The hotel was clean & the staff helpful. We booked a room with sea view and were not disappointed.

We are both vegetarians. We felt the choice of vegetarian or vegan main courses was limited. I spoke with one of the chefs, he said there was plenty of choice of salads & pasta. True, but a vegetarian diet consists of a lot more than salad, pasta & pizza. There is an increasing number of people adopting a vegetarian or vegan diet & the hotel should amend the main courses offered. During the week we stayed there was an enormous range of fish & meat main courses, including rabbit & goat!

The room is actually a 1 BR suite. My room c305 had an excellent view of the sea towards La Gomera and the cliffs of Los Gigantes. The kitchen was small but adequate and since I was on half board I didn't use it aside from the fridge. Bathroom was nice, good shower. Bed was comfortable with clean sheets every 2-3 days. Breakfast and dinner were buffet style and were plentiful and had a good selection. Pool was excellent.

Internet did cut out a few times each day, not sure why, usually only for a few minutes. The TV channels were limited in English but there were plenty in Spanish, German, French and Italian.

Excellent value for money. We stayed all inclusive for 1 week. 3 of the 4 swimming pools are now open (including the one with the slide). Great staff (special mention to restaurant staff, housekeeping and animation). Kids' club open throughout the day and kids dancing activities in the evening. Food variety is good - plenty to choose from. Beach is a 10min walk. Supermarket & pharmacy nearby. Los Gigantes 40min walk 50 euros by taxi to get/from airport. In sum, good vibe, nice mix of guests with great views of ocean + La Gomera

WiFi was sporadic and was better in some parts of the complex than others Our room was right next to the evening entertainment venue and we were disturbed by noise from the entertainment and by people returning from the venue late at night

great and friendly staff, yummy food, nice pool, spacious rooms. all in all it was a nice stay. also we enjoyed the location. it was not so busy or packed with tourists so you can enjoy the town without crowds. even though there is no private parking, there was always available spots near the hotel for cars.

the cleanliness was not as good, the room was cleaned quite poorly, sometimes dirty dishes occurred in the restaurant (plates, cutlery). it’s strange that there is a kettle and cups, but no spoons in the room. I didn’t like that the bedroom is near the corridors, because there are a lot of noise coming in from them. if the people are loud late in the evening it will for sure wake you up. A few of the staff should be educated that if you sneeze in your hand, you should disinfect it before you go and fix the tables… or sneeze in your elbow. because after seeing that, it makes you wonder about the hotels standards towards disease prevention…

Hotel was really good, all staff was absolutely amazing. Viktor from animation team was unreal. He is a professional 100%. We went for all inclusive and the food was great. Really good selection and variety there. Could be something looked maybe for vegans on desert side or desert which is dairy free, this is for future to improve. If you are planning lazy holidays at the pool with all inclusive-Allegro Isora is really worth it. Plenty of sun beds around the pool. Don’t need to get up at 6 o’clock and run to put a towel to reserve it 😀. Kids club and evening show were great, the team gave everything to keep guests happy.

The down side was the shower. Every time after shower you had to mop the bathroom, because the water was running on the floor. There was half inch gap between shower doors and bath, just poor design. Maybe other rooms didn’t had the same, but our did. During our stay the third swimming pool and kids pool was closed for renovations, so if you are planning to stay with small kids keep in mind that you will have to go to big pool with them.

nice hotel, good food, lovely staff, and a very clean.You can buy half board if you like visit area first than uogarfe to all inclusive, definitely worth it. lots activities, nice drinks.

Staff under pressure in the kitchen, one person can't fry beef , look after fries and rice, so we had to wait for food in qu. Swimming pool could be warmer , but wasn't to bad. Air conditioning was more like fan, should to be stronger, but we liked our room.

Overall a good and relaxing experience. One needs to tone down the expectations just a little bit (don't come expecting 5 stars of everything) and then you can really enjoy all the good this hotel is offering. The variety in the food is quite big, and delicious too. The in hotel facilities and entertainment options are fun. We looked for a hotel with a heated pool, and even though the heated one wasn't large, or very warm, it did provide me and the family with plenty of time to swim and enjoy during a couple of overcast days in November. The hotel staff is 5 stars ✨, lovely people working here, friendly, making jokes and making us feel very welcomed. Thank you for having us. We truly appreciate you.

On the maintenance front I would love to see some progress for a next visit - with regards to a fresher paint on the walls (outside, including on the balconies) and also get the pieces of furniture through some fixing too. There was every once in a while some fishy smell in the area around the kitchen, which could mean some ventilation isn't doing it's job properly. I'm also very understanding of the fact that with Covid and the big loss in tourism, the budgets had to give to keep the 'light turned on', I'm hopeful things will be better for the hospitality sector and they will be able to bounce back.

Food was great, there was plenty of choice and great selection of drinks at the all inclusive. There were plenty of sun beds so no issues with people reserving beds. Facilities were excellent and staff were very helpful and friendly.

It was a bit of a pain that we couldn’t check in until 2pm as we arrived at the hotel at 11am, although we did manage to check in half an hour early in the end. There were some issues with the drinks machines, especially the water so sometimes I had to go to 2 or 3 different stations to fill up my water bottle.

Very clean & well presented hotel & facilities, with everything we needed for a relaxing & fun family holiday. The room was spacious, having a kitchenette was handy and I loved that we had a great sea view from our balcony with a view of mount Teidi from the other side. The All inclusive restaurant had enough choice & food was generally really nice. Most importantly for me was that the restaurant staff were extremely good at informing me of any items I couldn’t eat due to my nut allergy (thanks Mario!). The entertainment staff were great & there is plenty going on, night & day, for kids & adults. my kids & I had a fantastic 10 days there & were sad to leave.

I am being picky here because there wasn’t anything I really disliked, but a few times the flavour in the soft drinks dispensers ran out at mealtimes.
