The location is great as there are lots of restaurants and bars around the hotel. Downtown is 20min on foot or 5min by bu which runs opposite the hotel. The staff were also nice and friendly.

The bathroom door would not close when we got into the room. However, we informed the reception and they fixed it while we were out so while a negative impression at first, it was dealt with promptly.

The room is very clean and very spacious. The double room I stayed in was probably intended for a family as the bathroom had a shower, another shower above the bath and a bath. The windows went out onto the main street which didn't cause any issues. Exceptionally clean and the amenities include all that you may need. Definitely a hotel where you can spend a long term stay.

The pool area is lacklustre and does not correspond to the photos. Shallow pool in a concrete yard. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not, causing neck pain.

Room cleanliness was exemplary, bed extremely comfortable, spacious room, very good wi-fi and very kindly staff. Easy to get to the old town, the hotel being next to the subway (2 stops to the centre), tram (T1) and bus stations or by walking, within no more half an hour. From the airport you can take the EA bus (20-30 min to get to the hotel). From San Bernardo train station, which is nearby to the hotel, you can take the train to go to the cities near Seville (Cordoba, Jerez de la Frontera, etc.).

Breakfast very good, but every day the same.

I was pleasantly surprised about this hotel. For the price I wasn’t expecting much, but it exceeded my expectations. Clean, comfortable (bathroom in particular was well appointed) and the staff were friendly and helpful. I didn’t use it but the pool looked modern and inviting, a nice touch. For a ‘budget’ room, this was excellent. Great stay and would consider staying there again if I ever find myself back in Seville.

It’s ever so slightly out of the way - but only just. It does have excellent transport links into Seville centre being opposite a tram stop and with electric bikes / scooters nearby.

The bed is very comfy and you wouldn't hear any noises from outside. The location is perfect the tram and bus stops are literally just outside the hotel. The reception staff are okay very minimal informations they give you when it comes with welcoming you. Overall location is perfect, room comfort is perfect oh also the breakfast staff are very nice and you get fresh fruit smoothies that my daughter thoroughly enjoyed ❤️💯🩷

The hotel interior is beautiful and modern. Our room was great with a big, comfortable bed and the bathroom was also very nice and big. Breakfast in the hotel was amazing with so many great options to choose from. Staff were also welcoming and helped us a lot with recommendations of what to see and do in Seville.

The hotel is in front of a busy street with a tram and faces the university campus. Our room was facing the street, so at night drunk, singing, shouting, students were passing, and it was quite loud and difficult to sleep with a window open. Also you can hear the tram so although the bed was super comfy, because of the noise, we didn't get a good night sleep.

We stayed in superior double room with sofa bed, the room was clean and spacious. It’s also quiet and the AC can beat the summer heat :) The location may not be in the middle of historic centre of sevilla but you can find bus stop to Santa Justa train station and Airport bus (EA line) in front of the the hotel, as well as tram that goes to historic centre. San Bernardo Metro and regional train station also located next to it. So no need to worry about public transportation access…

The staff is the most kind and welcoming I ever met. Especially the concierge Sara who gave me thoused information and helped me make a birthday surprise to my mother. The restaurant staff, too, is super gentle and make you feel at home. The breakfast's churro was perfect. The position is perfect because you have metro, trains and bus to the airport at 1 min walk from the hotel.

Some furniture was a bit broken ( it still could be used, just had some cracks) . I got a bathrobe, while my parents who stayed in another room not (not sure why). If the pool had hot water It would be pure perfection!

Great location, located next to a metro/train station and a tram stop, so it was really easy to get into the city centre. Hotel staff were very friendly and spoke good English, plus the room was clean, with a great bathroom (shower was amazing) and very effective air conditioning. The wifi was also very fast, in my room on the top floor and also by the pool. Great value for money

When i visited (October), the pool was not heated, and therefore i could not swim as it was too cold. Plus, there were no cups/tea bags/coffee provided in the hotel room and also no kettle, which wasn’t a major issue but is atypical in my experience when staying in hotels

Clean, easy tram/train to city centre, big room, great bed, cleaned every day. Swimming pool. Good breakfast.

Room phones weren't working when we arrived, not told at check-in. Had to get the TV fixed. The pool area was a bit pokey and hemmed-in. I always miss a kettle/tea/coffee when it's not provided. There was a simple dinner menu, but not really a restaurant - when we wasked where to go for dinner, it was a bit disconcerting to be shown to the the bar area, where there were a few bar tables but no customers, and no staff whatsoever! We had to ask for someone to come to take our order. When he came he was very pleasant and helpful. On another occasion when we were just having a few drinks, we had to go and look for a barman every single time we wanted another drink!
