The location of the hotel is excellent. We may reach the beach and historical center by walking. We like very much the “sea swimming pool” where we did the snorkeling with the kids and we have seen various kinds of fishes. The staffs are adorable and smily. The rooms are clean thanks to the good house keeping. the swimming pool is big enough.

The buffet is OK but the quality is not as good as what I expected. It’s very noisy in the night until 23h30. There are only 3 lifts with limited capacity. We have a kind of “powder” appearing on the table every day . we don’t know where does it come from and what’s it. I have taken a picture and I can send to the related people if needed. Some towels are quiet old and need to be changed.

The rooms are a bit old I did not like that you have to pay to park the car in front of the hotel (their parking spots)... This is not a minus of the hotel.. but for tourists that come here for the first time(we did not know), the weather is bad in this part of island. Is foggy and cloudy all the time and even cold.. we could not stay at the beach..we had to drive to the south.. and there was sunshine and hot weather (while in puerto del cruz was freezing).. take this in consideration before booking

Staff very helpful and friendly, all facilities excellent, food very good and varied, drinks on all inclusive good. .Nice mix of clientele all very friendly and obviously happy as we were.

Fantastic ocean view, speedy lifts

No coffee maker in the room. Coffee in the restaurant is not of good quality. The hotel definitely needs renovation and maintenance.

Nice sea view, great location near beach and the city center, tasty food and bar.

Old furniture in rooms. Pool is not heated though booking says it is!!!! pool is cold. Poor kids animation (it was cool few days when older girl was there) then other guys came. The guy is cool, but some small kids are afraid of men.

We had a wonderful holiday at this hotel. Mainly I have to commend the hard work of all the staff - they were incredibly friendly and helpful all day. But everything else was great - food, pools, hotel surroundings. I was also very pleased with the small attention for my birthday. Thank you for a great time.

I can't think of anything negative. Of course, it's a big hotel, so at certain times the restaurant and the pool area were full, but that's to be expected. It was enough to wait a while or come another time.

Great location with amazing views of the sea and coastline and an easy walk to the centre of town. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Very nice heated swimming pool and attractive surrounding area. Good standard of buffet meals with wide choice of well presented dishes.

We would have preferred a walk-in shower rather than a shower over a bath. Difficult for anyone with mobility issues and the room description didn’t make this clear.

I'm going to give this 10/10 as I had a great time in this hotel. The room was like a sail cruise, huge windows with sea views from two sides. Great food and drink selection in all inclusive, easy parking, service, and all this for a great price. Exceed my expectations.

I wasn't able to log in into their premium wifi, we even tried on the reception but it didn't work for some reason. I'd extend my stay and work remotely from the hotel if we make it working. The free wifi was working fine for leisure, I just wanted some extra reliability for work.

I would like to say a very big Thank You to all the stuff working so hard to keep this hotel running. Starting from the cleaners who work so hard to keep it above standards, the maintenance guys who always are very responsive to every single task, to those chefs who cook very delicious food, to the waitress waitresses which I don't have enough words to describe how attentive they are with the guests, to the all the bar stuff who always make for you a drink with a smile, to spa people, to the entertainment stuff, to the life quard which make you feel safe all the time and to the reception stuff who I haven't got enough words to describe their profesionalism. Definitely I would dream to come back to this place.

I don't like those comments which you can tell that they are picky and look all the time only in the negative way. I don't like that this place it is underestimate compared with the hard work involved in this business.
