superb location good facilities nice room with comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff

“Ground floor” room was actually a basement with limited natural light

The location is in the center with the bell tolls softly reminding the time. On a weekend night the joyous people in the nearby square and bars are easy to hear too. Didn't wake us but we wondered if they would keep us awake. I slept too hard to do more than think that thought. Great location if you like to be AT the cathedral. Good staff, clean and comfortable, hot shower with good pressure. We opted for a local breakfast rather than €10 breakfast.

Would be quieter to be on the back side of hotel but we slept fine.

Beautiful small boutique hotel right next to the Cathedral. Liked the mix of exposed stone walls with modern facilities. It was immaculately clean throughout and the receptionists were so kind, friendly and spoke English. My room was up in the eaves with views of rooftops through the skylights. The bed was super-comfy as were the pillows, and the linens felt high quality. Breakfast was good with juice, fruit, cereals, yoghurt , bread and pastries.

Noise from loud voices of guests in the adjoining bedroom woke me in the night. Next morning , the lovely receptionist asked if I had slept well and said I must not hesitate to phone reception should that arise and they can ask guests to be mindful of others sleeping.

Huge clean room, with lovely sky light windows. The bed was comfy, and I liked the old building with the new decor. The breakfast was good - your typical Spanish breakfast with juice, coffee, toast and pastries. Staff were exceptionally friendly.

I booked a cathedral view - yes you could see the cathedral but only if you open the window and stuck your head outside!! It would be nice to have some bed side lighting or low level lighting options for bed - it was only possible to have the main lights on or nothing.

We loved it and would stay there again tomorrow ...for personal perfection: A couple of tea cups and tea bags would have been nice (these were willingly supplied on request) Needed more than 3 clothes hangers per person I'd prefer to have the option of softer lighting

Everything. We were extremely delayed (7.5 hours) and did not arrive until 12:30am!! Our greeter was a touch of class. I was travelling with my young son alone. The lady couldn’t have been more welcoming. She offered us food and nothing was too much trouble. On leaving, we had a very early flight to catch yet she was there at 5:30am to make me coffee and to give my son some milk and the most delicious pastries. The bedroom was fab along with the en suite. Location is incredible. It’s located right next to the cathedral. The airport transfers organised by the hotel were also fabulous. I would really like to go back in the future.

A finale staff was very kind and helpful upon my late arrival around 9:30pm. She gave me a very warm welcome to Santiago, answered all my questions, prepared more information upon my request. The room was nice. The bed was very comfortable. I could see the cathedral partially from my room. It was a wonderful stay. The location was amazing! It didn’t take one minute to the cathedral.

Breakfast was not bad. But you shouldn’t expect too much from the pilgrimage town. Yet they gave me enough to start a day.

Location was excellent just feet away from the Cathedral. Quiet little backstreet right in the heart of the old town. Clean, modern rooms with good air conditioning & comfortable beds, clean crisp linen & fluffy towels. Room was extremely quiet for a good nights sleep.

Perhaps a couple of bottles of water in the room, though there were vending machines which sold the tiniest bottles for a euro.

Incredible location in the heart of Santiago. the comfort, breakfasts, staff and location all made this a wonderful end of my pilgrimage. It was the quiet luxury with style and comfort that allowed me to rest and fully recover after walking 24 days in a row.

as it is centrally located, it can be loud outside the windows BUT they have double windows to keep most all of the sounds out.

Location was perfect, right in the middle of old town, surrounded by culture and gorgeous medieval streets. The rooms, while compact have everything you need, a kettle & mini fridge, especially after days of walking the Camino. The decor was in keeping with the streets, with a modern twist. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.
