room looked over the pool, woke up to sun every morning. location was perfect for beach, bars and restaurants.

Drinks and ice creams expensive. entertainment was hit and miss. no complimentary room to shower and change in. shower was in toilets next to pool. had to bring suitcase in to the reception area to obtain shower products, travel clothes.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They all worked hard to help the guests enjoy their holiday. The entertainment programme covers all age groups.

The evening menu could be more tastier felt plain at times. The breakfast was very nice

The staff at the hotel was very Friendly and profesinal. The management around the pool and other activities.

The Pool was closed after 19:00 it should be open for Any guest atleast a bit longer.

The location of the hotel is perfect, we were 5 min away from the beach, even thou we couldn't see it. The staff was always ready, nice and helpful with everything, either information about places to visit or to giving towels when needed. The pool temperature was always regulate and people could go in easily and there's was always a life-saver on guard.

The only complain i truly have, was about the air conditioners in the apartment. We had two in the apartment, but still during the night it would get quite hot (notice it was Summer) and the air conditioners power was not up to it. They were quite slow and would cool anything down.

We went as a full family 11 in total, location great and entertainment staff for the children were fantastic. David on reception great and Cristian on the bar always friendly the full family always commented he was the best!

Rooms a bit dated and a few groups put next to family rooms so woke the children up. A few of the bar staff very miserable and un helpful. I spend a lot of money on lunch and drinks all day and some days struggled to get ice for drinks one night I asked for a glass of ice later as I’d been given a warm bottle wine to take to room barman refused and poured the full ice bucket down the sink in front of me and said I asked reception! I went to reception and a un helpful lady said it’s company policy! Breakfast ok pool bar food great but night time poor quality and choice.

The rooms were well equipped, generally very clean and comfortable. The Location is brilliant, a short walk from bars, restaurants and the beach. The pool was clean and plenty of space to lounge although it does get busy after 11. The daily entertainment in the day, in particular the energy from the staff. The aqua bingo was a good laugh. The staff in the hotel were generally very helpful. The towels are changed daily. The pool bar serves decent food but it's a little more expensive than outside which is expected as it is convenient. There is a small shop which is 24 hours for all necessities.

The noise from other guests in the night, early hours of the morning was really annoying and frustrating at times. The sheets were not changed during our stay until we requested it and in the end we had to do it ourselves. A couple of times we have to ask for the bins to be changed.

5 min walk to the beach and main strip. Well maintained. Apartment cleaned daily. New towels and linen. If you have young kids there's a kid zone where they can be left for a few hours daily. Entertainment every day poolside and every night with shows and music and dancing.

A shortage of Parasols. Pool opened at 9am but sunbeds were being laid out at 5:30am. If you are down after 8am you'll struggle to get a sunbed. I watched towels being put on beds at 8/9am and not being used until 2pm. This is something the hotel needs to sort. And they were not Germans !!

The property is located near to everything. Near to store, restaurants, beach, bus stops. All within the reach. Facilities is very clean, good air conditioning and all you need in your stay. Staff are all friendly and accommodating especially Leona. She’s very good assisting and helping. Big salute to cleaning staff and maintenance. They are simply the best supplying your needs and very friendly. They also help us arrange transportation to airport since we left early morning. I won’t hesitate to book again with them.

the staff could not do enough for you, friendly, courteous and always willing to help. one member in our party left his phone on the plane, the staff called the airport located the phone then organised transport for the individual to the airport to collect the phone. outstanding def 5 Star treatment.

plenty of facilities, great for family’s and adults , 2 min from the beach and the strip, the rooms are spacious, the place is spotless, entertainment at night all the scaffold are super friendly and accommodating

The hotel was excellent. We had a brilliant stay here for 8 nights. The apartment was clean and comfortable and perfect for a group of girls. We all had such a nice time. The entertainment was brilliant fun and the staff were all lovely especially Leona at reception.

One of the bar staff was rather rude in the pool area. Disappointing as everyone else we dealt with was so lovely. The apartment was very noisy at night time with people coming in at all hours.
