Literally everything! • the location is super duper great! Bus stop in the front, beach in the front, many nice restaurants are around!! • the room looks just like in the picture (smells good too) • the staff (Peter&Victoria) are super friendly and hilarious 😂 • the cleaning lady was so sweet xx even though she can’t speak English at all but she always tried to explain things to me and help me! Love it!

Location was great - right in front of the bus stop so we could hop on a bus and go into the centre of Palma. The room was spacious and had pretty much everything we needed. Also right next to the beach so we got up early a couple of days and watched the sunrise on the beach. Wonderful! Lots of nice local restaurants - we sampled a great Indian and a Thai which were both excellent.

The balcony wasn't great, it was noisy out there when any of the air con units were on and there wasn't a great view so we didn't use it. The tap water wasn't pleasant so it would have been nice to have a bottle of water provided on arrival. The Spar shop next door sells this super cheaply so we bought some as soon as we had chance but it wasn't open when we arrived so had to wait til the next day.

Big modern room with kitchenette and big bed. Has a Balcony. Good location next to Palma Nova Beach. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The room was very quiet I never got disturbed by road traffic or the close by bars The bus stop is just outside the front and you can get the A11 all the way from the airport. Taxi Rank outside front also. There are numerous bars, shops and restaurants within seconds. The staff are great. Victoria especially was very welcoming and showed me my room and explained everything regarding towels cleaning days etc. I go to Mallorca a couple of times a year I will definitely stay at Kompas again

Excellent location, very comfy bed and bed sheets, silent air conditioning, overall very nice and fresh.

The workers downstairs didn’t stick to their schedule (09.30 am - 1 pm we were told), more like 7 am - 7 pm. The work created a lot of dust on our balcony, and their machines were very loud so we couldn’t sit on our balcony most of the time. The SPAR store downstairs plays very loud music but they close at 10 pm. And the boiler inside the room created some loud noise as well. The kitchen could have had a couple of more appliances such as scissors, dish towel, peeler, bowls for yoghurt/soup, and the pan wasn’t compatible with the induction plate so we only had one pot to use. But we also didn’t go on vacation to cook 😉

The location is so so so so perfect, beach 1min walk!! For people travelling backpack, or on budget, don’t think twice, this is the one for you. The bed; big, comfortable, you sleep like at home (or even better ;) Everything organisation-wise is thoughtful and thorough;people nearby super friendly; restaurant Kompas cheap, delicious. Can’t ask more, just keep being this good, and wish you lots of success.

The location is really convenient, just across the beach, next to Son Matias and Magaluf, many great bars and taverns around and there is a bus and taxi stop just in front of it. Victoria is friendly and helpful.

Changing towels every 4 days is not enough. Especially since the towels are tiny and flimsy. We stayed for a week, but the sheets were never changed. The entrance of the building is very underwhelming and you have to climb stairs with your suitcase, really inconvenient. If you want to let the sunshine in, you have to give up on your privacy, since when you open the curtains, guests from all the other rooms can see inside your room.

Location has been benefitial as it has been only couple minutes walk, literraly through the road to the beach which make the hotel perfect place to stay. All bars have been surrounded in an area so it hasn't been that and make it good for you on the end of the day enjoy some cocktails or grab something to eat. Spar (shop) has been open till 11PM so it wasn't a problem to get anything you need. Even some of the tours had pick up location just around the corner, so it can be beneficial. Taxi had a location just infornt of the hotel and busses as well with direct bus to Palma or the Airport. Even though this hotel should be on a budget, it haven't been that much on a budget for what you receive. Great experience from the Victoria, so it has been pleasant at least.

Place havent been in full standard. If you coming over and expect to have any shampoo or anything, you won't find it there. So I am very happy that we brought everything for ourself. You will have some hand soap, towels, toilet paper and kitchen appliences only what you need and nothing more. One thing which we havent like has been kitchen towel which had very bad odour from a day one and that cleaning has been done in a rush. Even bed has been clean and kitchen as well looked clean, bathroom had some things which needed to be fixed or needed some lovies and attention with some more care.

If you are looking for the best-positioned hotel, do not hesitate to book this one. You have literally everything you need within walking distance. From a bus station/taxi stand (right in front of the hotel) and the beach (across the street), to every possible shop (grocery, souvenirs, clothing) and restaurants right next to the hotel. The room had everything we needed, and towels and bed sheets were changed regularly. The kitchen equipment was totally sufficient. Even though you are very close to a busy street, in our room (more in the back) where we were staying you are not able to hear any noise. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The construction happening under the hotel was unfortunate, but it did not affect our stay as we were out most of the days.

Our stay at Inner Kompas was nothing short of exceptional. I must applaud the manager, Victoria, for her outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived, she was not only welcoming but also incredibly accommodating to our every need. What truly impressed us was the speed of communication; it felt as though she was always one step ahead, ensuring our stay was seamless and enjoyable. The rooms at Inner Kompas are a true highlight. Unlike many other accommodations, these rooms are generously spacious, allowing us to stretch out and unwind. The feeling of openness and freedom was a refreshing change. What deserves special mention is the excellent soundproofing of the windows. Despite being in proximity to the bustling nightlife of Magaluf, the rooms remained respectfully quiet, granting us restful nights of sleep. The defining feature of this charming establishment is its prime location, nestled basically on the beach. Being able to go out the door and walk 25 meters before you feel the sand between your toes is amazing.

Studio was very spacious and very clean with all utensils and equipment you needed for your stay, iron and toaster also supplied which was a nice addition. Studio was located in a great place right opposite the beach and right next to numerous bars and restaurants. The host, Victoria was also so friendly and helpful and even booked us a return taxi early in the morning.A fantastic break and will definitely be returning next year !!!
