1.The staff are friendly, and helpful. Especially the lady at the restaurant at cooking counter always gives warm welcome 2.The SPA is the best part of the hotel. Swimming pool is big and children friendly 3.Location is perfect. 6 minutes by foot to the beautiful beach, no need to drive a car, and it is easy to get to center too. 4. LIVE music every evening 5) A lot of activities for families with children

1. We stayed 10 days, it would be great if food has more variety. Sometimes food repeats after few days 2. SPA and pool opens from 9am-19:30. It would be great if it can extend at least till 21 o'clock. 3. Room can be renovated, furniture or bed sheet can be replaced by modern style 4. Soundproofing between the room can be improved, we heard the neighbors 5)ants in the room

Really good value for money. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Nice upper sunbathing area . Having the small spa available for free was a pleasant surprise . Food was lovely

Long queues for the coffee machine. Two machines in the morning is really not enough for the number of guests. It really needs 3 or 4 and possibly a hot water urn for people who just want tea. Long queues in the evening to get a table could easily take half an hour just to get in. Also waiters were so busy clearing tables that the drinks service was almost none existent

We had nice rooms on 4th floor with a balcony ... the pool complex is well laid out and well kept . Staff were very pleasant in all departments. Good choice of food at breakfast . Overall, we enjoyed our 4 nights stay very much. The hotel is a 5 minute stroll to the beach . There are lots of places to eat just outside ; the old town is a 10 minute walk, with many many restaurants .

There were long queues for the coffee machine at breakfast... an extra one is needed. Also, we had no fridge in our room.

Loved the hotel in the main . Would definitely stay again. Very clean and comfortable. Brilliant location.

One of the lifeguards was over the top. We got told off by her for having a coffee on the sunbed, whereas the day before the lifeguard brought us a table to put our coffee on. It states that the staff speak various languages including English but we found that most of the staff didn't speak any English. After saying that we did manage to make ourselves understoid

The pool area and bar excellent. The rooms were only adequate, but very clean, biggest issue was paper thin walls. Staff were hit and miss. The receptionist on check in was extremely unpleasant, which made me feel uncomfortable about the stay. But in fact we had a very lovely week.

Paper thin walls in the bedrooms. Rooms were also quite dated. Breakfast was a bit chaotic . Required food was often not available.

Most things, the location, the facilities and the standard of the rooms was excellant and the food choices for breakfast (we'd booked the B&B option) were very varied, so something for everyone. Staff always very friendly and helpful

The air conditioning in the room gave off quite a nauseating smell so personally couldn't keep it on for long so room was hot and uncomfortable at times

We loved everything about the hotel. Room was very clean and spacious with lovely balcony. Food each day was delicious and loads of choice. Facilities were excellent - the pool and spa were lovely and the bar served really affordable drinks. Location was ideal, 5 min walk to the beach and the old town. Would definitely stay here again!

Only thing that could be improved would be the mattresses - they were a little hard for our liking.

Clean and bright, close to everything and quiet area at night. On the first night we could clearly hear an upsetting argument between a couple in a nearby room. I asked to be moved the next morning and no issues after that, and the new room was better than our original. The staff in reception and eating areas were very pleasant to us. Reception in particular were very nice.

I found the bar and pool staff a little cold and dour and they were not friendly at all. I felt they were suspicious of us.. possibly I don’t know if it was related to being one of the few families that didn’t speak Spanish (we are Irish)

I loved the location of the hotel only 5 mins walk to the main street and beautiful beach. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially the girls on reception. I had a wonderful relaxing massage in the well equipped spa. There were always plenty of sun beds and the quieter area on the terrace is excellent if you want a more chilled space. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice, beds comfortable and made up every day. I will definitely be back.

I would have preferred a better view from my balcony then the side street, but as everything else was so good I got over that. And Tossa is such a beautiful town we didn't spend much time in the room anyway.

really poor insulation of the walls, you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms, this can be disturbing.
