Staff in all departments were really friendly and helpful. The grounds are really well kept with nice gardens. Our 3 bed apartment was spotlessly clean, more spacious than I expected and towels changed every day. No problem getting sun loungers any time of the day , but it was early September so it wasn’t overly crowded. Great snack menu at the pool side bar. Short walk to restaurants and beach. A11 bus to the airport stops outside the apartment.

The location, the staff: they sorted taxis and offered invaluable help (Leona is a star, the cleaners are lovely); the beautiful beaches 2 mins away. The rooms were nice and our pool view apartment was very nice and on the first floor(this was a plus, as there are no lifts). The bus stop to Palma (104-105) and Palma Airport(A11) just outside the hotel. The Eroski supermarket round the corner was very handy. We would go back.

Buses often came full (We stayed over Easter) and after waiting for over an hour a couple of days, one day we took a taxi to Palma (20€-25€).Take mosquito repelent.The buffet dinner was not really worth it on the night we went.

It was very clean. The apartment didn’t smell like it had been used in a long time but was clean and once we opened up the windows the smell went . Towels replaced daily., bins emptied daily. The hotel was not very occupied so it was extremely quiet the pool was empty but they still did animations etc for the kids. Reception was very helpful and the lady at the bar was notably very friendly and accommodating. We had a room upgrade to a larger accommodation which was unexpected but appreciated so the kids did not need to share. The breakfast buffet was nice, we did not need to book just turn up and pay on the day. The beds were comfy. Any issues we had in the apartment were resolved quickly.

The kitchen was a bit dated. We didn’t use this apart from the fridge and kettle. Although someone came to do the towels daily they made one bed (of 6) on the first day, no beds on the second and 2 of 6 on the third. This was not a problem we found it quite funny. There are a lot of steps at the property

The pool, 24h shop/reception, bar, and room were lovely, it seemed like the perfect place.

The CCTV cameras are pointed directly at a number of apartment blocks. We were not aware of this until the last day when we spotted our apartment block on the reception cameras and we could see our friends by the sliding balcony door chatting. Particularly because the room it’s looking into is considered a bedroom as it has a double sofa bed. Felt like a disgusting invasion of privacy and totally changed what up until then was the perfect hotel. I can understand wanting to monitor the outside areas but there is no reason for those cameras to be looking into rooms.

Good location, direct bus from Palma airport, approximately a 10 min walk to the beach

The room was supposed to be for three adults. It turned out that one of us was supposed to sleep on a sofa which did not expand as a bed. The room was prepared for two persons only so we had to personally do the third "bed", including to collect sheets from reception following our arrival after midnight. The room faced a main road so lots of traffic. No lifts in the property but there are a lot of stairs so it is not convenient at all if you travel with suitcases or strollers - both within the property's yard and in the separate apartment buildings.

We had everything we needed and more. There was a good bathroom with both a rainforest shower and a regular shower, and hot water available 24/7, very roomy. Towels were changed daily. The full kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were comfortable. The windows had full black-out. We also had a balcony with a dryer. An iron was available at the reception, and there was a small 24/7 shop in hotel. The bus stop was a 20-minute walk from the hotel. A good beach was just a 5-minute walk away, and there were restaurants and small supermarkets conveniently close by.

Was a bit loud in the evenings - I used earplugs, but after 11p.m. no music outside, only other guests returning home.

The apartments are in a great location with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants near by plus the beach is a 5 minute walk away and its lovely. The apartment is clean and the staff were kind. The entertainment was good. The pool area is small but clean.

Too many steps lol - from reception to my room it was 69 steps but it was my daily exercise. The main road at the back of the place was busy so bring ear plugs if your a light sleeper.

The location is perfect and right outside are bus stops which we used to get from and to the airport on the cheap 😆 bars, shops and restaurants are practically on your door step, the beach is only around a 10 min walk away and it's a nice steady 20 min stroll into Magaluf. All staff was really friendly especially the receptionist sorry I forgot her name (Irish lady) the pool area is great and a good size, very clean and your not struggling for sun beds even after coming back from a day at the water park or beach. Shout out to the lifeguard too, really friendly and my partner made good friends with him 😃 rooms are a good size with everything you need but beds are a little uncomfortable which I tend to find in most apartments, thumbs up for the shower, really spacious and doesn't go cold fast like a lot I have used previously. Cleaner came to our room on a daily basis and we was only here for 3 days so always fresh clean towels. The only downfall i would say is the evening entertainment. We came with our 2 daughters aged 11 and 13 for my daughters 11th birthday and they really enjoyed the day time entertainment but their wasn't anything exciting for them or us to watch in the evening so we always ventured out instead. On the plus side we had LOVE ISLANDERS staying over in our hotel so we got to meet them and have photos taken with them. All in all i'd give it a 5 out of 5 and we will be returning 👍🏼

Evening entertainment needs a brush up for sure.

Great location, short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. All staff were very friendly, complex was very clean and the pool was warm. Our room was comfortable with good air-conditioning. Will definitely return.

Limited number of adjustable sunloungers, resulting in some guests getting up early to 'reserve' their sunbeds. Unfortunately these remained 'reserved' and empty for hours whilst selfish guests went out for the day. Perhaps staff could remove towels from unused sunloungers?
