Fantastic stay, excellent service from reception and the cleaning girls. Great pool area with thick and delicious towels and pillows, quiet and peaceful. Fantastic views from the large balconies. The apartments have everything you could wish for. We'll be back Greetings Tine and Tommy

Esther is the best host ever. She assisted us with everything, hiring a car, arranging massage, booking boat trip etc. Hotel is very clean, cleaning ladies very nice and friendly. Room vet spacious and nicely decorated, kitchen equipped with everything you need for a stay. Lady in the bar is making the best coffee ever always with the beautiful smile. Nice, fresh and tasty food in a restaurant with some entertainment in some of the evenings. We enjoyed big and comfortable pool lounges. Pool area very nice, big, clean with a vey helpful and friendly life guard. Water in a small pool so nice and worm in the afternoon. Location is quiet and peaceful, close to the beach, little longer walk to Amadores beach but still nice walking distance. Close to the supermarket and a bus stop. This was my second stay and I am sure, not the last one.

I loved everything

Nice spacious apartments with a surprisingly great bathroom and large bedroom, could be 2. Lovely terrace with seating and sunbeds. The location is absolutely superb. There is free access to the parking garage in the basement. Ester at the reception is incredibly service minded. Great pool area. Lovely sunbeds. Some of the sunbeds are a bit wider than others. Was given comfortable blankets, pillow and towels to use in the pool area We will be back.

Especially the older guests - those who were well into their years were greedy and of course were out well before breakfast and reserved the "best" sunbeds

All round service excellent. Our host Esther at the reception was very friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome. Went out of her way for us. The apartment/suite was very clean and comfortable. The mattress was very big and comfortable and the kitchen facilities ideal. The bathroom was very clean, good size, avec bidet. The view from the spacious balcony was a joy to wake up to every morning. Sad to leave to go home.

Lovely large apartment with everything you need as well as a great balcony and a lovely view, with the morning sunshine coming in. The pool is fantastic, with water massage areas, and you get pool towels as well as pool pillow for the pool lounger, which makes it super comfy. The area is quiet and quite small but everything is there: a spar for shopping, some restaurants (enough to change everyday), a small beach, a bus stop. You can walk to the very close Playa del Cura to look at the sunset (on a sunny day, the stones are still warm, which is nice to sit on). We would happily go back to Idyll suites.

Everything was perfect in the apartment except the shower head: the water is hot and runs well, however it is quite low and can't be moved, so tall people have to be careful not to hit it. The main road is close by but there is not much traffic on it (you can hear sometimes a loud bus driving on it).

A nice big apartment with huge balcony and good views. Many good restaurants: the small one just opposite the reception, up the street and those by the public beach close by. The restaurant in the hotel is also nice, if you not want a little out. At the same time carm as an only adult hotel. Gran Canaria is quite touristy along the coast - here it was to endure because the apartment was large and private, the city not big and because the restaurants were both close and not noisy. A nice big SPAR close by and good roads and buses to the nearest towns.

Just a little exercise room would make a world of difference. There are many opportunities for exercise on Cran Canaria. Cycling, hiking and swimming. It would also be nice to be able to exercise a little at the hotel.

Without a doubt these apartments are by far the best we’ve stayed in anywhere in the region. The apartment is huge clean and modern and has everything you need and the balcony has dining furniture and sun loungers. The pool area has huge sunbeds with comfy mattresses. Staff are super and so helpful.

Very quiet area with only a couple of eating places but we just jumped on a bus most nights and went elsewhere to eat.

We just love this resort and establishment everything is just perfect with fantastic hospitality , the views from the apartments are wonderful especially at night, also the swimming pools are kept immaculate with beautifully clean water not to mention the superior sun beds.

It’s nit picking really but I would have liked bigger bath towels and some shelving inside shower for putting shampoo etc

Great location; 2 minutes walk from the beach and next to restaurants/supermarket/bars. Good sea views, spacious apartments with large balconies. Pool area was very well appointed with giant sun loungers and lots of space. Good food at the restaurant too. Helpful staff.

No negatives.
