Location was fine, apart from being little steep in hot sun. Facilities were great. Janitorial services first class. Food had huge array of choice and I felt it catered for anyone with an allergy and also catered for young children who I know from experience can be picky. The catering staff were available to cook any requirements and I especially noticed how they whipped things up for smallest-and with smile. Tables were cleared quickly and food was regularly re-stocked for guests.

No complaints. Really relaxed which was why I went in 1st place...peaceful.

Room very comfortable and really clean. Staff, who were very friendly, cleaned the rooms every day and changed towels every day also. Food was nice, good variety, could not fault it. This is a good value for money hotel. All the people working at the hotel were friendly and courteous, especially the girl who cleaned our room, the dining room and bar staff. We were really close to the beautiful beach which was not too crowded when we were there in mid October.

A kettle provided in the bedroom would have been great to have the odd cup of tea while indoors.

The hotel is well located, at a 5min walk from the Llevant beach, and very close to the bus stops where buses from Barcelona arrive, as well as many restaurants, bars, stores and supermarkets. Reception was kind and check-in/out was straightforward. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with a spacious balcony that had a lovely view to the beach. The breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious, with good variety of dishes, and the other amenities (pool, gym, sauna) are worth a visit. Overall, it is a complete option for those who just want to relax and enjoy the holidays on a budget.

Mostly minor improvements: breakfast hours could be extended (or anticipated to 7am), on Sunday at 9am we went there to eat and had to wait in line a couple minutes because it was crowded. Also, the A/C in our room had this strange behavior of switching on and off every ~15mins, regardless of the temperature we set (although eventually it would reach the desired temperature).

The Hotel Acqua was easy to find and in a nice area of Salou, the meals are all buffet style with plenty of choice and veriety. The bedroom, bathroom and balcony were a good size with a large comfortable bed. The room and bathroom are cleaned every day with fresh towels provided. All the hotel staff are very helpful , but i would like to pass on my gatitude for the help I was given by Marisol and Gloria in reception.

I have no big dislikes, could do with doors on the wardrobe and drawers; perhaps some entertainment in the evening.

We had a family room with a double bed and 2 single beds and it was very spacious. Had 2 balconies, a fridge, plenty of wardrobe space and a great shower. Lovely view of the sea too. Location was perfect, close to all amenities 👍🏻 we went half board and had the option to choose lunch or dinner for the second meal after breakfast. Buffet was excellent, something for the whole family 👍🏻

Air conditioning didn’t keep the room cool enough at night. It was set at 17 and couldn’t be lowered!

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I wish i had got the ladies who was on the day reception during out visit as she went above and beyond to help us and made us feel very welcome. Only booked B&B breakfast was as expected. Room had a balcony and a fridge, bed a little bit hard but got used to that after the first night. Location excellent 2min walk to beach and shops, restaurants etc. Small pool but we liked that and always had a sunlounger. Really good we could hire pool towels as only travelled with hand luggage so this saved us space. I think this hotel was great value for money it even had an indoor swimming pool as well as outdoor. The hotel was spotlessly clean will definitely be returning.

Really not alot to fault about this hotel, it is up a little incline and so anyone with mobility issues may struggle. Walls slightly thin which potentially could be a problem if you had noisy neighbours, but we didn,t and I think the hotel doesn,t accept hen/stag parties or big groups so this would also help in keeping noise down.

Hotel was perfect for a short stay in Salou- it was comfortable and clean and room had everything we needed- especially the fridge to keep drinks cool. Nice addition is the indoor swimming pool if wanting a break from the sun or to have a quiet swim in the morning!

Pool area small and there is limited sun loungers- recommend being there early in the morning to get one!

The hotel was beautiful and we were very comfortable. We only had bed and breakfast and food was excellent.

Although the hotel was lovely the walls are very thin. We could hear the people talking. We had people in the next room who were loud and had their music thumping. We had to ask them to turn it down.

Our rooms were cleaned every morning and we were given fresh towels each morning which was great. The pool was super calm and the buffet restaurant was great. The location was perfect distance to restaurants and the beach, it is also only 15 minutes from the airport.

The staff were not always helpful

Our room was spacious, clean, modern and cosy. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice every day. Check in and check out processes were smooth and location was great, just a few minutes away from the heart of Salou.

We run out of drinking water and wanted to take the one from the minibar until we saw its price, which we thought it was too expensive. Maybe water could be provided at a cheaper price. Nothing concerning.
