Breakfast buffet was a little disappointing Everything was very well displayed and clean but the quality of the products were poor

Wow! What a place! We were really happy with our choice, we booked three rooms for 9 of us in total and the hotel couldn’t be more kind and helpful to fulfill our needs and wishes! We asked for the rooms near by and we got it, we ask for the tables ready for us at the breakfast and we got it. When we discovered a small problem with the shower one evening it was sorted within the hours on Saturday night! This place is really trying to please their guests! Rooms were extremely clean and equipped with everything that you may need, pots, cutlery, plates, iron, everything. Two pools were also extremely clean and not too busy, there was enough lounges for everyone. Kids had a blast at the pool as it was safe for them, loads of steps with low water. I have to mention Sebastian, the pool guard - really really nice guy, always smiley and helpful. Location is also great, 20 min walking from Los Gigantes, you can actually see them from some of the rooms. Downstairs there is a walkway with loads of little shops and cafe places, lovely!! Thanks guys for such a good time!

I suppose the only one thing that I wouldn’t give 5 starts in this accommodation is the breakfast. Choice was very poor for todays times, I think they are having two menus only and switching them every two days. Literally, toast, beans and eggs plus one or two types of pastry. No fresh fruits or vegetables, except green tomatoes which appeared only once or twice. Also, breakfast room is very, very loud. We have kids, so we are used to the noise, but there you couldn’t even have conversation.. It was the chairs that were scratching the floors every time when someone was sitting down or leaving. Guys, just think to put some of those little sponges underneath the chair legs, it really would make a difference:)

Rooftop solarium was lovely and peaceful with beautiful views. I loved it up there!

Breakfast was an unpleasant experience! Very basic, cheap and unimaginative food on both mornings. The room was exceptionally noisy with plates, dishes and glasses being clattered onto metal trolleys all the time. We could not hear ourselves speak. There were no soft furnishings to deaden the noise so it echoed loudly and endlessly.

The whole place is just great. We had an amazing Xmas time there. Amazing staff, great food, good facilities considering it's only a 2 star hotel. The swimming pool on the roof has some amazing views. Great location. Great apartment with 2 floors. Bedrooms upstairs with a balcony. Downstairs a massive living room with an open kitchen and a balcony. Two bathrooms, one upstairs with a bath and one with a shower downstairs.

We should have booked more days

Spacious apartment, spotless and comfortable. Close to local amenities and central to everything we wanted to do. Staff excellent, really friendly and helpful.

Room was very large. Balcony was great space. Bathroom was modern and clean and spacious. Good little kitchen for preparing food. Loads of storage space for clothes. Cleaners changed towels, cleaned well and made bed. Nothing to complain about. Receptionist was lovely and the bar staff and lifeguard on the rooftop pool were extremely helpful and friendly.

Honestly for how cheap this hotel was to stay I wouldn't change anything. Everything was above and beyond expectations. I was very surprised overall. If I could recommend this place I would a million times over to everyone.

Pleasant stay in the old center. Parking becomes more difficult in the surroundigs, but the parking garage on the other side of the road is a good alternative with attractive rates for 1 or 2 weeks stay.

We did not like that the pictures when booking of the view ("partial sea view") are misleading. The show the view from the appartments on the north face which is partial sea view with a nice view of the rocks. But it turns out that many more appartments where you can only sea the sea far away and mostly see the building itself are labelled as partial sea view. Our question to see whether we could move during the 9 days was never answered. Wifi has to bought (weekly only, very inconvenient) and coverage in our appartment was rather poor, but moreover, the Wifi connection was usually very, very slow, even it we were in a location with good coverate. Finally, the hot water boiler was ridiciulously small for an apartment for four persons with a bath...

few problems.1)rooftop pool was not heated.2)the week was very noisy up on the sunbathing deck.3) they could do with a bar in the bottom pool. apart the those problems everything was perfect especially the staff , always very sociable and helpful from reception to cleaners.Well done Vigillia park another stay with you was fabulous. See you all next year.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. Had a beautiful view of Los Gigantes , cooking facilities were very good. Food in the pool bar was excellent as were the cocktails. So close to bars and shops, excellent location. Really comfy beds too 👌.

The only thing to let the apartment down was no air conditioning. Ceiling fans are there but was so hot in October that we were boiling .
