Don’t clean floor or balcony even full of dust Only thing they do is make bed using same bed sheets We had flooding during the thunderstorm we had full of water came inside apartment as balcony drain was blocked and rain could not escape from balcony

facilities are very good this is the reason for the second visit to the hotel, the food was good and pool food was goo too.

although on this occasion i did feel that the various staff was not happy and interactive as my first visit. but it was a pleasant stay all the same

The apartment rooms with duplex floor was great. Worked really well for us. Breakfast & Evening meals offer a good selection, but the time slot (particulalry in the morning) is a little short. The pool were good, but perhaps a little too busy at times with lots of young kids.

Service & attention to issues within the room/adjoing rooms was a little slow. Air con wasn't working in our daughters/Boyfriends roomf next door. Took a good few days to try and resolve. A window in the corridor came away from it's hinges - but didn't get repaired for the last 4-5 days of our break. Just stuck up with black gaffer tape.

Hotel is in an excellent location, few hundred meters to beach, supermarket and restaurants. Great breakfast. Enjoyed lane swimming and kids loved the obstacle course in lane pool. Kids loved the pool (perfected their dives!) ‘Showtime’ and ping pong and pool table. Bar, cleaning and entertainment staff very friendly.

The main pools are smaller than they look in the photo’s and got very busy towards the end of our week as the hotel filled. Had to put towels on loungers before breakfast (embarrassing walk of shame) which was not allowed but common practice if you wanted one. Wish the hotel enforced the rule. Also had some strange smells soft in to the room through the AC (smell of drains).

Property is perfect for young families. Located 5 mins from the beach & 10/15 mins to restaurants/shops and so while the surroundings were quiet, you are within walking distance of all you need and all around is very safe. Staff excellent and facilities great. Getting a sun bed by the pool was a challenge some days but they nearly always freed up. Breakfast was plentiful & large choice. Bring swimming hat if planning to use olympic pool. Gym excellent & open 24 hours. Cycle shop on site geared for the more serious cyclists but rental shop close by for leisure bikes & secure storage available.

We travelled as a family with teenagers, I would think the product is more suited to families with smaller children but this is not a negative. We had 2 apartments, they are a little tired in their decor but had everything. The bedroom has two single beds pushed together, beds move easily as on wheels, again we did not have an issue but to be aware.

Great hotel only a short stroll to the beach and resort centre but set back down a quiet side street with on street parking available. Hotel has great facilities including a training pool, gym and bike storage. (Very popular with cyclist which meant the main pool area was quiet during the day with plenty of sun beds) Studio had a small kitchen area and fridge. Onsite restaurant and bar available. Very friendly and attentive staff. Would definitely return.

Doors to rooms tend to slam shut which does mean some noise from 7am when other guests get up early to go on bike rides or for early morning swim.

The pool is excellent for children of all ages. The hotel is spacious, modern and well designed. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a great centre for sport lovers and it is very well equipped for cyclists and swimmers. I can't fault the hotel and it's staff.

I would like to see a more local style breakfast rather than 'full english' - I can get that at home. This is not the hotel's fault but I didn't realise every person staying there would be a brit. On holiday I want to get away from my fellow countrymen and women and mix with local people and culture.

The staff were just fabulous, the reception, management & medical team (I had a small injury), the waiters & cleaning team, all so obliging. The location was just a stones throw from the pinewalk and beach walk. Lots of facilities to use in the hotel, the thermal suite & different pools for all capabilities of swimming to enjoy. The gym, small but efficient. The restraunt has a themed food night each evening for dinner and very affordable that includes a bottle of wine. We really enjoyed the Friday night BBQ & entertainment. The appartments have muli storage and plenty of extra bedding, the bathrooms are large and spotless. The garden terrace/patio comes with loungers and umbrellas, along with tables & chairs for outdoor dining. We really enjoyed our few days stay here and would recomend to anyone looking for a neat, clean, friendly & efficient stay that's close to everything yet far enough to be comfortably quiet. We will be back for sure.

Unfortunately I found the bed uncomfortable and they are huge but very hard on my back. Honestly it's a preference not a problem. The med balls in the gym need to be noted that if their under 7kg they bounce. It's a small thing but for some people such as myself it can make all the difference between an injury or not. The ones I use at home don't bounce so I got a fright when the one I was using came flying back up at me. I had brought this to the staffs attention and they were very gracious.

Outside areas were beautifully clean and in good condition. Excellent breakfast buffet with helpful staff, all of whom were exceptionally polite. Perfect location for beach and town centre and easy to park outside. Reception staff were so friendly and always smiling.

The room was a little small so we wouldn't have wanted to spend large amounts of time in it. However, it was very clean and functional with a good bathroom; also , a proper fridge and some bowls, plates etc if you wanted to cook basic meals. We did travel at the end of September and so had plenty of room around the main pool. I think that it might be quite cramped in High Season and as one previous visitor mentioned, the sunloungers are all set up in one huge long line of about 10 at a time, with no breaks inbetween each sunbed - that will be in a problem when hotel is at full capacity

Facilities were exceptional and the staff were extremely hospitable. I travelled with my partner who was pregnant and the staff couldn't do enough. Big shout out to the receptionist and mariano the barman - the best looking waiter in the northern hempisphere. Rumours have it he has 2 wives.

Cleaning could of been better. They didnt always clean our balcony which was strange. Also they didnt clean our floor on another occasion. This just seemed odd to us. This was the only thing we felt could of been better
