Our room was beautiful, clean and modern with a view of the pool (not all rooms have this view but we booked a year in advance and put in a request for it) The breakfast was plentiful, we had mainly meat cheese pastries and fruit as the cooked breakfast wasn't to our taste. The location is absolutely prefect, less than 2 or 3 minutes walk to everything including the town castle and beaches.

The house keeping was excellent in the first week but it dropped off slightly in the second with towels hardly ever being replaced. We didn't bother to raise it as it wasn't a big deal. Although the breakfast was good the bar snacks at lunchtime were dire - mainly deep fried or smothered in mayonnaise.

Very friendly staff who made me feel comfortable and welcome. The hotel is lovely. The decor and furnishings are comfortable and classy. The bar/ lounge space is comfortable and a good use of space. The pool area is spacious and well equipped with loungers. The pool is large and very clean. Breakfast was outstanding. The staff on breakfast duty worked so hard and kept on top of everything. They also ensured to give guests a smile and Buen dia each day. My bed was comfortable. The shower was great. The room had a big terrace and drying rack. There was cleaning offered daily. Great value for money. Well located in the middle of everything, yet in a quiet street. I was never disturbed at night. Thank you for a really relaxing and enjoyable few days.

I have only positive things to say.

This is an amazing hotel in a superb location for all facilities and I would recommend it to anyone. It was clean, comfortable, the staff obviously enjoyed their jobs and were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet selection was second to none and constantly replaced. The pool area was spotless and there was entertainment on some nights. They had a TV in the indoor bar area and accommodated us watching the Euros football. There is a small car park and you can pre-book parking. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Tossa is relatively small resort, feeling very safe and family friendly with lots to do.

Everything! This is a fantastic hotel with exceptional service from all the wonderful staff. The room was modern, light , bright , spacious & comfortable. Very nice bed linens and towels. The breakfast buffet was fabulous with a wonderful spread of both hot and cold options. Really fabulous The pool is a little , quiet oasis in the midst of the little back streets. Drinks and lunch time bar snacks available - all excellent. Only a short , level walk from the beach , shops and restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff here. They even provided a cover for our car as it was parked under a tree in their carpark. We will be back for sure.

Tiny car park alway full. We arrived at night (2:00am) and no car space was available, the (male) staff on duty was not helpful, telling us in a grumpy way to find a spot to park anywhere in the city which was full. We had to drive around for almost 30minutes before finding a spot, 15' from the hotel. In the morning, when we open the subject with his (very nice) colleague, she told us that a parking was available and open 24h, quite close to the hotel. Night Customer service needs improvement at the Windsor!..

The hotel is exactly as advertised on booking site It was small but very clean and comfortable. The shower was fantastic lots of hot water and great water pressure. The room was cleaned everyday and clean towels were replaced on request. The breakfast was lovely fresh and something for everyone. The hotel is convenient for exploring close to everything. The staff were always very nice cheerful and helpful and seemed to put in very long hours. Great cocktails. The pool area is very lovely calm and comfortable and very sheltered. Tossa is a lovely town, well worth a visit and a credit to the people who look after it.

There was nothing to dislike, the weather wasn't great but the hotel cannot do anything about that.

A lovely welcome from reception staff, and during our stay we found all the staff to be efficient and helpful. Our first floor room overlooked the pool, which was lovely ...we got the sun on our balcony, and at this time of year the bar and the pool area were quiet. Very relaxing. Beds were very comfy, Breakfast buffet was fantastic! We also had dinner in the hotel, on October 1st...the first time they had done dinner, I believe, and it was a really superb meal. Easy walk into town, and to the beach.

For us it all worked well.

From checking in through to departure the staff were excellent throughout the hotel. The location was perfect for everything. The pool and its facilities, especially the bar service, was second to none. The breakfast consisted of a great spread of cold meats, cheeses, pastries and fruits and also a varied hot selection each morning of bacon, eggs, sausage, beans etc...faultless. The rooms were of a good size with a big balcony overlooking the pool, the bathrooms were small but adequate. The parking, which had to be reserved as it is limited spaces was right next (part of) to the hotel. We can only fully recommend this hotel to anyone planning on a trip there.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

The staff was superior. When arriving, we were immediately greeted and welcomed. Our check-in ad check-out were quick and easy. The pool and bar were beautiful. Diego took good care of us at the bar, greeting us warmly each evening. Breakfast was well stocked with a variety of choices and staff always at the ready. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. We walked to nearby restaurants and attractions. The room was very clean and staff took care to clean while we were out. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was excellent. I loved the greens, the different variety of meats, cheeses, breads, fruit and pastries. They also had a good hot selection each day. The coffee was excellent and the atmosphere was also lovely. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The location was central and lots was within walking distance. The room, though small had everything we needed.

The view we had was ok. There were some rooms with a pool view which may have been nicer. The parking lot was very convenient however quite small.
