Location was great, few steps to the waterfront, cafes, restaurants, shops, mercadona was across the street. Mattresses were comfortable enough, pillows on the other hand a bit lumpy. Overall good stay, central but quiet location. Hard to find street parking, but hotel provides parking for 7€ per day.

The furnishings and kitchen ware can use some upgrade

The staff is very kind, the place was clean, rooms are spacious, location was great for us (we attended a wedding nearby), it's near the center. Has it's own parking which is needed as it's near impossible to find a parking place, except for the very pricy garage at the shopping mall . Good value overall

The hotel is very old, both the furniture and the building (like there was a little hole in one of our windows). Microwave ovens are sorely missing. Pool is small and old (but clean). The lower parking lot is not usable by larger cars, if you come with a big one tell them in advance and reserve a spot in the upper one. (Couldn't park with a Dacia Lodgy)

Location to the beach and restaurents.

Hot water runs out after 5mins then you have to wait 30mins for another 5min shower. Kitchen needs better utensils and cutlery.

It should have at least 9/10 and its beacuse i always compare quality to money. Location is most important for me, and its perfect with connection to Loro "train", big supermaket, great cheap restaurant and promenade. Recepetion is ready to give you all important information, room is clean and spacious + enough of kitchen equipment. Cheap acc with very good price

Furniture might looks a bit old. Not old, just a bit. But who cares if you pay half price in Puerto.

When we booked the apartment, we expected an average one by looking at the price - but we were really pleasantly surprised! The room was great, it was cleaned everyday, so it was spotless, the building is placed near the ocean and Puerto's tourism center. Nice laundry and drying option for 5€ each, detergent supplied.

Lacking some of basic supplies, like dish soap.

Great location. Pretty quiet. Apartment was spacious and clean.

Accommodation prices are sky rocketing in Tenerife and it is difficult to find value for the money. Compared overall the apartment was value for the money. But little bit rusted.

the apartment was nice and spacious with a full kitchen. the balcony was nice and the beds were pretty comfy.

the wifi didn’t work at all and there was a really really bad smell coming from the shower that would sleep into the rest of the apartment. no air conditioning so we had the doors open the whole time and flies would come in

Nice clean apartment in a great location. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Staff was nice and helpful.

Only issue we had is that internet was not working for us. We could connect to it, but there was not internet access. We contacted reception a couple of times and they said they would check it, but it didn't work for us in the 4 days we stayed there. Besides that, everything else was great.

I enjoyed the quiet of the flat and the nice terrace which was sunny from late morning till about 2pm. very helpful staff.

It was hard to make breakfast without a toaster. No microwave was also difficult. Beds a bit hard.

The reception desk was staffed most of the time.

Being asked for more money for our sons one night stay! We booked the apartment for 4 adults and he was there 1 night as the 4th adult!
