Incredible, staff were extremely accommodating and professional. Very homely feel due to low number of guest rooms. Great breakfast options of local mallorcan breads, cheese, yogurts, granola, pastries and pancakes.

I wish I could have stayed longer

Absolutely everything was perfect! All you would expect from a top notch boutique hotel and more. From the luxurious quality of the bath towels and bed linen (the most comfortable hotel bed we have slept in for a very long time) to the incredible breakfast offerings I don't think things could be improved! Add in the location a stone's throw from the central square of Pollenca and Hotel Desbrull is unbeatable. Antoni and his team made sure our stay was outstanding, including very informative communications even before we had arrived. I would not contemplate staying anywhere else next time we are in the north of Mallorca!

Very hard to improve on perfection!

The hotel is very well located right in the city centre. The staff is responding quickly to any questions i had and is very helpful and welcoming. The atmosphere of the room and cleanlines is very good. Very quiet room, good for sleeping. The breakfast was very good. Definitely above my expectations!

The rooms are fairly small with a very small window - there is very little natural light. There was an AC unit outside the window which could be disturbing to some, but it was OK for me in terms of loudness.

Perfect boutique hotel. Just 6 rooms. Staff were amazing, Antoni so helpful in booking restaurants for us. The breakfast was included and was exceptional. Freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit, cereals, eggs whichever way you wanted and pastries. Ideal location on the edge of Pollensa, easy to find, yet just a couple of minutes walk to the main square. Easy free parking just a few minutes walk away.

The hotel was really centrally located. Close to a free car park and just around the corner from the main square (2 minute walk if that). The breakfast was amazing! Buffet options (pots of yoghurt, fruit and homemade jam and pastries) and hot options to pick from a menu (the pancakes were amazing). The rooms were clean and serviced daily and the bed was super comfy.

Very clean and comfortable small hotel, conveniently located in the centre of Pollensa but in a quiet area. Staff were lovely. Beds very comfortable. Bathrooms modern and spacious. Breakfast had something for everyone. Free parking nearby. Lift to take luggage upstairs. A short walk around the corner to the bars and restaurants and Sunday market. Will definitely return if visiting the area again.

The breakfast was fantastic. Great selection and very fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful. Communication ahead of arrival was really good. Only hitch described below. The view was lovely as was the very central location. Really stylish, well-run little hotel that goes the extra mile.

Unfortunately we arrived in a storm so the water to our room had been turned off. We managed with bottled water but it would have been useful to have been informed. It was turned back on the next morning.

The hosts were amazing. Super kind and always really helpful. Nothing was too much. All my queries were answered, they had recommendations, and always up for a chat. They were really patient as well with my terrible Spanish.

Wished the breakfast opened earlier (had to leave early most days as I went for work). it was delicious (cold and hot) and I just wanted to stuff my face each morning. Lots of options, presentation was great, and super fast service too.

Lovely attentive staff, fabulous breakfasts, very comfortable bed and perfect central but quiet location close to all amenities in Pollensa.

Nothing negative but perhaps useful to know that our room had limited hanging space. This was no problem as we were only staying a couple of nights and there was plenty room for suitcases and shelving for what we needed.

The cleanliness and the care the staff show for the property generally. The breakfast is a range of dainty treats, all carefully prepared. The location is great - quiet but with very easy access to the town. And check out at 11:00 is really helpful.

Parking very close to the hotel is impossible, and even near by is hard.
