Conveniently-located in the very heart of the old town, the hotel offers excellent service and ultimate comfort to visitors. No need to use any form of transport as everything worth seeing is within easy walking distance. Personal is amazing, doing everything possible to accommodate guests ‘ needs and make them feel at ease. Breakfast is basic but satisfying for the price paid. A good valve for money. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Santiago de Compostela for whatever purpose.

Everything was fine

Location to the old city is perfect. Very close to the market and only a 5 minute walk to the cathedral. Beautiful little hotel with the personal touch of excellent staff. Rooms are lovely and our room has access to a shared terrace balcony. On the airport bus route (only €1, yes €1). Bus stop to the airport is 20 metres from hotel front door. Breakfast was included in the price and was good.

A little expense but prices in Santiago have definitely risen since we stayed there last year.

The location was nice, close to the city center and right in front of the market, there is parking nearby and they are pet friendly which is amazing, we got a family room for three adults and a dog and it was huge! We even had a terrace for our dog to go out during the night to avoid accidents, the beds where comfortable and the room cleanliness over all was good not superb but good, the staff was really nice and helpful. The only thing it was missing was a kettle other than that everything was amazing.

Good location, convenient to main attractions and restaurants. Friendly helpful reception staff. Happy to accomodate us with safe bike storage. Interior decor tasteful. Comfortable beds. Good value and I would stay here again.

The staff member present at the breakfast buffet was rather unfriendly. Breakfast buffet was average. No fresh croissants/cake. All long life/packaged. Poor cereal selection. We booked 3 rooms. 2 of bathrooms were fine. The bathroom which I shared with a friend was superficially clean but was mouldy at edges of bath with peeling paint. Shower design also meant that it was hard to keep floor dry.

The location and the woman at the front desk and staff were helpful.

The bathroom in the first room I stayed in needed repairs. i had trouble adjusting the water. when I changed rooms, the bathroom had water and moisture coming through the bathroom floor signaling a plumbing problem. if you stepped anywhere in that bathroom water came through the floor. That amount of humidity under the floorboards breeds fungus.

Great location just outside the pedestrian area of the old town area - easy for taxi drop off and a short walk to cathedral. Quiet and key code entrance worked well for our late arrival. Excellent friendly staff gave us free tea and coffee when we didn't want full breakfast. Would stay again and recommend to friends

Nothing really - great value for money

Very convenient location to get to the centre of town, lovely and comfortable room with very good facilities, spacious, lovely decor which gives the room a relaxed feeling. The staff were very helpful. Nice continental breakfast. Convenient location to catch the airport bus.

The main road, on which the hotel is located, is very noisy.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff, especially Iria, fabulous! As we were leaving on an early morning flight, Iria made us a lovely picnic to take with us.

Sometime during the night the air conditioning shut off. Didn’t care for that as there was no air moving in the room at all.

Nice breakfast , location ,it was 10 minutes walk to the old town and very helpful staff.

Getting into the shower and out, because the glass door open to the inside rather than the outside, also it was hard to reach the towel rack, overall we did not mind this.

It is a perfect econ style hotel near the Cathedral. it is right off the main route for all pilgrims arriving in Santiago and and about 300 meters from the church. they have a continental breakfast and there are restaurants including vegan nearby. room was compact, clean and quiet by bedtime with private modern bath.
