I ended up with a good feeling about this hotel. It’s extremely clean, the room is big, nicely put together, the bed was very comfortable, the glass elevators are cool, the shower water pressure was more than I’ve experienced for years - at home or away. The sauna, gym and terrace on the 9th floor is cool too. The front desk attitude wasn’t great for me… it was polite but just not genuine and warm. Also when I asked for an iron, the attitude was not very nice.. the attitude of staff makes the difference between lower star and higher star hotels.

Everything was great! The location is nice - not far from the center and close to shopping areas. You can also get to the highway quick which gives you access to the beautiful locations of the island. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast was great with a great variety. The elevator and terrace are nice and allows you to see the city from above.

We ate at the restaurant they have in the hotel one evening. The food was ok but if you expect traditional food you may be a bit disappointed. The restaurant dishes are inspired by Mediterranean cuisine but with a more modern vibe, which is nice if that is what you want.

It was a very nice stay at this hotel. Is a good location to explore Santa Cruz by walk, but it is good to have car. Nice room, large bed and the cleanest and softest towels I've seen and I travel often! I had included in the type of the room (club room) parking and coffee tea in the lobby. Breakfast was excelent, but cost 16 euro/person, when I booked the room it was not possible to choose with breakfast included. The parking was very important to us and it was included, otherwise it must pay 12 eur/day. Price is very good for the quality offered!

The hotel was clean, nice sized room we had the junior suite. A shame they didn't have coffee tea in the room. We read this on the reviews and took our own kettle and coffee /milk. The bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was really good. The location was good, on a bus route and a taxi rank outside the hotel. The next road has a large shopping centre which has a primark and even a C & A great to see this store again after it had shut in england many years ago We had to visit candalaria hospital which was the reason for our stay in Santa cruz. The taxi took 10 minutes from the hotel and cost around 8 euros each way. We used the hotel private car park which costs 14 euros a day. A good idea if you want to avoid the stress of finding a parking space near the hospital. There are a number of good restaurants near the hotel and the food in the hotel is also really good. They also have room service but we didn't use this on our visit The terrace has a gym and two Jacuzzis as well as sunbeds and a sauna. All really clean. Some of the staff we a little serious, not something we have found at other 4 /5* hotels. One of the lifts that goes up outside of the building(so you get a great view of Santa cruz) was out of action so we had to wait sometimes a little while. I believe there are other lifts in the hotel but the one we used was directly near to our room, so we didn't mind waiting. Overall I would recommend this hotel

Nothing the hotel was nice

The location is exceptional. The hotel is close to literally anything you need or desire. The room and the bathroom have a nice and modern design. Also, I was impressed by the fact that the room and bathroom have been designed in a very smart manner (they were spacious, good looking and also useful). I liked the fact that the hairdryer was a qualitative one (not just a small, weak hairdryer that you usually get at hotels). The bathtub area was also very efficiently designed (even if you shower, the bathroom floor is not splashed with water). The AC was very effective and easy to use. The panoramic elevator is just awesome. Very good breakfast and nice staff. I enjoyed every moment there.

I did not find any hotel provided slippers (which I usually find at hotels).

Location, spacious room with half-office-room, self-service of coffee and really good apples , quiet separate building with no elevator wait. Easy garage access. Nice staff, especially Karam. Thanks for no blinking smoke detector or light at TV at night:)! Nightlight decent and good.

2 Cockroaches even though the room was cleaned daily. The gym and whirlpool were a bit overrun, so we didn’t use it as I had hoped for. Our room was dark, however, we did ask for a quiet room, so ok.

The staff was lovely, the room was spacious and the rooftop had a nice view! It is very well located, next to a lidl supermarket and a mall with cinema and lots of restaurants on its roof. You can certainly see both the sea view and the mountains.

Although the cleanliness of the rooms was good, the corridors had a very bad smell. I had to ran all the way from my room to the lift as I couldn't breath normally, to me it was very uncomfortable and made me sick to the stomach. I guess the hotel welcomes young crowds and sports teams, which resulted in having corridors with youngsters running, laughing and playing amongst rooms. It didn't bother me too much, but depending on the circumstances it can be annoying..

The hotel is located in the perfect area of Santa Cruz. Nearby the main bus station (Intercambiador), from where you can explore the rest of an island if you are not renting a car. Rooms are actually pretty comfy, spacious and with lots of lightning. Breakfast was decent, with lots of selection of both - sweet and salty stuff, absolutely loved their pastries!

Perhaps the lack of a kettle in rooms was a little inconvinience.

The common area with tea, coffee and snacks was wonderful, very convenient when arriving late. Comfortable rooms with bath tub, all very clean. The location is wonderful, close to the Calatrava auditorium and the bus terminal, also lot of trams and buses stop nearby and the taxi stop is right in front of the hotel.

The breakfast: for a 4 stars hotel I expected better quality of food. The variety was more or less good, but the coffee was terrible, no omelettes, cooked food was cold and not very appealing.

Loved the location, the breakfast was decent and the parking was cool to have since we drove there. I loved the quiet music that can be heard throughout the hotel. Also loved the jacuzzi at the last floor

We stayed in the older part of the building with just one floor and the isolation to the street was really old. Basically if you're not a heavy sleeper you will hear the street sounds starting from the early hours of the morning.
