the location was perfect for us. breakfast was very good, and the hotel was very clean plus staff were really nice.

I paid extra for a sea view room, which ended up putting me into the building across the road. which then I could see the sea between two buildings. I expected a sea view from the main hotel.

Super clean, beautiful room. Comfortable bed, excellent shower. Great selection of food for breakfast. The hotel is very well located on the seafront, shops and restaurants are on the doorstep. A 10 minute drive to Santa Ponca, even less time to magaluf. 15/20 minute drive to Palma. Would definitely recommend.

The food in the pool snack bar was very poor. Our flight wasn’t until 11pm and we could not get late checkout so we had to leave our room at 11am. This made our last day very challenging for us as my partner has MS and we had no where he could rest properly.

The staff were friendly and were able to assist in most situations. Very clean hotel. Only had breakfast here this time, which included all varieties of good quality food-porridge was good as was the bacon-only poor choice were the juices which I’m unsure were of the watered variety. The staff in the breakfast area were very conscious of keeping the tables clear of empty plates. Position wise in a fantastic central area, across the road from a great beach, fantastic promenade to walk along. Many good restaurants very close to proximity. Shopping is a little poor along the promenade, unless you’re buying tat.

Perhaps in the Privilege pool area, time of orders was a little slow for drinks, many of the guests were talking about the scanning was unavailable on many tables as people were not logging out once order was placed.

Great location, spacious room, amazing staff and service. Good varied breakfast. Good facilities.

The room wasn't clean very well each day, just floor swept and bed made. For the price, would've expected a more thorough clean. Dinner wasn't great, canteen like food. Paying more for the top floor pool wasn't really worth it. The main pools are enough.

The facilities were very good with the rooms being large. Air conditioner was adequate and not noisy.. We had breakfast and evening meal in the restaurant and whilst it was buffet which I don’t usually like, I couldn’t fault either - very good value for money. Staff in all areas of the hotel were excellent.

The pool area looked lovely but didn’t have enough options to sit in the shade, better umbrellas would have helped. We were in the annex which was fine but we hadn’t realized this when we booked so involved 2 lifts or a walk with stairs. Fine for me but a bit more challenging for the less mobile.

Super clean, polite and very friendly staff, not crowded. Room is big enough and bright, very convenient access to the beach and perfect food for breakfast/dinner!

No option to just take tap water for dinner. I understand that alcoholic or cold drink are subject for additional payment, it’s ok, but what the problem to serve free tea/water during the dinner as it’s served on breakfast? That’s the only one thing why I rate 9. The rest was perfect!

Room with a seaview meant that I was located on separate building (panoramic building) cross the street and I saw road, cars and roof of buildings also and then also the sea. I was told most of the seaview rooms are located on this separate building and they were fully booked so I stayed in the room even the view did not meet my expectations.

Check in was fantastic. Staff worked so diligently but remained friendly, courteous and helpful throughout the building. Breakfast is exceptional in terms of layout, presentation, accessibility to everything you need. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The cleaning staff somehow seemed to work as quietly as they could. The option of an extra large bed was a delight. The quality of sunloungers and balcony furniture was superb. It was a seamless and serene stay.

That we couldn’t stay for longer!!!

Room was excellent and comfortable. The view was exceptional. A lot of space in the room with a great bathroom. Food was really tasty with lots of different choices. The staff was very polite. The pool was good.

Room was facing the main street, unfortunately during our stay there was some kind of public (government organized) parties going on in the street bellow for three days, each ending at around 3:30-4am which made sleeping hard due to really loud noises. The pool area is a little bit small and often crowded.
