. My kids had an amazing time and us adults got involved in most of the entertainment and had fun too. Already looking to book again for next year and meet up with some of the friends we made this year.

The evening entertainment in the main complex was W a bit poor, lots of dancers and acrobats. I understand they need to cater for all languages and this type of thing was universal but it was just a bit boring. We had two adults and one child in one room and the room was very tight on space. My older children had the same size room between them and it's definitely a room for two not for three. Bathroom with bath/shower - facilities were ok. Would definitely recommend getting the pool or Seaview. We didn't pay the extra and were looking out over some wasteland. We weren't really out there that much on the balcony but deliberately didn't bother as the view was rubbish.

Hotel is close to the beach, there are 3 pools, bar and all inclusive makes is ideal for families with kids. Food was good but hotel caters for European and UK guests, would be nice to see more Spanish cuisine. Room was clean, rather small but had balcony and lovely sea view. All staff spoke English and were helpful.

First room we got was on top floor right under the engine from aircon. Absolutely impossible to sleep. However, we managed to change the room next morning. Also, hotel us close to Magaluf and accommodate also people who came mostly to party. Some of the nights there was lpts os noise from other rooms and hall way. Upon the phone call to the reception, security came quickly to sort the issue with noise. Hotel has only 2 lifts for 9 floors which is not sufficient and makes it quite crowded during the meal times.

Drunken British hooligans, who misbehaved around the property around the clock. On our last two mornings woke up at 4.30 am when they started partying and drunken screaming LOUD on their balconies! Horrible wake-up for families like us. Also these same people – some underaged – were for example sitting on the receptions floor and drinking hard liquer the whole day, crying etc. What an absolute discrace.

Beautiful location, balcony with view and accomodation with a lot of facilities. Buffett at breakfast and dinner with a lot of variety of food! Swimming pool always clean and with a lot of activities during the day, palmanova beach at 600m and restaurant and bar nearby. Polite staff and helpful.

We stationed 4 nights and they didn’t clean the bathroom once, they just tide up the room but not a proper cleaning. Also, the hotel has 9 floor and just one lift working, really slow and always busy.

-the entertainment team were wonderful and so inclusive. they provided a great excitable energy across the resort. big shout out to Favour- we wish you all the best !! -the food at the canteen was great variety -location was great. in between palmanova and magaluf so o we had a great variety of choice. -clean hotel -modern rooms -friendly staff all over from reception to bar tenders to waiting staff in the buffet! -great community sense feel -safe hotel

Great swimming pools 👍 I went for a week with my daughter and granddaughter age 2 years she had a great time the kids pool was so safe and fantastic water slides and very clean she could play for hours .also had kids club and Creche for the smaller kids. Food choice was great also .⭐️

The only complaint we had was not enough lifts for the amount of customers as we went in July so the hotel was full and 1 lift was not working for full day .
