Loved the location, right in the centre. The lift was not working when I stayed there, however, they were kind enough to offer me different options. I went with the discount and decided to take the stairs. However, they were nice enough to call a member of staff to take my suitcases up to my room. Amazing the customer experience. The room was basic but bed is comfortable and enough space for 2 people. Bathroom was nice and new. Very happy with my stay. Definitely value for money and if you don´t expect to spend much time in the room during your Santa Cruz visit and are on a tight budget, definitely recommend to stay here.

Excellent location, clean room and helpful staff. No taxi access as pedestrian street. Steps up to the entrance for those less able, but a lift once inside. I'd stay again for the location no nice room. But just insist on an exterior balcony.

Although my booking had specifically said 'balcony' I just happened to confirm this with the receptionist who said no. That if I specifically wanted one I should specify in the special requests. Which is a warning to others. The guy switched my rooms when I complained as doing me a favour. Also no hairdryer in the room and a sign saying no a/c at the moment due to renovations... The room was lovely and did (in the end) have a great balcony. Otherwise I'd have been stuck with a very nasty internal courtyard window. Be warned.

The Hotel was in an old historic building in the middle of the city. There were plenty food options around and everything in walking distance. The staff was very helpful regarding my queries on the WIFI. The room had everything i needed despite a fridge. But I just put the food outside on the small balcony. The beds were comfy and the bathroom spacious.

Since it is a historic building the walls are quick thin and I could here my neightbour guest talking until late. But other than that it was good. No breakfast but you can find a lot of cafes and bars outside.

This tiny hotel is right in the heart of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. At the time I booked the hotel and based on the price I paid we expected a hotel way out of the city but when we actually got there we couldn't believe our eyes, our accommodation was right in the middle of high street and 5 minutes walk from the marina. All bars, restaurants and shops were at our doorstep. I can't recommend this hotel enough for its location. Bonus, we could see the ocean from our balcony (3rd floor)

Everything was PERFECT except of the reception staff

Receptionist (at hotel next to ours, where reception is) has no place being there. At first he did not even said "HI", was eating and checking his phone behing desk counter and after a while he was even yelling at us. We just wanted 1 hour earlier check-in after long trip, of course, we did not get it, no problem with that, but major un-pleasent and un-called for behaivor towards guests.

The hotel is in the city center. There all groceries, clothes and other shops all around. There are little restaurants all around and the food and coffee are excellent. People are great! From the Plaza Espagna you can take the bus 910 directly to Teresitas beach. It is one of the most beautiful beaches in Tenerife. I LOVED IT! Plaza Espagna is very close and we were lucky to see concerts of all kinds, spanish and cuban performers. It was the celebration of the Island and It was great. One not so great point was that because of the celebration was throught the night, we couldnt rest properly. I wouldnt rate this as part of the hotel review, just as info point. The food is great, try papas arrugadas and the expreso largo and barakiri and tinto de verrano if you go there. Great experience, Tenerife!

Had to find somewhere to stay very last minute. The price of the room made me think that it wouldn’t be very good, I was wrong! Beds were very comfortable, staff were very good, shower was amazing. Stayed in one of the rooms facing out to the street with a balcony yes there was a bit of noise but nothing that bothered me. Booked for an additional night as my dad was in hospital but when I went down to explain they refunded me the evenings fee. Incredible in today’s day and age when everyone is so money mad

The only thing that I can think of was the light switch for the bathroom was right behind the door so as the bathroom door opened t was hard to find. Minor minor issue

Used this hotel many times. Great location on street, an inside room as Canary Day celebrations going on, v thoughtful. Hairdryer and safe, fridge actually works!

No breakfast room now, though many cafes nearby. Room a little tired and window onto airwell minimal. Not as good as formerly. Limited plugs for charging, had to use bathroom socket or disconnect TV or fridge.

The location is amazing, just in the middle of the town. You can visit the main tourist points a walking distance. Also walk to the coach station if you are using public transportation. In addition have some beaches just 15 min by car.

We were in Tenerife during Carnival, that was impossible sleep during the weekend due the noise.
