The hotel was located close to the old town and an easy walk of less than a kilometre after we discovered the elevator that took us up to the street above from where we could go straight along to one of the entrances. Our room was very comfortable and quiet with good wifi. The breakfast was fairly basic but enough to start the day. No restrictions on how much you could eat or drink.

The breakfast room tended to be a bit noisy when it was full because of the acoustics of the room. The one day it was exceptionally noisy, the receptionist moved us into the cafe at the front of the hotel without us even having to ask - she could tell how noisy it was from her desk!

Very nice hotel; rooms of sufficient space, clean bathroom. The hotel serves breakfast with a good choice of food (what is not very common in Spain ;-)) Nice personnel, helpful with the parking location. The distance to Cathedral is approx. 15-20 minutes.

Staff was very helpful, bed was comfortable, room was clean and large, bathroom had a jet tub which was amazing after walking the Camino. Ask for room 506, it was great. Try DeLito restaurant, so good!

The walls were thin and it was a little out of the way for all the restaurants and sights but not far.

I loved it had a proper cafe downstairs in the lobby and it was used by locals too. It helped me peek into local life. It wasn't too far from the city center so the location helped to discover other areas of the city we would have otherwise missed.

The room I stayed in was next to the stairs and it was quite noisy in the early mornings. Other than that it was fine.

Clean and comfortable hotel. 24hr reception - important if you have a very early airport transfer. 20min walk to the cathedral.

5am airport taxi booking made at reception the previous day was never placed with the taxi company. Luckily the night receptionist was able to call us a taxi relatively quickly - a few nervous moments in advance of a flight.

The rooms are quite simple, but extremely clean. There's a fridge, two elevators, a spotless bathroom. It's a 3 star so you can't expect luxury, but it is definitely a good option, recently renovated, a short walk from the city centre.

The window did not stay open properly, it was the only small issue I had.

The room was a good size, with plenty of storage space. The bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good to access Central Santiago de Compostela and the railway station. It was quiet and we slept very well. Excellent value for money.

It would have been nice to have a fridge and a kettle or coffee maker in the room.

Good location, just 7-10 mins by walk from city center, quiet place, optimal decision to stay. Room was clean, optimal size. Reception 24/7.

Window from room located to courtyard, where other guests walk to thei room, and you don't have enough privacy, need to close it alsmot all time. 2 beds, which were located one-to-one, were moving very easily. Weak sound isolation. Breakfast was very basic 2 days in a row, in other hand it was pretty good for taste, just few number of options.

Room had comfy bed, nice views from the window.

Wifi was horrible- staff that checked us in was not the friendliest- or helpful after a 17 mile (27.35 km) pilgrim walk. Cafeteria was never opened-

Friendly staff at reception. Comfortable lounge in reception area. Charming cafe at the front. Clean, comfortable bedroom. Breakfast was good apart from the hot buffet.

It’s quite far away from the city centre, a long walk. There was a lot of noise from traffic on the main road at the front of the hotel. The scrambled eggs for breakfast were cold and had been left there for a while.
