The hotel was excellent value for money. Breakfast was excellent, great selection of food. All the staff were very helpful. The hotel is situated 20mins bus ride from the centre if Seville (bus fare was only 1.20 euro each), 5 mins walk to the bus stop. Parking is secure and underground, but there is some on street parking close to the hotel. Fabulous hotel for the money we paid.

We had a room at the front of the hotel, the road noise was fairly constant if we left the window open - no problem if they were kept closed, (I just like the fresh air, rather than air conditioning).

The room was excellent, the staff were super helpful they answer everything you ask. Really surprised that the breakfast had a huge variety of things from fruit, to sweets, to bread, milk, juices. Great

Didn't get to enjoy the pool, a bit sad for that especially because I went to see my son so the pool would have been good. The last day of my stay things ran out at breakfast by before 9am and the re-stock just never seemed to come. it was just one day and you probably can link it to the influx of people at bad still at the last day, not exactly ideal.

Staff are very friendly, there is a very good restaurant on the premises where the staff are also very friendly and efficient. Car park inside hotel is very useful and spacious with lift access to your room floor. Rooms are very clean even if a little on the small side, but good enough.

Although on booking the hotel we paid for a room with balcony & satellite TV, the hotel has neither of these things. Apparently it is a mistake on the part of Bookings.com,. none of the rooms in the hotel have balconies and there is only one French channel available on the satellite TV. Although it was quite disappointing the staff pleasantness made up for it. I would suggest the hotel needs to change the facilities listed on Bookings.com

Hotel staff were exceptional. We had a problem with the AC and asked to change rooms. We got a larger room with more amenities and a thank you gift. Breakfast is very good, parking is available and not expensive. I'll definitely stay there again!

Location- it is outside the old city, we used a taxi to get to the cathedral which was about 10 Euro.

The room was spacious, the beds were comfy and the bathroom was nice too. Everything was clean. The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel also have a low-price restaurant with nice food.

A little to far from city center, however there are a bus station near the hotel and within 30/35 minutes you can reach the city center.

The staff vas very friendly and helpful, with a lot of useful tips. They've even let us leave the car in the garage after checking out so we could enjoy the city for a bit longer. Location of the hotel is 5-10 minutes walking distance from the bus station (for the city center).

Nice 4th floor room, great view of a busy area, not noisy however. Great staff, parking under hotel (extra)

It was a long way out of the city in a pleasant suburb. 37 bus from door to centre (30 min) Very cheap too. Hotel was good, but touring was more of an effort than I anticipated.

Very nice place to stay. A bit out of the way from the city. But makes do for that with great facilities - amazing pool, parking, comfortable rooms. The best part was the staff. Super helpful and I really appreciate all that they did for us. I highly commend their hospitality. We had a great stay just because of them.

The air conditioning was a bit lacking. Otherwise everything was perfect
