Absolutely everything. Location, the apartment and everything we needed was in it. All the staff are so helpful and kind. Nothing is too hard. Great pool with very friendly Lifeguard. Local restaurants are not too far, supermarkets just across the road. Great gym very nearby, tennis, pool, table tennis too. This was our second time in El Marques Palace in Puerto de Santiago and we cannot wait to go back. We miss it already. Forgot to add that a complimentary bottle of wine is waiting for you in your room when you arrive :).

Spacious accommodation, lots of restaurants about, Hiper Dino supermarket to the rear, Lidl very close by. Los Gigantes (cliffs/ocean) down the road as well as a beach, extremely helpful gentleman in reception, lovely pool, good bus service and transport on the doorstep. We have stayed here several times before and hope to do so again.

I have no faults whatsoever with this accommodation and the facilities. Likewise the other family members. More than met our expectations.

Very spacious and clean apartment with 2 bathrooms, comfortable beds. Even it is apartment and not hotel room, regular cleaning and changing towels take a place. Nice and calm swimming pool with bar. Place is central, next to roundabout and Lidl just across street, many restaurants and shops just few steps. But it is suprisingly calm, so it was really advantage. Privat parking is offered for fee, but it was not necessary, we found free place for our car every day without any problem. We were worried about wind, but (at least during our stay) it was not problem in Los Gigantes, opposite to other parts of island.

A bit outdated equipment, but everything is clean and working. For our kids it was disadvantage that it is not allowed to jump or play game with ball in swimming pool, but I understand it maybe advantage for other guests.

The apartment was nice a big , everything in there that you needed. The bottle of wine on arrival was a lovely touch . The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. Our TV didn't work properly and when we mentioned it to the receptionist it was replaced within 10 mins. The staff on reception were lovely , happy to arrange taxis for you which usual arrived in under 5 mins . Loved our stay here :)

It was nothing to do with the hotel but if you went down to the sea then the hill back up is rather steep. Although the views on the walk down are amazing ! Although I must admit a couple of drinks in the evening helped with the walk back up the hill ;)

The apartment was enormous. There were 5 of us staying there so we has a 3 bedroom apartment. The bedrooms and sitting room were all in a line so they all had doors out onto the balcony which was also huge: there was a table big enough for 6 with chairs, a coffee table and a couple of loungers all on the balcony. It had a view of the sea and the Los Gigantes cliffs. It was a magnificent view and there were great sunsets. The apartment was cleaned and bed linen changed every other day. This included mopping the floor which was all tile. The pool was heated and there was a second toddler pool which was heated so it was slightly hotter. There were two buildings and the whole complex had 4 gates. There was a LIDL supermarket literally across the road from the side gate and another supermarket across the road from the rear gate that had smaller package sizes more suited to a couple of weeks stay. There was a full kitchen with washing machine and dryer. The complex did not have a restaurant but had a deal with a place over the road. It was a good walk to the main beach down a steep hill, so it was quite tiring on the way back. Out the back door and turn left was a nice little town: Los Gigantes with a great patisserie. Going out the front toward the beach and then turn left (Calle Los Angeles) seemed a little run down but had some really good restaurants ( good food and really inexpensive). I wasn’t keen on the beach as it was black sand. It was actually very soft and felt quite pleasant but the colour turned me off. We were there end of February and the sea was pretty rough so there was either no bathing or restricted to adults only. The pool was a much better bet. The staff were really friendly and helpful giving us information on the carnival. The weather was continuously in the lower 70s so it was a great place for a February break from the UK.

it was by far the biggest apartment we’ve ever stayed in, 3 beds, 2 bathrooms, a front room and a huge kitchen. We’d definitely stay here again, we arrived just after midnight and the guy on the front desk ordered us a couple of pizzas.

Staff were amazing, apartment and pool was great! View was exceptional. It is a bit further away from all the tours and tourist attractions, however its the perfect location for a relaxing holiday as its on the quiet side of the island!

Staff were amazing and always so helpful. Pool was lovely and warm, no problem getting sun beds. Fabulous views of the sea from the apartment. Great location between Los Gigantes and Puerto de Santiago. Safe parking on site for nominal fee which was great. Cleaning every 2 nd day was brilliant and pool towels available for nominal fee. great service.

No gym which we thought would be there. property on top of steep hill which didn’t bother us but you would need to be reasonably fit. Lots of Families with young children so just to be aware. Rooms are a bit dated but exceptionally clean.

The location was terrific. The supermarket was 2 minutes away and it was within walking distance of multiple restaurants. The staff on the front desk were very friendly and helped us with a restaurant booking one night

There was an odour in the room when we arrived in the early evening. The cleaning staff arrived promptly the next morning and cleaned the area at the back of the fridge. They thought there had been a spill. That certainly improved things but there was still a bit of an odour the next day which we were able to minimize by airing the room whenever we returned. We think there is likely an issue with the drains

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. It was spotlessly clean. The complimentary bottle of wine was a great gesture.

The apartment is lovely, but it is a little tired looking. Other than that we cannot think of anything bad about it.
