Fantastic location for the city centre- this cannot be understated. It's certainly adequate to stay for a night. The receptionist was very friendly.

I was on the top of a bunk bed which was slightly uncomfortably close to the ceiling. There was a lot of noise from the street during the night, given it's so close to the city centre. Check in was delayed because the cleaning wasn't completed, and so I was told to go away and come back later.

Super central location, just a few minutes from the Cathedral. The rooms have just four beds each, makes for a more intimate stay.

All essentials are provided, overall the spaces just feel a bit constricted - the result of an older building right at the city center (made up for by location). One bathroom more would be great. As bathrooms are internal, a better ventilation would be good.

Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, and good water pressure.

Paper sheets. The washing machine and dryer are in the seating area in the basement, so when they are in use, you can't have a relaxing time, or a proper conversation. The tiny seating area in the first floor is use to keep the luggage of the people leaving that day, so there is no place to sit. Only a coffee spoon in the kitchen.

AS you know it is not a traditional hotel but an Albergue for the Peregrinos . The owner was always there and the helping lady. Both very kind and helpful. The breakfast was good " help your self as much as you may" And the meals are fantastic. Beef steak was realy delicius . THe room WIFI all very good .Thank youI

Quieter street location (near Plaza de Cervantes) but still close to Cathedral and other points of interest. Very good value for Santiago.

Bunk room a little cramped, but that's not uncommon in albergues.

Clean bathrooms and rooms, a nice balcony with a view

It was confusing at first, we couldn’t find the right door and then after 10 mins searching we saw the next door with the reception. I think it’s better to write in the description how to find the reception

Friendly staff (in the hotel next door), clean and comfy rooms and bathrooms, pretty kitchen and common area. I booked a 8-person room but was given a 4-person room! Spacious rooms with lockers

It was really cold even though the heater was on. The kitchen could have a microwave or water kettle.

it’s a alberque so alberque life you have to expect, but the fact that people whom are in the room with you do not respect you is hard to take when you normally would have rules and here some people just did not have respect for other customers and would bang around no matter what time of day and night it was . stay away from 8 bed rooms.

Staff were lovely, very accommodating. Location was great.

2 bathrooms in total. 1 on level G and 1 on level 2 out of 4 levels was not enough. Could have been cleaner but not terrible.

Very good location in town. Dorms are spacious, The kitchen is quite well equipped.

One shower and toilet for 2 dorms nay be a problem when the hostel is crowded (but not in my case - only few people in the hostel in February)
