Very good position, quiet but not far from the town. Rooms excellently equipped. Good choice for couples of any age, with kids or without. PS we have been there more than once. The staff is friendly and prepared, may assist you in many languages

The restrictions due to COVID have an impact, of course. For example there is not the usual shuttle, the sauna and restaurant are closed. But these are the times. All in all it was a good choice, and when the situation gets normal it will be great.

Breakfast every morning was a good way to start the day. Swimming pool and facilities on site were very nice. Staff were friendly and hardworking.

Location was out of the main towns and the only way to get to the nearby locations was by bus or taxi, which isn't a problem as such but for someone who likes to be closer to the center it could pose an issue. We found our way in by public bus for only €2.95 return per person (418, 420 & 480 Buses).

The serenity and zen moments spent every day at the Country club.Invaluable experience and will highly recommend to anyone thinking of being a guest.I am planning a return trip in the foreseeable future, keep up the high standards.

The pool is great! We were there in February and the weather was not that hot. I wouldn't go into the pool if it weren't for the adjacent (and complimentary) sauna, so I appreciated it very much. It is small but since the place wasn't crowded it was big enough. I also liked the whole feel & vibe of the place. It felt like we're on Bali :) ... also the mini golf (complimentary) was very pretty. The staff was extra friendly and could also crack some jokes. I felt quite at home.

It was really strange to have a toilet without a toilet brush. The apartment was great but not heated - luckily the temperatures outside were o.k., so we didn't really need it. The kitchen was spacious. We cooked almost every day (because we were on a specific diet) so we missed a few more pots. There were a large frying pan, a small pot and a big pot. Otherwise well equiped kitchen with a toaster, orange/lemon juice squeezing machine, electric kettle (didn't work though), oven, stove and a microwave. Also plenty of plates, cups, etc. I agree with some of the other comments about this place that the photos are a bit outdated but it was still very beautiful to me.

Lovely hotel- myself, dad and brother visited here for a week in Dec 2022 (lads holiday) and had brilliant time. We opted to pick The Regency hotel with it being a little out the main area of Las Americas so we could chill a bit (taxi's are only 10 euro's each way and literally take 10 minutes), so when travelling into the main area, it's no issue at all. There is also a free mini bus which leaves the hotel daily at 10.30am. The best part of this hotel has to be the pool- it is MASSIVE and also heated a little, so it's not ice cold when you get in. There are pool tables, table tennis as well. All the staff were super lovely especially the reception lady who works nights! We found a brilliant bar near the hotel called 'The Tree Top bar and grill' which is a 10-15 minute walk up the hill and it's fantastic- the food is so tasty and they have live music from 9pm most nights. We spent many nights in here watching the football and playing pool (2.50 euros for a pint of Estrella as well). Well worth a visit- it's an English bar. All round a lovely hotel.

Wifi wasn't the best in the rooms, not the end of the world.

Has a massage beside the pool which was fantastic.

We had lunch in the restaurant. We orders burgers. It was quite expensive for what it was. Wouldn't eat there again

We had a ball - so much so we have already booked another trip in June!! absolutely love the place, up in the hills away from the crowds, pool is amazing, apartments lovely and comfy.

A small number of things lost out on the full marks - the room was cleaned every other day which is fine but one day the cleaning staff knocked and when we said 2 mins they left and came back 3 hours later when the baby was asleep so we went 4 days without cleaning - a bit more flexibility would have been appreciated. There is no ATM and no way of getting cash for the bag weighing scales - watch out for this machine as €1 will only get you one bag weighed - this was infuriating and a total rip off but it is nothing to do with the hotel itself. The nice man at the front desk gave me €1 for the machine.

The air condition is very clean and fresh air coming out. Unlike every other hotels I have been on there is the air condition always dirty and bad air quality The apartment was weary clean and the beds are comfortable. Even the sofa bed is good Every single staff is willing to do anything to help you out and all staff are friendly and always in a good mood. Big swimming pool family friendly great for the kids to play and have fun every one can bring pool toys in to the swimming pool for example balls or Donut and so on. Good music on the pool bar and excellent bartenders And I really recommend the Massage tent (Maria) has a magical hands and can make your body whole again.

To early check-out for me (10:00) And Maybe the coffee is to expensive. (But it is a good quality coffee)

Lovely decor, really relaxing space. Gorgeous pool area; infinity and bar seats in the water. Comfortable apartments. Baby friendly. Nice and quiet. Staff were friendly. Maria the on-site masseuse was great, very relaxing massage and amazing value for money. Lots of space to walk around the resort.

Some of the gym machines were broken. Breakfast was ok - could be more veggie options and croissants were often stale. Apartments had fine equipment but could do with having basic cupboard ingredients for cooking - salt, pepper, olive oil.
