Spacious apartment with one bright bedroom with an en suite and another bathroom accessible from the main lounge/dining area -it was great to have the extra bathroom as the en suite is quite small. The kitchenette was well-equipped for basic cooking, including a kettle, a coffee maker and a small fridge. It was a clean and bright space, with big windows overlooking the square. There were grocery stores and bakeries and several restaurants within 5 minutes' walk. (We recommend the Yamaguchi restaurant!). The apartments are located on one edge of a lovely park, and getting to the University of Pamplona hospital was an easy 10-15 minute walk.

There was a large pillar in the middle of the room - but it didn't really interfere with using the space.

We loved the neighbourhood- near the beautiful japanese style park, apartment was spotless, steril clean. :) We enjoyed 2 bathroom situation. Good bed and bedding. Small but well equiped kitchenette.

The login situation with the app downloading and all the id data filling- it all seemed bit too much arriving in an unfamiliar city, wanting to get to the apartment to get some rest. Also question about parking was answered a bit belatedly. Although overall interior was nice, we were surprised about tabelware placement right on top of garbage bin!

From booking to check-in and departure, the staff was always helpful and responsive. This is a perfect example of how one can use technology like their app to make things efficient, and yet a real person with human touch is easy to reach and address our requests right away. Their pre-check in process is facilitated by a website and they have an app that you use to enter the property and room, but the technology never makes the experience impersonal. The room was comfortable even with the pull-out sofa bed open, which was very easy to set up. The property is at the northwest edge of Parque Yamaguchi, with a nice view of the park from our balcony. It is a nice walk to the university and also to the center of town. I highly recommend this place and look forward to staying here again when we return.

Not an issue but just a suggestion: maybe for longer stays like four nights or more, the welcome packet can include more pods for the dishwasher and washing machine. Although in fairness, I think all we had to do was ask and they probably would have given us extra. Also a slightly larger pot would be nice, it makes cooking pasta for 3-4 people a bit easier.

A great place to stay - the checkin code was transmitted on time and worked for all the doors. We had 2 dogs with us and were very pleasantly surprised to find 2 dog beds, 4 bowls and 2 packets of treats for them who we arrived. There was also a little welcome gift for us. A thoughtful touch! The apartment was spotless, comfortable and warm. The location was perfect, on the edge of a large park, and although we didn't do it, within easy distance of Pamplona centre. If we pass that way again, we will definitely be booking another stay here.

What's not to like!

Clean and comfortable apartment, perfect for parents plus two kids to enjoy Festival San Fermin. About 30 mins walk to centre of Pamplona and the old town areas. A variety of eating options on your doorstep.

Air conditioning automatically turns off each day on the assumption that you have gone out. This isn’t and wasn’t always the case and therefore the apartment got very warm. Although booking was for 2 + 2 the sofa bed was not made up. All linen is provided for guests to do this themselves.

The property was clean and comfortable and it had all the amnesties you needed. The location is great and the online reception service is efficient.

Although the apartments have smart tv, you cannot use any online streaming services or crome cast from your phone. Having the nice tv only for public tv is a pity. The property could provide a small cooking kit including olive oil, salt, sugar and pepper and some tea bags.

The e-mail and the help desk works very well.

#1: The Libero parking area is too small. My Volkswagen Multivan is too large to drive inside the garage with others cars parked. Even I had asked help to my family, to go outside the car, it was impossible to drive the car inside the Libere Parking area. It is too small space. Maybe the Libero Garage is fantastic for bikes and motobikes and rate good for litle cars like smart and Fiat 500. During our stay in Libero Apartment, we did not used used the garagem and our car was parked at the street. During the night, the police gave me one 30 EUR ticket... #2: It is not possible to share the smartphone with TV Screen. The TV only acept the sound. Not the image.

clean, good view, everything is new, immediate answer

everything is perfect and I love the apartment and will back again. but there is no duvet in my bed and I called to staff they ask me to use the duvet insert in the wardrobe, but there was no duvet cover, staff said I don’t need duvet cover, that’s obviously is a excuse for forgot to put for me, but the good thing is I ask for duvet cover, they send to me the next day, I just don’t like the excuse when facing my query. and there was an ashtray full of cigarette butts which had not been cleaned. but that’s all no big issue at all

The rooms were modern, so well equipped, even with a cleaning pack (washing up liquid etc). The shower was fantastic and the towels were large and soft. Good quality to, coffee making machine etc. and the loveliest touch a welcome box with water, coffee pods and crisps.

Nothing. Even it being slightly out of the old town meant we had a lovely walk.

This was a very clean and modern apartment next to a plaza with good restaurants and bars with a nearby supermarket and close to Comino route

Very automated check in and check out(all email and internet). I had a issue with my phones data and therefore did not get the check in email and was unaware of the emails asking to checkout. I was appreciatative of their help person who got us in, I guess I am just saying if you have a tech issue it will be harder to enter and leave. Not a dealbreaker just a fun little travel bug
