The staff here are SO kind and helpful, and there are great facilities on-site. When we checked out, we were not only able to store our luggage and continue using the pool until our flight; we could also book a complementary private room for half an hour to change and shower. I thought this was great!

The sofa was very uncomfortable in our living area, until we added lots of spare blankets and pillows from the cupboards. The hotel is a bit of a walk to the centre of Puerto Pollenca (about 20 minutes) but the route is flat and goes along the beach, with all of its restaurants, shops and bars, so it's quite pleasant.

Great apartment with lots of space for our small family. Food was excellent and very good value. Staff all friendly and nice. Lovely facilities and well maintained. Has a nice stylist feel to it. Great location and very easy to walk into the port (20min stroll).

Only downside was we had to move room due to electricity card not working in our room, but the hotel did resolve it quickly and moved us to an equally good room. They also compensated us for the trouble with was a nice touch.

Location was excellent. It is a little walk from the centre but is very manageable and enjoyable, taking in the lovely views of the sea and the beach. Breakfast was excellent and well worth the extra money. There was plenty of choice and it was fresh and tasty. The hotel was very quiet at night and a good night's sleep was had by all. The pool was excellent and we had no problem with sun loungers.

Nothing not to like about the hotel. There is some on going issue with the beach sun loungers , umbrellas and toilets not being available to the public this summer in Puerto Pollensa.

We have stayed at Bahia several times but not for a while because of Covid. We knew what to expect but this visit was better as the accommodation had had an upgrade / work done on it and it looked good. The food was excellent as well we enjoyed our stay very much so and will rerturn in the near future.

We have stayed here before twice so knew the location and facilities, the staff are really friendly and always say hello or have a conversation. The staff are also helpful and the hotel has a nice bar and dining area

We were in a room that overlooked the forecourt entrance so we got woke up regularly by the transfer buses coming in, would have preferred a quieter room away from this area. I would also like to suggest that when it's the weekend of the 312 that the hotel asks people whether they are doing the 312 when they book as they could locate people in different areas of the hotel. We were woke up by people getting up at 4am to do the 312. Also re the room doors, these need to be sorted so they don't bang when they shut because people kept letting their doors shut in the night and not considering others

Very good base for a visit to Puerto Pollensa. Short walk to the beach and seafront and a longer but very flat and enjoyable walk along the seafront to the main part of town where most bars and restaurants were. Rooms were clean and tidy, the pool area was a decent size and was quiet when we used it. Reasonably priced cocktails from the bar, I liked that they had a window you could order at from the pool so you didn't have to go inside in swimwear. We spent most of our time out at the beach so this was a great base and was very clean. Sparkling wine, olives and water on arrival were a nice touch, and being able to borrow pool/beach towels for a €10 deposit was very helpful.

No real complaints, but if you want to be nearer the action this hotel may be a bit too far unless you don't mind a walk.

Better than expected. Had a room with garden view. Perfect shadow in the afternoon when we wanted to get away from the sun. Slept in the sofa bed and that worked fine (even if a bit noisy when turning).

Since traveling with kids it would have been great if the pool was open early morning for me to swim before it became too busy (or a bit later in the evening)

The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide choice. There is a choice of indoor and outdoor seating to which was very good. The staff in the restaurant were excellent: very efficient and very friendly.

The coffee was a little disappointing, though i appreciate its difficult to serve coffee for a large number of people in other ways. Our bedroom floor felt a little dusty to bare feet. It was swept daily, but a wipe down could have helped.

Room clean and spacious. Good bathroom - Great shower especially. Nice terrace area. Comfy beds. Excellent location at quiet end of town with just enough good restaurants within walking distance after a long days hiking- ideal for us. Don’t need much more than that.

Nothing really not to like. If it’s worth mentioning one minor thing, our Room had not been cleaned one day -but this was rectified immediately as soon as we reported this to reception.

Great small hotel in quiet area, but walking distance from very nice beach and city centre. Very friendly staff and extremely good food (we had half-board). Rooms were big enough to accomodate 4 mmebrs family. Small kitchen quite well equipped however not used, since half-board was good and big enough.
