The central location is great, opposite the Mercado de Abastos (market) and the old town with Belvis Park next door. The staff are friendly and helpful; great recommendation for a local restaurant nearby. Accommodation is spotlessly clean and has all the facilities you need for a few days sightseeing. Onsite car park is especially convenient. Breakfast is continental style but plentiful with a selection of breads, jams, croissants, cakes, ham, cheese, yoghurt, cereals and fresh fruit. Worth every penny for it's very reasonable price. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to see Santiago de Compostela and its surroundings. We will definitely be back!

I stayed here on completion of my Camino. Excellent hotel located just 10 mins walk, if even that, from Cathedral shops and restaurants. Suzanne on reception was very helpful. She gave me directions to Cathedral, restaurants, shops and also to the Bus Stop just 2 mins from the hotel for my bus (Yellow No 6A bus) to the Airport for my flight home next day. My room was excellent, spacious, quiet, comfy bed, tv, kettle for a cuppa (no tea or coffee bags) and spotless ensuite bathroom. The shower requires special mention, it could raise the dead. It is so powerful and reviving especially after many long days on the Camino. It rained and umbrellas were provided free at reception to use which was nice. There was a vending machine also at reception for snacks, a little pricy but it is a hotel.

A kettle and cups were provided for cuppa but no tea bags or coffee. What was the point? Suzanne explains just ask at reception.

Excellent hotel. Our flight was delayed and we arrived after 1am. We were greeted with smiles and lots of helpful information. That said all the staff were very friendlyandhelpfulthroughoutour stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfy. Breakfast bought at the hotel was 6 euros and was very good. There was parking if you needed it (we didn't). It was a 10 minute walk into the old town via the market or a 1 minute walk into the Belvis park. Lovely terrace overlooking the park for a quiet sit and a drink.

The hotel is in a great location within easy walking to the city centre and busy areas whilst being in a quiet location. We were on motorcycles so needed onsite parking which was brilliant for us. Special mention to the lady on reception who was waiting for us and personally directed us to a special place we could leave our bikes under cover, excellent!

For us the breakfast started a little late (8am) as we were on motorcycles and usually set off early. 7:30 would have been better for us but for most I suppose that's early enough!

The hotel is easy to find, following instrucciones from Google Maps. The parking is a great bonus. We arrived early, only driving from Pontevedra and we were able to check in and park without charge on the understanding that we would not be given our key to access our room until 3pm. The room was plainly furnished but was very spacious and it was good to see two pillows supplied on each side of the bed. I think there was another one in the wardrobe as well. There was an electric kettle provided but no complimentsry coffee, tea or milk.. No problem for us as we had brought coffee with us. The room was warm but aire conditioning helped when we felt hot. I think the ceiling fan would also be useful in the summer months. Breakfast was quite adequate and you could have as much as you want although if everyone arrives at once it can be a bit dificult to access the toaster.

The hotel was very good value and we loved the historic part of Santiago and the fish market too. However, directions for getting on the right road when we left (we wanted to head towards Lugo) were virtually non existent.

The location is perfect, only a few steps from the centre of the city. There was ample above ground parking in the courtyard in front of the hotel, so great for our campervan. The breakfast was buffet style and continental, but with a good range of fresh food; the croissants were perfect! There is a lovely outside seating area with chairs and tables and a TV and a fabulous view across a park. They have thought of everything! We would definitely stay here again.

Little gem hidden in the old town close to the train station AND PARKING INCLUDED. Reception 24h, very spacious rooms with views and comfy beds.

Our room was too close to the main restaurant hotel, making it very noisy from 7am which is when breakfast was served. the open/close of the door between hotel room corridor and the restaurant was annoying. Also, better black out curtains/shutters will make lighting to sleep more appropriate in the morning.

We’d just finished the Camino Portugués and wanted a bit of luxury at not too high a price. It certainly didn’t disappoint. Great location close to the centre yet quiet, airport bus stop just round the corner, everything perfect. Although we didn’t need parking I would say that to have that included so close to the centre is an absolute bonus

Fantastic location to visit the centre of Santiago (cathedral, market) and having a car park is definitely a plus. Nice breakfast, room and bathroom sizes are very good and staff is very nice. On the second day we had dinner at DA CA(5 min walking from the hotel)which faces the Belvis park and its snack bar for local students (we were the oldest clients). Food was very good and price was excellent.

Everything was perfect, easy location, parking, reception with kind and respectful staff. Room (suite) comfortable and well maintained. Perfect check-out time for travellers (12pm), minutes walk from the city centre, restaurants and shopping. It exceeded my expectations (modesty aside, we travel a lot).

It's not a complaint, just a comment. The room has a fridge and kettle, could have some tea, coffee and sugar sachets to be 110%.
