Friendly staff. Amazing food. Brilliant location.

Great staff, very welcoming from reception team, restaurant and especially the animation team Julita and Ruben that helped us to entertain and look after our 2y old son. We had a 5 nights all inclusive stay and were really pleased with the service. Large rooms, great food and nice cocktails at the bar. We also bought a special birthday package that was great value for money. Our sea front room had lovely views and a large balcony.

The rooms look lovely and they would be perfect to have double bed instead of 2 single united, but overall no fault for the money we paid

Animation team, personnel from the bar, reception, clean team, etc., everyone was very kind, helpful and friendly. They contributed the most to make the stay enjoyable. Animation team was attentive to the children. Apartments were big, with the kitchen, but you dont really need that if you have all inclusive. The food was good in overall, with a wide selection of foods, I think everyone finds something he likes. Location was good, close to the beach. Both front and back section with apartments have a pools for adults and children, with the mini bar where you can take drinks. Hotel is located in quieter part of Mallorca, take that in consideration. And we would like to greet Coco :)

Evening program was kind of weak, last day was the only one we found interesting - flamenco night - which we sadly didnt catch as we had to leave. Apartments section was old, some parts of bathroom were rusty, but clean and that is important. Maybe choose the front hotel section if you do not need the extra space of the apartments.

Came with adult son, teenage daughter, and granddaughter aged 4, booked in one room. From the UK and Paguera is mainly German families, which was not an issue but meant all local bars and restaurants more geared towards Germans. We went into Santa Ponsa one day to Irish bar which was nice. The main hotel is lovely and modern, food was faultless and all staff were lovely from the reception staff to waiters. The animation team couldn't do enough even though my Granddaughtet was a bit shy.

Our apartment was in block 2 at the back, which was a bit of a trek and dated but clean enough, and maid service was good. Booked for 3 adults and 1 child and 2 made uo beds in the living room, but they were comfortable enough. The indoor pool is actually part of the spa and only allows children between 12 and 4, which isn't clear on the website. Entertainment in the pool bar, which was fine as we went out of peak season. I'm not sure if this would accommodate all guests in peak times.

The hotel is very close to the beach, only 5 mins by walk. The beach and pool were never too busy and we were always able to find a free sun lounger. There isn't a queue for loungers every morning and people come and go in a very civilised way. Veronika at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the staff were really lovely.

There was a good variety of food but some of it was quite oily, which can get a bit much after a few days

Room was huge, bath shower & little kitchenette. 5 min walk to 2 stunning beaches. Lovely little strip of shops, cafes and bars. Staff was so friendly and all spoke English well, food was a good variety and different options every night (and I am very fussy and still managed to eat everyday)

No doubt we will come back. All you need(* and more) is there. Spotless clean all areas. Smiling staff, very good quality food and a choice. Well guys, I do work in tourism many years, and do travel a lot, soo, I know what I mean by saying- I WILL BE BACK.

Food in the buffet was variable enough. The room was clean. The hotel is very close to the beautiful Tora beach. Bus stop to Palma and to the airport was next to the beach.

Accommodation in general is great but the room was a bit old. Also, we had the issue with dirty towels in our room. I informed about that receptionist, and the problem was solved.

friendly staff at the restaurant, reception, evening bar staff, good animation team, good food, nice hotel all around, plenty free parking spaces around the hotel, no need to pay the €10 per night to park in front of the hotel

morning staff at the bar not extremely friendly, could do with something else then mini disco every night for the kids

spotlessly clean .. good food and drinks.. all staff very friendly and keen to please. . fabulous Spa included in all inclusive price. Rooms cleaned and towels changed daily.

Nothing bad to say really .. we will be returning x
