We were on the 6th and 8th floor. The view from the room was phenomenal. The rooftop bar serves amazing food. The SPA is top notch, the breakfast/dinner quality as well. All the staff were friendly, enthusiastic and helpful.

The only problem we had was the Head of Reception lady. She didn’t know the difference of the only two types of rooms we had and tried to twist it that we are dumb. The conversation ended with her shutting her office door in my face. I’ve never seen smth like this before. Maybe she had a bad day, week , life ? 🤷🏼‍♂️

Location and pools lovely, very comfortable rooms overlooking the sea, buffet breakfast had plenty of choice and the staff were lovely.

There were no toiletries in room ie razor, conditioner the normal things you expect from 4 star hotels, just a shampoo and body wash in 1 on the wall. They have tea/coffee facilities but no tea coffee and 1 water given on the first day then you have to buy your own, no mini bar, and you have to pay for pool towels and spa.

Hotel was very modern with well equipped bedrooms and the whole place was kept spotlessly clean. There was a good choice at breakfast and the couple of lunches we had at rooftop snackbar were nice. The staff were very pleasent and helpful.

There could be more in the way of evening entertainment and the sunbathing side of the rooftop needs some umbrellas.

The cliffside location, the sound of the ocean, the ocean views. The breakfast on the terrace, the staff. Our room was very quiet and private.

A coffee machine in the room would be appreciated. The TV was a bit superfluous as it didn't have channels we could watch and we couldn't stream to it. It was also not viewable from the bed. It felt like the hotel had cut back on some service delivery e.g. check in at 4pm?! We asked for extra blankets and they took ages to be brought to the room. The room was also cleaned by 4pm each day . A few more staff would help support a hard working team.

The sea view in the room is definitely the highlight, what an amazing view. The breakfast is quite good with various options. The room is comfortable and convenient. The spa is stunning and very nice to go to, a big plus!! Outdoor pools are good too, the jacuzzis on the rooftop are fab. The gym is very convenient and nice too. Location is nice, on a more quiet part of Puerto de la Cruz, not a lot of good restaurants in the neighborhood though but supermarkets are close to the hotel.

The hotel doesn't have parking and it is quite challenging to find a space to park sometimes. The room was ok but some materials looked quite cheap for the price we paid. The water from the toilet kept running making noises, the hygiene products were bare minimum and not qualitative at all (just a "all in one" product) so we had to buy some. Also, room service wasn't available (or was not presented to us by the reception or on a document in the room). Don't get me wrong, this hotel is quite good and we had a great time but we felt that it was a bit overpriced for the service provided (included) and the overall standing.

For the 4 star hotel there were not many amenities in the room, specifically bathroom. Neither it had a free offered safety box, ( you have to pay to rent it) and no tea or coffee in the room. The water in the pool could be heated better.

This hotel is the best we have stayed in Tenerife. Nits beautiful so clean staff so friendly. Excellent breakfast. Will definitely be back

Every room has a spectacular ocean view. Location is great. Rooms are spotless. Gym is well equipped. Breakfast is excellent with great variety. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hours of some facilities are too limited. For example the roof jacuzzis close at 8pm -- a jacuzzi is most pleasant in the later evening, especially in a warm climate. Also breakfast hours are until 10:30 -- my expectation was that you could get food until this time and then eat calmly, but the staff were very rushed trying to get everyone out of the breakfast area at 10:30. I'm sure they are pressured to tidy up quickly, but it should be communicated more clearly that you should be done eating by 10:30.
