Having had our passports stolen in the south of the island, we had to go to the consulate in Santa Cruz to collect our new ones. This was a perfect location for us to stop overnight and was easy to book. The owners are a lovely family and were so helpful and understanding. I was unable to check in online, having no documentation, but they were happy to do it for me with the details I did have via WhatsApp. They were so kind and really flexible given our predicament of not knowing whether we would be able to check out the following day, so they held our room for the following night at no charge. The location is perfect for exploring the city and is only a short walk to the shops, sea front and marina area. The rooms are modern fresh and well maintained. This is a perfect stop over for Santa Cruz! Thank you so much!

Great location, less than 100m from the tram stop Owners and breakfast lady are lovely. Good continental breakfast freshly made . Nice sized clean room serviced daily. Very comfy bed but could do wit 2 bedside tables. Good shower and bathroom. No street noise. (we were at the back). Would I go back? Yes, without hesitation

Room (6) was on the third floor so a bit of a climb if you have mobility issues. The guy in the room upstairs liked to practice clog dancing and moving furniture at 6:00 am. Hopefully we were unlucky with that.

Booking provided wrong information to hotel , in my reservation said 2 adults + 3 kids, but hotel got that we are only adults without kids. But the owner was very nice with excelent customer service skills , so all was sorted out in the morning with the smile :) rooms are clean, breakfast was nice :) also i liked the kitchen open in the evening so we could cook sausages for our kids in the evening :)

The only minus is that there is no parking space and we were driving for 30mins each time looking for a free slot where to park the car :)

Parigi Hotel is in an excellent location for visitors to Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Although we only stayed for one night, we also felt very much 'at home' due to the exceptional care we received from the host Milena and her mother. The breakfast was very good quality and the outside terrace was a nice option to enjoy a good coffee and a small slice of home made cake!

A very minor point - it would have been nice to have small 'bed side' tables, although it could be difficult as space is at a premium in room #7.

I wish we could have stayed longer :) The hotel is very nice, not large, modern - a short walk from the city centre. The room was bright and nicely decorated, there was a really comfortable bed, shelves/hangers, small balcony and a huge bathroom. Breakfast was superb - home-made cakes, freshly made orange juice and many other things to pick from. The communication with the owner was good - we received a code for the gate/room in advance, and they let us store our luggage in the hotel earlier than check-in time. Everyone from the staff we met was very friendly. If we are ever in Santa Cruz again we will definitely make another booking here.

I WOULD GIVE 1 POINT,but the owner was supernice. She deserves the 10 points,because she is super nice,and kind. She messaged us all the time,she helped us. There is cute little kitchen,and a mini balcony what you can use.

So if you are looking for privacy or a calm room,this is definetly NOT YOUR place!!! The walls are so thins,like you can hear what the neighbour doing in the bathroom,it is not a joke!! I couldn't sleep there because the snoring from the next room was so loud. It was really crazy. I could hear what they were talking about... This place is a HOSTEL not a hotel! Honestly,I didn't read all of the reviews before I booked the room...now I learned my lesson. Think twice before you book here. Btw if the owner can makes the walls soundproof it can be a really nice hostel.

Great location, very clean, the place has been recently renovated, everything’s new and very cosy. The hosts are super friendly and welcoming. The breakfast format was not a traditional one but very nice and tasty. Freshly squeezed juice and coffee were especially awesome as well as the home-made bakery made by Paola.

The walls / door are a bit thin (and probably our room location mattered) however the other guests were really quiet and did not bother us. Also it was a bit difficult to find a place for two huge suitcases with lots of stuff which unfortunately we had brought with us.

Easy and contactless check-in and check-out. The owner is very friendly and helpful. She will send you all the instructions to use the digital entrance code and how to find your key/room. Located in the city center, 10 mins walking distance to the shopping street with lots of restaurants and bars. 15 mins walking distance to the harbor and the sea. You can easily grab a taxi by walking 3mins down to the Fountain Square Weyler. Clean your room everyday.

There's no noise cancellation in the room. The sound was so loud that can wake you up when the trash truck came at night. But it will be quiet after midnight. The bathroom sliding door does not work smoothly, maybe need a repair. No lift but a little steep stairs instead. It might be a little hard for you with a heavy luggage.

We arrived early - before check in time buy Milena's mum let us in, made us coffee and although our room wasn't ready she was happy for us to leave our bags and put them in our room when it was ready. Mum also prepared and made breakfast and brought fresh from the oven cake with her!

The walls were quite thin - we could hear snoring on the other side but as we were only there for one night it didn't matter.

Information from Milena was excellent - she even sent a video to help with remote access. We were able to leave our bags (which were then carried up two flights of stairs and were waiting in our room). She let us know as soon as the room was ready which was earlier than scheduled. The breakfast was self service but had fruit, yoghurt, cereal, toast, good range of drinks. Wonderful homemade cakes. We had to leave early in the morning but still managed to have some breakfast available. I think there were more home cooked foods available as we were leaving - looked lovely! Our bedroom was on the 2nd floor. It was a good size, big double bed, lovely bathroom and all very clean. There was even a bathrobe. No tea/coffee in the room but downstairs a good range of drinks with in a kitchen/breakfast room and an outside place to sit at the front of the hotel.

Everything was great! It’s on a side street but was quiet apart from 1.30am bin emptying - that’s city life I guess!
