The room including the bed and airconditioning was excellent. The breakfast was great and the pool area really good including the pool bar and the plentiful sun lounges. The senior staff and client liaison people are outstanding as were the staff at the breakfast, cleaning staff and pool area staff. The location is absolutely ideal and near good restaurants and just across the raod from the beach.

The electronic check-in was cumbersome and should've been emailed to me 24 hours ahead of arrival not a few hours ahead of arrival when I was already on a plane. I saw many folk in the lobby struggling with it. The main complaint I would raise is in respect to the restaurant and evening bar area. The restaurant food was too expensive and way to fancy with salads that people like me with nut allergies could not eat and there was no more normal mains such as chicken, standard steaks etc. In the evening when trying to order drinks it took over 30 minutes to even get served and only after I raised hell to get some service. Given many clients are English speakers the grasp of English by the restaurant/bar staff in the evening was very poor - not good enough for a top hotel.

The decor and whole vibe throughout was beautiful. Room decor very coastal and really well laid out with two luggage areas , breakfast in Beso was amazing.. great location in front of the beach where you can hire sun beds and umbrella for 13.50 for two ..everything in walking distance !

I paid for a sea view but it was more road view to the side with a partial sea view , hotel staff quick to respond to my request to move but after discussion, we stayed in the allocated room and were happy with explanation.. Next point nothing to do with hotel but be aware that taxis and Uber are scarce and ended up paying three times the usual fare in an Uber after waiting for 45 mins..

The staff is so friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is beautiful. Rooms are large, spacious and comfortable. Everywhere in this hotel smells amazing. Breakfast is good with a lot of options!

Our hot water sometimes didn’t work (we didn’t bring this to staffs attention till the day we left because it was always a hit or miss). Electricity was also annoying - our wall slot kept falling out and we had to ask for help several times. A random fire sprinkler fell from the celling in the middle of the night and almost hit us on the head. It seems like the owners put a lot of money into making this hotel instagrammable, but skipped out on some necessities. The incredibly friendly and helpful staff makes up for it :)

Our view from the room was nothing special. Not the best view as we didn’t pick the one with the sea view We only had breakfast, not much variety (too much meat / raw meat products for breakfast) they also need to label their foods so we know what is vegan and vegetarian

The hot water / shower in the room often didn’t work, we had to keep calling the reception so they can send the technician upstairs.

The place is wonderful soo clean and the vibes are lovely the staff are so friendly and nice

The beach is wasn’t beautiful as expected we arrived late so we didn’t find sun beds on the beach we tried to use the swimming pool area sun beds but there was none we waited for ours and we didn’t get the chance to tan or swim especially that our room wasn’t ready we lost the chance to tan

Amazing localization. Great restaurant and breakfasts. Clean and comfortable pool. Parking spot nearby. There is gym, spa and yoga room. A lot of space for coworking in the hall at ground zero. Totally will come back again
