Very good and various breakfast - good offer to be included few days before arrival. Very nice balcony view towards pool, garden and Teide. Beautiful pool garden with big trees, very well maintained.

The walls are quite thin and the balcony door is not sound proof... You can easily hear the neighbours, we had issues in the first 2 nights with some very noisy teenagers partying on the balcony. TV was not smart. When arriving late in the afternoon by car it was quite difficult to find a parking place.

Was never up in time for breakfast as it stopped at 10 a.m. Location was very good

The bar is still closed we couldn't figure out why and none of the staff could give a reason. We were there pre Covid and very much enjoyed the bar as we met other guests there and got to know people. Also dinner was no longer served at the hotel which we also missed and there was no lunch served at the pool.

The staff were so nice, the beds good, showers very hot and with lots of pressure. The grounds were beautiful.

Didn't give any dishwashing liquid in the kitchen. We were facing the parking lot and there was noise at night from the club across the way, but not horrible. The windows didn't do anything to keep the cold out, but at least there were extra blankets.

Very nice and convenient appartment, great location. Great pool space to relax.

the windows were old and isolated nothing the noise from the street. We were on the third floor righ above a pub and had music and noise until 12:00 every night. It would probably be solved with better windows. The emploees where very nice but couldnt do a thing about this matter. The appartment could be modernized a bit in general, like new faucets. There was no parking allocated for guests and the streests where very busy, would be nice to have spaces for guests

Super nice view, I can see Teide from my apartment, very authentic building. The location is located at la Paz of puerto de la Cruz , up at the mountain and it is 30mins walk to the most beautiful beach Bollulo in the region. It is 15 mins walk to the city center, and another surfing beach. A lot of good restaurants close by. The apartment is quite fresh too.

The pool was broken for a week. The refrigerator was not cold, but the reception replaced the refrigerator when I informed them. They let me to delay the checkout time to 3pm , but the manager at first a bit hesitate and told me they might want to use my room, because they have a lot of reservations, but in fact I actually check the availability of the hotel the day when I check out , more than 20 apartments available, it would have been easier to let me delay checkout time when I requested that at first time instead of find some excuses.

I worked remote for 10 days from Coral Teide Mar and I enjoyed the pool and sunbathing by the pool in between meetings. The good wifi was highly appreciated.

The studios could be updated and a coffee pot and microwave would be really usefull.

the junior suite was super nice it had almost everything you need, the internet speed is super good and suitable for work, and the staff is nice as well.

we tried to extend our stay in the junior suite but it wasn’t available so we got a normal one and that’s a whole other thing the room and beds are old and not maintained well tbh was super bad experience in the other suite, also we forgot a headphones in the room during checkout and when we went back to ask about it a few hours later they said they didn’t find it, so check the room carefully before leaving because if you forgot something you will not have it back

Super clean with perfect views from the balcony. You can see Teide volcano from beautiful fancy windows on stairways🌋 Looks exactly the same as on photos. There is a small fridge, sink, kettle, and you can even prepare some simple meals there. Receptionists speak good English, available 24/7 and you can book some excursions with them just a day before the event.

A lot of rude tourists from 🇷🇺 No iron and hair dryer, but I think if you ask at reception they can help with it.

The property is very clean and well situated. It provides great facilities such as access to the pool and very good breakfast with lots of options. Members of staff are lovely and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay here and were pleased with all the services. If I were to say something, as positive criticism and only with the purpose of helping them improve their services, I would mention that I could not get hold of anyone at the Reception via phone and when I sent them an email, I did not receive any reply.

The accommodation was pleasant and comfortable, clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The complex also had a pool area. We visited in March, and there wasn't a lot of crowds, which made it a peaceful and relaxing stay. The location is in a tourist zone, with restaurants and shops nearby. It is also a great starting point for exploring the northern part of the island. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely recommend it.
