Staff were friendly, rooms were clean. Pools and sunbeds were nice and well maintained. Wifi was great. Food was good as well, lots to choose from, especially during dinner. The hotel is in a nice area, very close to the beach. There is a bus stop, supermarket nearby. View from the room was very nice too. The stay was pleasant overall.

We booked a deluxe room, however, the bathroom was quite old and needed renovation. It was super difficult to get pleasant water temperature, water was either too hot or too cold. The majority of areas showed in pictures aee accessible to platinum guests only. We were not aware of that and we were pretty disapointed that we do not have acess to infinity pool and jacuzzi. The hotel was full and we could not upgrade the room to platinum. I think there should be a disclaimer with the pictures so guests would be aware that they may not have access to all areas showed here. The hotel has no adults only areas. Reading lamp was broken in our room.

I chose this resort for my solo New Year holiday and I haven't regretted it. The hotel was fabulous, excellent facilities, very clean, safe and comfortable, with super friendly staff. The room was spacious, with modern comforts and decor. The location was perfect, my balcony overlooked the pool area and the sea, such an amazing view! The hotel is located in the quiet little village of Puerto de Santiago, mostly frequented by families and couples, it was perfect for me as I wasn't looking for a lively party scene, it felt very safe and welcoming. Although I was there on my own, never for a moment did I feel lonely. There is plenty of space in the hotel to lounge with a drink, surrounded by the other guests, listening to live music, and even from my room I could hear the piano bar or the live music shows at a distance. It was never too loud or too late and it was pleasant to hear. The food was incredible! I bought the Platinum package which gives access to more secluded and quiet areas and I loved it. I used the gym as well, which was perfect. There is entertainment every night, and the New Year's Eve pool party was awesome !! I can't fault the place in any way, and I'll definitely be coming back!

A remarkable hotel, nicely located within a pleasant seaside town, but having the feel of a luxury resort. The interior of the hotel is spectacular with grand, spacious interiors and a nicely designed outdoor space with two large pools surrounded by well maintained, mature plants and trees. The restaurant and snack bars serve a good variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a small gym with a variety of slightly aging machines, and a small spa area where you can get a reasonably priced massage. Rooms are spacious with large beds and a good size balcony. The staff were noticeably friendly and seemed to enjoy and take pride in their work.

I would not use the car rental service again. The car I was given was old and after driving it for an hour I found it had a number of defects. When I called the numbers I was given, there was no answer and no one replied to the messages I left. When I stopped at one of the company’s offices, it was closed. If I’d had a genuine emergency I would have been quite distressed. The machines in the gym could do with an upgrade. The one cycling machine was broken.

The hotel is absolutely amazing! It’s just a 5-minute walk from one of the best beaches in Tenerife. The hotel itself is very large, spacious, and impeccably clean. The breakfast is a highlight — such an incredible variety of dishes and a huge selection of fresh fruits. It’s also great that there are water refill stations available throughout the hotel. The staff is very friendly and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. Everything in this hotel is designed for the guests’ convenience. Highly recommend!

This accommodation was overall fantastic. Upon entering the hotel you are stunned by how beautiful and lushly decorated with plants the hotel is. The rooms of the Platinum Club offer privacy and comfort and are clean, with great amenities. I loved that there were a multitude of pools and a gym that was basically open around the clock. The staff was very friendly and made my stay very enjoyable.

The food selection was vast but it was not always the best. Some food seemed to have gone a bit stale, so it is recommendable to pick from the freshly prepared meals. The à la carte restaurants do not have a large selection of food. However, I was still very happy with what the hotel offered me.

The hotel was very clean!! We loved that someone was always cleaning something. All of the staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much for them. Loads of sunbeds and great evening entertainment. Some beautiful spots to sit in with fantastic views, especially as the sun was setting.

My partner and I like to get our food together and sit and eat our meals together, so when we had finished one course and would go to get pudding the staff had already cleared away our drinks and bits from the table and then someone else would be sat there. This happened more than once and was quite frustrating for us.

Friendly staff with a customer-oriented attitude. Varied and delicious meals, including a good offer of vegetarian food. Sufficient space at the pool.

I did not like the split between Premium and non-Premium service. A large part of the infrastructure (terrace, restaurant, pool) is reserved for the happy few. Suggest to make 'Adults only' and 'Children welcome to play' areas to accommodate the wishes of families and persons that are seeking tranquility.

Very nice hotel, makes big impression on arrival. Spacious and very nice rooms which are cleaned every day. In a room there was kettle and fridge which was nice addon. Nice pools, a lot of activities during day. Also evening singers and entertainment in Showroom. Good/modern TV with Youtube access.

Half of the stay only one elevator was working and even it is super slow to close the doors and ect. So we were taking the stairs always, cause it was much faster than elevator. Pool towels can changed only once per week. Food got boring after couple of days. Will not be ok for those who would like to sleep before midnight because of sound of singer from terrace.

All the food was delicious and fresh. I enjoyed the breakfast with the omelet station. The pools were clean and perfect temperature. It was fun to pour my own beer from the tap at the pool.

The towel deposit was confusing, I thought you could get a new towel every day but it was for the whole stay so I returned my towel on the first day and had to use another deposit card for a second towel.
