Super central location, short walk to museums and tourist sites. Friendly staff and comfortable accommodation. Fridge and microwave available for use.

If you can see past an older building with limited views, this is a wonderful, value priced hotel, in an exceptional location near shops, market and bus station They take security here and very clean and tidy. There is a shared kitchen/lounge with fridge and seating on the 1st floor

Limited luggage storage but reception told me to leave the luggage in the reception area and he would keep his eye on it.

Location - 4 minutes walk to Casa Africa Market, bus stops, TEA arts/library complex. 10 minutes to Science/Archaeology Museum, Bus Station, 15 minutes to Plaza Espana Staff - 24 hour reception - we met 3 different reception staff, all of whom were very pleasant and helpful (2 even spoke good English). Room - 405 was clean and comfortable with a little balcony and OK wifi. Despite being in the middle of town it was surprisingly quiet overnight.

Minor issues - bathroom curtain not attached (I'm sure they'd have fixed it but we CBA to ask), a bit of a tangle of wires in one part of room, and one loose socket. All of these were insignificant - we had a good stay. Can't guarantee all rooms similar - ours was 405 twin.

Excellent stay, good hotel, supurb cleanliness, a good room with a small terrace., best location, everything 8 to 10 minutes away. Bus station, shopping, foodie, African Market, a good weekend recommended

Can't complain, cheap as chips, and so clean , a great place to stay ro sleep rest abd and shower.

Lovely value priced hotel, in a prime location close to the shops, market and main bus station surrounded by supermarkets, with serious security. Basic rooms but use of a shared kitchen and lounge

Stairs to our floor very dark. Did not know how to activate lights on each landing until we left. Lift a bit on the small side if two people with luggage tried to get into it.

Good location, close to mercado and centre. 24 hour reception and nice staff. Value for money is good.

The mattress was very uncomfortable, I had to put the blanket underneath me because it was hurting my back. The room was also a bit dark.

Superb location, perfectly placed next to the bus station, the market, and a close walk to the centre, where the carnival parade passes. Small, a bit run down, but very functional with front desk staff looking like they take security seriously. Basic room, very clean, and a shared fridge and dining tables close by.

Not for single females, as some of the rooms face each other internally with nothing but glazed windows in the toilet bathroom. Windows facing internally did not seem to lock. I was fine as I had stayed at the hotel before.

Pleasant and helpful reception staff. Lift. Near to Africa market and TEA arts centre and library. Bus stop fairly near. Cheap, good-value restaurant a couple of doors down.

The staff very kind and willing to help ,clean ,not noisy ,next to everything in Santa Cruz ,and very affordable depending on the season .Might not be as fancy as others but these two factors outweigh the others
